KFC food service and physical restaurant

My husband and 2 grown sons an I went to KFC in Hazard KY today for lunch bout 1 PM. My son Brandon age 31 fell on a wet floor in the restaurant thatwas not marked as such. I almost fell a wel when going to the restroom as the flor was still wet. The ffood was terrible especially the chicken. They didnt give us silverware or napkins with our order. They didntt even show any cncern for my son who is obese and mentally challenged. I have never experienced ths poor service or food at any KFC before and I have eaten at many stores from Pennsylvania to Chicago to Japan! KFC Your new TV add in the Seattle Wa area

The new add on local TV where the son comes home with KFC just for himself and disses the family is a very mean add and who ever thought it was a good one they need to go back to school and understand add's like this one makes customers uneasy and it could make them stay away from your company . This add should of been done 100% different and who ever make it ripped you off ..

KFC Cashier

I went to the restaurant KFC AL WAKRAH branch Doha Qatar and there was a cashier on the counter and I asked to place order for me, asking excuse me but she was playing with her phone without taking my order. I waited and again excused her to take my order but still she was on her phone without looking to my face. And after waiting for long she looked at me and took the order. This is completely unprofessional and unethical and cannot accept this. And after the food was delivered the food was so bad it was oily not cooked properly and the pepsi taste like [censored].

KFC Service

Let me be blunt, I just got ripped off by kfc, placed an order on line, paid for it, got there no food rude people and was told it's not their problem, they think Uber eats took it. Really! Says they can't recook it cause they don't have any chicken left! Really! Soo I'm out my money my food!?!?! How the hell you got people working here like this. Why you open if you got no chicken? Tell me I need to leave before you call the law! Oh ya calling my lawyer tomorrow, gonna own this [censored] when I'm done! Dee @[protected]

Desired outcome: Fire everyone there and close that store!!! With service like this it giving your whole company a bad wrap. I know times are hard but now you got to go to ripping customers off? Really!!?

KFC 12 piece bucket Fried Chicken meal

I purchased a 12 piece meal on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at the Port Allen, LA location. When I got home with it we pulled everything out of the bags. The chicken was overcooked meaning the crust had a slight burnt flavor and tasted like it was cooked in old used grease, the chicken was dripping with grease and soggy. In addition, the biscuits were very hard and tasted old. The green beans we ordered as one of the sides were also very salty.

Needless to say we won't be going back to this particular store for chicken. Thank you,

KFC Drive through operator

I ordered my order online.

ORDER# 6811519

He told me to go inside which I did. Three drive thru orders received their food before I did. I waited 40 minutes with him smiling and ignoring me and a young blonde man also asked if I had been helped and didn't help.Until a very sweet lady helped me. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am shocked that he is working with people. The only good thing I can say is the young lady with blonde braids was the only person there that helped me. I have been a customer at this location for almost 13 years and I will not be a customer anymore. I will be going onto social media as well to advise people to not visit this location. I worked over 10 hours today to have to deal with this and spent my hard earned money there. This is Unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Please look into your workers there. And I'm asking for my money to be refunded.

KFC Posted advertisement

I just left the local KFC in Draper Utah, the person that I talked with was Jonathan P. The problem was that there was a sign next to the drive up window that said that if you didn’t get a receipt your order was free. When I brought it to Jonathan P’s attention,I was told that it was no longer in effect and that he had removed all of the signs. I took a picture of the sign and went to show him, he refused to come to the window. I then went to the door and he had locked the door. I then called the Draper police. He came to the door and asked me what I was doing. I told him that I had called the police. He then said that he would reimburse me. I called and canceled the request for the police. After we left the Draper police arrived at the store. He told the police that he had asked me to leave several times, in fact he hadn’t asked me to leave at all. He told the police to tell me that I was no longer welcome at KFC.

Desired outcome: Letter of apology for calling me a liar.

