I went to eat with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. The air conditioner was set at a very uncomfortable 55 degrees on a 90 degree day. The lady in front of us asked why it was so cold and the manager told her it was to make sure that the staff was comfortable. The manager said that she felt it felt fine to her. I placed an order and she wouldn't raise the temp when I asked either. By the time we got our food, the food was cold because of the A/C. I would not go there again, nor would I recommend that anyone go there. There are much better places who know the meaning of the words "Customer Service".
Every time I go to the Eastgate location, they are EXTREMELY rude. They rush us, cut us off, get impatient, and rush us. The rude attitude is UNACCEPTABLE.
I ordered a big box and only received 2 pieces of chicken instead of three and also didn't receive a biscuit in my order. On the order I did receive a biscuit on it was extremely stale and too hard to even eat. I also barely received any gravy on the second order
i purchased a 8 piece family meal on saturday. i asked for original chicken. when i got home. we found out it was extra cripsy. i called the restaurant #h45011 and talked to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do. unless i brought the chicken back. i am very upset. october 7 2023. ticket #1510

We ordered a 8 piece meal dinner and the food was not fresh. The chicken was fried hard and the veggies were dried and appeared to be old. It was a horrible meal to serve to my family.
I ordered chicken from Restaurant #G135307 Ticket # 1414 on 10/25/2023 @ 4:05 pm. It was burnt and dry. I called the restaurant to talk to the manager and they hung up on me. I was 15 minutes away from the restaurant and was not going back out. I want my money back. $42.39 for some nasty chicken.

Came out of work needed stop a fast food restaurant for family dinner. stop at KFC. Went home the food (fries / chicken nuggets) was too too dry, that my mother 87yrs old and kids couldn't enjoy !

Bad attitude KFC Staff
Last night I bought 8 pieces of chicken (no sides) and 2 supreme burritos. $35.69. And they only gave me one leg and one wing, my favorites. What gives? That's a ridiculous price and [censored]ty service. Approximately 630pm at the sandwich IL location. I didn't keep the receipt.

We purchased a 10 pc with 3 side this evening, the chicken was lacking of seasoning we expect to get from this company. The chicken was very greasy and seemed like older pieces and not fresh.

The chicken did not taste like KFC chicken and was very unsatisfactory.
On 12/29 @ 4:43 I placed an order at store #E320145 in the drive thru which included a 4 pc chicken tenders combo with Buffalo rance dip. My drink had no ice at all and was warm, the chicken was very dry and had no sauce. We also ordered a famous bowl which was fine.

KFC/TB restaurant #G135890.Ticket #1329. Ordered tenders meal at drive thru, arrived at my destination to discover the worst tenders I have ever purchased. they were more like nuggets and dry and overcooked. also asked for 1 kfc sauce and 2 bbq, recieved all kfc sauce.
I payed using a voucher and the money was deducted on my voucher however I was asked to pay cash but the transaction is showing. I’d like to get my money back.
Larne kfc never sent my cookies with my order, told me to ask uber for a refund which they are refusing to refund. People just can't steal money and not provide a service or rectify the issue. I feel robbed

On Thursday 18 January I purchased a boneless chicken box meal. On opening a piece of chicken it was obvious that all the 3 chicken pieces were raw. This could have caused serious health issues, food poisoning and thank goodness no children were allowed to eat it because I noticed in time. I have photos of the chicken pieces.
So I ordered veggie burger from otahuhu store by uber eats and instead of getting the veggie burger i got chicken burger it was very disappointing as I finished my work and was very tired and thought of getting burger from kfc coz i really love veggie hash brown burger but got nothing but disappoinment. Tge chicken was burnt the chips was literally black the mash was burnt and the coleslaws sell by date has scratched out and changed on the tub, I waited almost an hour for my order but I couldn't enjoy my food, it tasted like it was old ND just refried!
Saturdat between 8 &9 PM my daughter bought dinner at your Wake forest, NC location ! Long story short ! The woman working the window, stole her debt card and she and the manager said she didn't ! She contacted her bank yesterday 3/10 and it was used at that locaation, less than 15 minutes later !

been working for kfc for the past month or so and it is a hassle getting paid...i have to call and call with no help...0 customer servioce...good luck...with every payday i have to go through this...the pay is definitely not worth the hassle

AT 5:54 pm on Wednesday May 15,2024 I was waiting for my food, and I saw one of the crew members open a bag of instant potatoes with her teeth. That is so wrong in lots of ways. She saw me watching her and just shrugged her shoulders.
Went to KFC #J625192. Drive through 3717 Belmont ave Youngstown ,Ohio ticket #1879 on May 26, 2024 Cashier was De'sire. Ordered 2 three piece all white meat combos. Got home both combos were dark meat. No straws, no butter, no utensils. Chicken was ok really prefer white meat.
We ordered the 8 piece dark meat and got shorted one piece and one old burnt piece. We were already home so we did not drive ten miles back. But your chicken at this place is always very good.
