Kmart in Concord, Ca. I have been going to the store often and I can tell that I am being followed by the store employees as I shop. In every corner there is the same employee pretending to do something. Please stop this harrasment to shoppers, i've had enough, I am a customer, treat me like one. Don't assume customers steal. Please fix this policy. Background: I have been attending this Kmart for years as I always have had excellent experiences shopping here. But what I have noticed this year in my frequent visits is that as I shop an employee seems to be "working" in the area that I am shopping in. They don't hide it as the go in the areas I go to. Every corner the same employee. It is suspicious and makes me uncomfortable. I have nothing against the store, I love Kmart and so does my family I hope to continue shopping there. But please Kmart in Concord do something about this.

I purchased shoes and dud not wear them right away. After wearing for 10 days, the heel began to disintegrate leaving a hole to my foot on the side of the heel.
Store would not allow an exchange because it was over 30 days. I do not understand if a durable good is obviously defective, by no fault of the buyer, why you will not stand behind product and issue a refund.
sizing in stores
The size management within women's bras and bikinis is disgraceful... anyone with E-F-G sizes are just left to go somewhere else and find a separate store that specifies in bras of larger sizes and when in the store are left discouraged and out of place just because they can't buy their size making them feel insecure, how are women supposed to walk I'm and out of the shop every day feeling discourages and insecure about their size... it's wrong

Excited about the deals Kmart was having and using my rewards so I decided to go today. Found a few items for Halloween and went to the check out line, after I was done I proceeded to the exit when an associate basically blocked my way to see my receipt. I had my phone, keys, wallet, card (I just paid with) and the receipt all in my hands trying to get it all put away and showed her my receipt. As I was leaving I heard her saying something to person behind me, which was my sister and she also made a transaction, so as she was checking her receipt she said "well I guess she must have stole something". The fact I had a receipt, my card, and everything I purchased in my hands she has the audacity to accuse me of stealing? The fact I was young, or Mexican impacting her judgement and jumping to a conclusion of theft I feel this was very unprofessional and honestly something a customer should not go through. This is honestly a case of discrimination and know this is not the treatment a customer of any kind should get when shopping. I hope you as a company will take this complaint seriously. As a Kmart shopper, I realize this store is closing, but honestly I am hesitating wheather or not I will be going to any other Kmart locations, if this is the way associates are starting to treat customers.

I have a placed the order online on Aug 15, 2018, along with some other items, and chosen the store pick up option.
Have got all the items except one with order number #[protected].
I have made several customer care calls but order status never gets changed for ready for pick up.
Please help me on this as it's been really frustrating for chasing for the item.

Got a email, stated they were sending iagain, and of course nothing, the second item from dreamer a coat, haven't heard nothing... This is not good business...

Hice un lay away y la cajera me dijo que mi proximo pago era el 22 de octubre y por confiar en la empleada vengo a saldar el articulo el dia que ella me dijo y ya me lo habian cancelado y no me querian devolver el dinero con el que iba a volver a usar para pagar el articulo. El gerencial que me atendio solo decia no se puede y no busco opciones. No vuelvo a comprar en esta tienda mejor me quedo con walmart.

So sorry but I think that my first response failed.. Anyway thank you for your response. I am aware of the cart retrieval and cart salvaging issues in the eastbay and even the outer areas. It's been going on for decades and has even been in the news throughout the years. However other retailers seem to have come up with various methods to deter the theft of their shopping carts so why not use the Electronic and Magnetic Systems like most other stores? This way your carts can become more of a chore to steal and discourage the unwanted cart thief. Cut your losses with the stolen carts, possibly get permission from your Corporate office to order new ones and explain that you need the Electronic and Magnetic Systems in place immediately in order for your store to run smoothly. Your stolen cart inventory won't continue to be counted against you as a constant loss (if reported.)
Most importantly, your customers will have a more of a pleasant shopping experience and won't mind returning to shop at your store.

returning a purchase
I went to Kmart at 5:00 today to return two curtain rods that I had purchased on 10/7/18. I had the original receipt. After 30 minutes of talking to service representatives at the store I was still not able to get a simple refund for the 2 curtain rods with the original receipt that I purchased on 10/7/18. The woman kept telling me that she could not scan the receipt due to a faded strip down the middle of the receipt that was the result of the register running out of ink at the time of purchase. She passed the issue on to another employee, who also could not help. I took back the receipt and the merchandise.
I then called the number posted at the store by the manager's name. The call was directed to Sears Customer service. The CSR rep listened to the issue, then took my phone number and said he would talk to his supporters team. After 2 long holds, he returned to the phone, apologized and said he was not able to pull up the purchase using my phone. He said the only way to provide a refund was for me to provide my bank information, as I had paid with a debit card. I was not willing to provide that over the phone. So, after an additional 20 minutes, i still did not have a refund. the CSR gave me a number to call to file a complaint. I have taken photos of both the receipt and the rods. I am happy to send the merchandise back to your office. I believe a refund in the form of a check is a reasonable request.