KFC Missing items

Hello. I visited your newport isle of wight branch yesterday 23rd of august, and I bought my grandchildren 3 meals in the drive through,2 childrens meals withdrinks and ice creams and a boneless box and drink it was put in a large bag, we were driving to ferry to return to southamptonso didnt check until we got to cows, the boneless box and drink was missing, my e mail is [protected]@hotmail.com thankyou anne pearce

KFC Got 6 pieces of chicken instead of 9, deal for 5.99 today,

9 pieces of chicken deal for 5.99 today, 23.8 2022 , 35 Buckingham street ,Aylesbury Bucks, UK , found out later after collecting only 6 pieces. at 11.57 a.m. very disappointed customer.

KFC Mashed potatoes and short 1 order of chicken fingers that were paid for

Dear KFC.

Family been eating your chicken since 1967. I live in Prescott AZ for 20 yrs and buying your chicken buckets. I ordered a bucket w/potatoes/slaw and fingers.

Got home and the mashed potatoes I poured down the drain. Yes That watery. It looked like cream of wheat No FINGERS in our order. Called store and the teenage manager told me that's how their potatoes are made. I hung up. Your potatoes aren't the best, but no one would eat that batch.

This happened on 08/22/2022 at 11:45 in i Prescott Valley Az. Been eating chicken here for 20 yrs. First time we were dissatisfied. Thanks for any help you can give. Julie Henderson

KFC No chicken

August 21/22 2:30 pm Wellington street Guelph. We wanted to purchase bucket of white chicken only to find they had two cooked and could wait twenty minutes for a third piece but we’re unable to provide any more ! This was for a birthday party we were having. They apologized and we left with nothing. Poor sales in a chicken store that doesn’t have any chicken

KFC 9 pieces bucket

I ordered a 9 pieces bucket online on KFC app on Friday,19/08/22 @19 :10 and paid. Haven't received my order till today. When I went to enquire yesterday they told me that they were short of drivers. They didn't call me to inform me and what did they do with my packed order? When I called the086.. number they told us to call, they transferred the call to more than 2 people and ran out of airtime. Why should I suffer yet I paid for nothing? Please help me

KFC Food services

Hi my name is Alicia Winston and yes about a week ago I went to KFC over on Davison I ordered some food the food was bad I'm about food me and my son and my friend got food poisoned we basically we had diarrhea no vomiting so that was that weekend then I said well since their food was bad I will go somewhere else and my boss actually when I missed the Dell two days of work boss told me that he had people have been making several complaints about the one on Davidson that their food is bad they need to fix that so I went to the one on West Grand boulevard just last week to try to switch it up and their food it tastes like their their oil was not changed in the week so when I talk to a supervisor I use my debit card I paid my my food it was 30 dollars now I don't know if they got sick but I'll call diarrhea behind it so I'll talk to the supervisor and they told me that they were closing down early cuz people were making several complaints they even try to give me my money back or I'll ask him if I can place another order but like I told the supervisor you guys shouldn't be still making food and then when we pulled off it was other people pulling in so people don't care about people getting sick they just want the money so I need to speak to someone about this urgently mad that needs to be discussed and I want to fill out a claims for him because I want to be reimbursed I can't take off work for this and my supervisor will agree that he knows about it phone number [protected] I'd appreciate it thanks a nice to someone earlier about this urgent matter so I'm just hoping that we can get those forms and documents to me this is crazy people got to worry about their food the food system the news need to know about this the board of health to get involved I know people that work there

KFC Just eat

Got a order 20/8/22 absolutely fuming when I opened the order. Paid 35.54 for 2 zinger burger meals and 2 boneless banquets and only the banquets there and 1 zinger burger meal. Tried to get in touch with kfc on marina way hartlepool to see what had happened and why the order was not all there. No answer. And the same from just eat [protected]

KFC over charged,

over charged 8-14-22 called store and got excuses, manager was to call me but did not. sent email to corp support line, got case# on tues ([protected]) was told I would receive a response shortly, did not. i refuse to spend $5 to help KFC correct the problems but I save that $5 and go to popeyes. KFC has been a total failure.

