I had a warranty issue with my 2022 Kia Telluride this morning. I reported it at 8:13am. Kia was supposed to send out a company to pick up the vehicle. It has been over FIVE HOURS and my vehicle is STILL sitting in my driveway. Nobody answers the chat. Nobody answers the phone. I was told almost an hour ago that someone would be there within 5 minutes, which was a LIE.
Now that my vehicle may never be towed today in time for diagnostics, I will be without a vehicle for yet ANOTHER DAY while I wait for diagnostics and information about the issue. That is IF I get my vehicle towed today.
I did try to contact your dealership in Manchester, NH today to see if I could find a number to reach out to someone to get some help TJ was very UNhelpful and even offered for me to take my vehicle elsewhere since he didn't want to deal with it. Thank you so much for offering me the extended warranty Kia. This is my FIRST and LAST Kia. I will go back to Nissan, as the only thing that moved me to a Kia was the extra space in the Telluride and the towing package. But since the towing package makes it to where you are unable to park your vehicle safely in the garage without risking catching your house on fire, maybe this is a sign that I shouldn't be a Kia customer after all.

Desired outcome: At this point, buy back my car and allow me to buy a reliable vehicle and a from a company who offers better vehicles and customer service.