I brought some shirts the sign said on sale for 9.99 paid for the shirts and they where 15.99 went back to check with cashier and she sent us back to where we got them . A lady meet us back there and she explained the sign that it's only for shirts priced at 19.99 all shirts in the entire area was priced at 15.99 not one shirt was that price just away to trick people due to the fact most people don't completely read the signs also why would you lower 19.99 shirts to 9.99 and not the 15.99

I was in Kmart Holmes pa location on Macdade blvd I had a coupon for a free 24 pack of water . I have been trying to buy water for a week now and they don't have any . I went to customer service desk asked for a supervisor she was completely rude . I told her I been coming in all week and now I get a free coupon in mail that I can't use . I asked if she could please substitute for a different brand water as most stores do that to honor a coupon when they don't have a product for a week ! She was still completely rude and said no we don't do that you can keep coming in till we get it . I told her she had a poor attitude and asked for corporate phone number which she points up to a sign and says call that number . I ask her to kindly write it down on my coupon and write her name as well she huffs and says WHAT EVER are you kidding me that's how you treat your customer? And that's how you show leadership in front of your other front end employees? I shop there a lot I am a customer that earns tons of points and this makes me not want to shop at your store ever again ! Her name was Beth

A few months ago I sent an email in regards to how I was treated from a staff member and a manager at your Shellharbour store. I even had to get the police involved and they were also disgusted in how your staff members treated me. I vowed never to enter the Shellharbour store again but unfortunately I had to today and I was shocked when the same staff member was there. She knew exactly who I was and quickly removed her name badge from her shirt. I would really like to discuss this situation in more detail as I feel you store is suffering and so is the general public who shop at Kmart.
Took 2 weeks to get my order and all the everlast jumpers came with a surprise gift from the lazy staff all of them had the magnetic alarms still attached

I was given a crib for my baby shower and when i went to put it together it was broken. It was purchased at the Visalia Kmart. The person who bought it didn't give it to me right away so it was passed the 30/45 days return policy. I do not want to just return I want to exchange it for a different crib. I am willing to pay a difference. I was told by Jacob at the return policy department that the manager can override the system. So I tried talking to the manager again at the store and they are not willing to help at all. I need a crib that is not broken. I have worked retail and there are ways to override the system. How can you let someone keep a broken crib? I can not put my baby in something that is defective.

Everytime go to the Hayward store in California which is in Mission Blvd to shop and there are NO shopping carts but about 5.
The employee's have a few and you have to ask to borrow them.
Meanwhile the security guard follows you around because you have to hold all of these items in your arms as you are juggling to keep from dropping them.
I was tempted to ask the security guard to hold a few items for me as I shopped since he was following so closely as he talked to his personal callers.
It sounded like a church member because I heard the conversation pretty closely since I couldn't help but hear him loud and clear.
I finally asked what the problem was with the shopping carts and was told by several staff members that they don't have any and would not be ordering any. I was told that the shoppers steal them.
Please order more and lock them up at night!
Especially if you want to keep your customers.
Lastly, some customer service reps are so much nicer than others.

Went to Port Adelaide kmart bought a little more than expected due to excellent prices. Struggling to hold all of my items. Several staff looked, two giggled because I was clearly struggling. Not one employee offered any assistance or offered for me to leave heavier items at counter. No trolleys or baskets available anywhere. Very rude people that work there. Luckily this isn't my normal store, Churchill Centre, at least there everyone is A1.

Compré unos popcorn el día 10/6/2018 cuando llegó a mi carro mi esposo trata de abrir uno se los paquetes de popcorn el pensó que habia abierto el paquete con la fuerza que hizo ya que le cayeron unos popcorn encima el se los comenzó a comer y cuando se percata que el paquete está cerrado lo voltea y ve un hueco que está mordido por ratones... voy a la tienda y le digo a la de servicio al cliente lo q estaba pasando y ella me contesta quieres cambiarlo por otro o quieres el dinero de vuelta! Me parece una falta de respeto mi esposo comió de ese popcorn y es súper peligroso ya que el ratón causa muchas enfermedades, espero tomen cartas en el asunto!

Bought jeans in September, had tickets on them but no receipt. Wouldn't take them back because paid cash at the time. Didn't know number for rewards. So now they have the jeans and in out of money. I didnt even want money back, a store gift card would of been ok. They still refused to help me out, at least walmart would give you a store card without receipt. No wonder Kmart has no business and some are shutting down. Horrible to deal with.
bullying verbal abuse and physical abuse
I am a current employee at the Kmart on 3825 Nw 7th street Miami, FL 33126. I'm submitting a Complaint because There's a Supervisor by the name Carrie or Karrie who treats the employees really really bad. The employees in Training get treated like animals by her she kicked a box of garbage to a New employee and made her pick it up, Ontop of that She aggressively speaks, yells and has even physically shubbed me instead of saying excuse me to see my register. She treats everyone Bad except for one Girl who completely wanders off her Register with NO REASON, But if it was any of us the other coworkers she would have wrote us up . I don't know if it's favoritism or Discrimination but this needs to stop. I don't believe anybody should be treated with Disrespect by a Supervisor who is supposed help and make sure things run smoothly. I Hope you guys can Help I don't want the verbal abuse to continue.

6 pack of powerade
I bought a 6 pack of powerade down in your glassboro store. As I was sitting in class today, I start to drink one of the powerades. I found 2 dead flys in my drink that was unopened previously until today in class before my first sip. Needless to say I now threw out my powerade and the rest of the 6 pack since there were dead bugs in it. It had to be since production of the bottle since I opened it today for the first time to drink.
