I had a bad experience with KFC Petrol Station Messilla branch last night (January 17, 2020 around 10 pm) with one crew named Shreeran and I heard HE is the manager or supervisor in that store. I was in the queue and literally waiting for my turn for my order. Suddenly, some customer came and not falling in line next to me. I am TOTALLY disappointed how HE (the "manager/supervisor") entertain that customer first before me that supposedly IN THE LINE. He just winked and tell me sorry that time without any permission to ask me of what is that sorry for. He tend to ignore my rights that time and just pretend that I was not there and continue the other customer. This is how the KFC management trained their employee? I dont think KFC management are in favor of racism and discrimination, aren't you?
Luckily customer had his common sense to asked the "manager/supervisor" to take my order first before him after knowing that the "manager/supervisor" didn't took mine earlier. But surely I felt belittle during that time and yes, I didn't buy anything at all.
This issue might happen again to other customer unless you will do something to make this right. I hope you can understand my side. I wrote this complaint not for me to gain or boost my importance for myself but to avoid this to happen again in the future.