KFC Complaint concerning Coupons

Went to KFC2022-08-13 and purchased two chicken sandwiches, received a receipt with a survey and stating, "get a free chicken sandwich with the purchase of Chicken Sandwich", on West Bay Street, Tawas, MI. I Did the survey online and got a code 30704. My husband stopped at the same KFC on 2022-08-18 to purchase another chicken sandwich and get on for free. When proceeded to pay for the sandwiches and gave the young lady the receipt from 2022-13-08, with the code number written on it, she informed him that they do NOT accept the coupons and when he paid for the two sandwiches, she gave him another receipt with the same "Free Chicken Sandwich" message on it. What is going on? We now have two receipts that are of no use for the free sandwiches.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund, apology, or for them to NOT print receipts with offers they don't honor.

KFC Price gouging

My daughter went to KFC in our town (S. Cedar ST., Lansing, MI), ordered a Mash potato/corn/chicken bowl, which comes with a drink, for $5.53, and a 6 pc. tenders (no sides or drink, just the small tenders). They rang up as 14.49. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! I had to drive there to see for myself, then I called and spoke to a manager and the price was correct. I looked it up on line and 6 tenders were $6.99, The manager of the store said prices went up YESTERDAY! The display outside you look at to order shows no pricing when you order, so you don't know how much the items are or the total, etc...

This is completely unacceptable. These prices went up 150%, and I cannot believe this establishment can get away with this.

My order was 20.00 for a small KFC bowl and 6 SMALL tenders. I really demand a refund or coupons or a phone call explaining this price gouge. If these prices remain, I will never ever order at this place again and I will spread the word.

KFC Vegan Burger Meal

Dear Sir/Madam

I have Purchased Vegan Burger Meal from KFC at Uxbridge High Street, In Middlesex, UK. At lunch in between 13.30 PM TO 13:55 PM I went to KFC and placed the order I was told it will take 5 mins. After 5mins I was given a Vegan Burger Meal, I didn't have enough time to eat my meal at the restaurant so I brought my food at my work place to eat which is hardly 2 mins drive from KFC. When started to eat the Vegan Burger it was hard like a rock so I decided to go back to shop to return the Burger. I went in the shop call upon manager. it was a surprised to see a shop manager called ASHOK in a very shabby uniform came and spoke to me, the shop manager was very rude and Arrogant he didn't Apologise, not even said a single word of sympathy that shows he does not have any Customer Service Experience at all. He saw the Vegan Burger and just offer me to replace the Burger only on the condition if I can return him the eaten Burger back I dont know why? once he had checked the burger. I did not give him the eaten Burger to him. He had refused to give me a fresh Burger and did not offer me a refund as well. Now I have escalated this incident with local food authority to investigate this matter. In mean time I was told to write a complaint to you as well. I am regular customer of KFC such a treatment from your member of staff is unacceptable. I wanted to bought it to you attention that your staff should be more professional and he deal with situations like this in more professional manner.

KFC Order not complete

I drove to the 302/306 Lytham road branch of KFC at the above time and date

and placed my order for £5.99 Tuesday deal ( 9 piece bucket ) 1 fries and 1 gravy Total £8.98

When I arrived back home and opened the package there where no fries and 4 tubs of gravy and only 8 pieces of chicken.

Having repeated phone calls from 18.00 to 20.00 to tell them they had got my order wrong all I got, when they did decide to answer the phone was a lot of noise and laughter When I placed my order there was no other customers waiting for orders so there should have been no problem with my order.

I go to this branch every Tuesday and never had any problems before

KFC Gift card

I purchased a gift card for $20.00 worth of merchandise from the KFC in Snohomish, Washington a month or so ago and gave it to a friend of mine. He went to use it and there was no credit on it. It was the first time he had gone to use it. He gave it back to me and I went back to the store where it was purchased. I asked for the store manager and she told me I had to call a number on the card. I figured I bought the card at that location, that they should fix it. Then another person of asian decent took over the transaction and informed me that there was no credit on the card. By then I was steaming and after a few words, no profanity was used, I threw the card at him and left the store. I did not have the reciete for the purchase of the gift card. To put it bluntly I did not appreciate getting screwed out of $20.00
