King.com general questions

1. Recently changed phones and lost accumulated boosters. Bummer.
2. I finish levels and sometimes must play same level again to proceed, especially frustrating when I use the boosters I do have to complete them.
3. I am past level 2100 and was just wondering if the "jackpot" on the free spin booster wheel is for show or if anyone ever lands on it...? all those games and never once hit. Bummer
4. Once in a while I am required (by the game) to log in to Facebook. The last time I did that my little (black cat) icon did not return, and there were others listed (near to me) in game progress, that are now not there. I liked that but it is gone now and do not know how to get it back.

I do not really care if I get anything back...not looking for anything free here. These are just questions that have been building up over time and have no-one to ask. I enjoy the game! Thank you, Larry

several weeks ago I purchased a new tablet for my wife and also one for myself. the one for my wife, I got the game transferred fine. mine I never got to work, I lost the game. I contacted you and explained the problem but really got no help. I was then on level 726 and game was still working on old tablet. I did advance to level 727 and then lost the game on that tablet. I then quit playing candy crush.

the sad thing is the hundreds of dollars I spend buying bars and etc... it looks like someone with google/king would have helped so I would continue spending money with your companies.

I really enjoyed playing candy crush but I will not start over.

I love Soda Crush and have bought a lot of 5 extra tries. I’ve noticed for several weeks I am only getting 3 extra tries. Is this accurate, if so, I never received notice. If it is not, I would expect you to give me either a monetary refund, or many extra tries for the future. Thank you!

I've been playing Candy Crush since it first came out & have spun the daily wheel every day since it started - law of averages should mean that I would have won the jackpot at least once or twice in that period but no it has never happened - why bother putting it on the wheel if it's rigged ?
This is very annoying and just not cricket
Please rectify or compensate

King.com asking friends in candy crush saga

On level 1313 for Candy Crush Saga when there are no more lives left they ask you to "ask friends" THEN the friends list doesn't come up. Then you have to click on the level you're on (1313) before you can "ask friends" THEN the friends' list comes up for you to ask.
Can you please fix this? It's an unnecessary step that should be eliminated from the program asap! This has been going on for about 2 weeks now and I play every day so it happens every day!

A couple of times when logging in to claim daily reward-yes internet connected-nothing happens. Then I go in after work and it d's out a prize. Not fair.
Candy crush-after winning the gold bars playing you want me to pay for them-talk about a rip off. Also feel some games would be impossible to complete without having to purchase additional lives/help and the free spin is a joke-pretty sick of it stopping dead on fish but when it lands on jackpot suddenly it starts up again and moves off this win. Fixed is what I feel these are and not in the players favor.

King.com unethical behavior

I noticed that after I complete a level, I win awards and gold bars. The gold bars I accumulate go into the piggy bank and once the bank is full I have to buy those gold bars with my own money? This is absurd and needs changed immediately. I will go broke playing this game. Make it easier to pass levels without paying money. I shouldn't have to buy things in the game that I accumulate by passing levels!

King.com making it impossible to clear a level

I am beyond frustrated at those levels which can take weeks to get through. Not everyone can afford to pay the extra and I suspect that that's the only way to win certain hard levels. And we don't have the time or luxury to sit around waiting for "friends: to lend us a few extra lives. I enjoy the games very much but when one gets that hard to win I wonder why I am wasting my time. It is especially maddening when one comes to the point where one move will clear that level. Its like okay now I have to pay just for one single move and I don't believe that is fair. Most people who enjoy the games may not necessarily have the time to sit around and wait.
I would like to continue enjoying the games and always look forward to what is on the next level but am pretty angry at these multiple attempts to win a level which keep me stuck. I don't necessarily care about scores and beating other players. Pleas pay attention to this

King.com The Candy Crush Saga Daily spinner is not working more than half the time

November, 2017. When I click on the daily spinner the first time I play Candy Crush Saga every day. Almost every day for weeks now, it spins and spins, and I never get the free perk. Sometimes when I go back to the game, later in the day or in the evening, the spinner actually works. I'm more surprised when it works than when it doesn't. Not good! Please look into this problem, and fix it if possible.

I have been playing this game for years and have never hit the jackpot on the free daily spin...It always seems to jump or freeze right when it stops on it really frustrating...but amazingly enough I hit on it and strangely enough it froze when I claimed the jackpot then when I went back on to it the wheel was on the hand so annoyed I spend lots of money on this game.

King.com board not producing ingredients so I can't win

On level 532 board no matter what I do no ingredients will appear. To win this board you have to bring down 2 acorns. But the acorns (ingredients ) dont ever appear so i can't win or beat the board. Why won't the ingrediants show up? This makes it impossible to win. I'm stuck at this level. Help me please this sucks. I can't play now because this level is not working properly.

I'm on level 1389. The target score is 2000. I hit it twice & it won't advance me. My tablet is impossible to take a screen shot with, or I would send a picture of my score. One was over 2400, the other was over 7300. This thing said it needed at least 350 words to get anyone's attention. So I love America & God, I hope you feel the same. Ok, I have nothing against the game itself, but you should do something with your employees who support the website. Why would they be so horrible?
Maybe they seem to be professionals to you, but then they shouldn't talk to users because they are absolutely inexperienced in this.
And honestly, you actually should start replying and stop ignoring emails. I'm sure I am not the only one who doesn't get any answers to questions. Please, look into the matter, it's very important.

King.com my ingredients not showing up on level 532

On level 532 I have cleared the board numerous times but no ingredients came down. 2 Hazelnuts are suppose to come down but I haven't seen one. I would love to continue to play but how can I when the ingredients don't show up. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Nothing I do will bring the ingredients down. I can't pass the board without them

Bought a new phone I lost my lives. Over 50 how do I get them back? I logged into my Facebook account. I'm at the same level but my lives are all gone. I'm down to 1 why is that? I had candy crush on my phone foe the longest I got all the way up to level 384 I believe it was and all of a sudden every time I started loging in all my lolly pops my doughnuts my sugar bombs my check mark things my everything was gone and then it wouldn't let me play and I had to delete it can someone help me so I can play again please. I have finished level 2605 twice now and both times the game wont end. I had to quit the game twice now and restart only for the same thing to happen. Stripes, disco balls etc wont stop. Could you please reply back to me and tell me how to stop this problem. I have read up other blogs and a lot of people seem to have the same problem but nobody has a solution.

Am stuck on level 2060 because even though I have won this on several occasions it keeps telling me I've failed.
There's obviously a problem with this level and many complaints.
Many other people say same thing.
Advice on how I can proceed please.
Why on earth does a complaint need to be so long is it to stop people complaining to you . Don't think that will work.

I am on level 2345 i passed that level and it won't let me progress, you gave me 20 bars to retry this level again, I lost all that because the technical support said to delete and reinstall cc and face book, I've done this I've watched all of you tube videos in how to fix problem, I got a reference number and was told to apply this to technical support I have done this they have not responded, I've played the game for four years without a hitch, please fix this problem I'm furious now x
