smart ones slow roasted turkey
I purchased this on 7/2/2019 for my lunch for work, the photo on the box looked great (fluffy mashed potatoes). I cooked as instructed on box and you had to eat it with a spoon, totally disappointed and not at all what was represented. Checked the date and said "best by 19 April 2021" Would hate to see how they come out then! My email is [protected]@yahoo.com please respond
breakstone cottage cheese
I've eaten breakstone cottage cheese every day for the past several years because it came highly recommended and it's good as far as cottage cheese goes. my most recent container purchased at walmart, however, was the consistency of sour cream and I was very disappointed. did the recipe change? don't mess with some thing that works. It sounds boring to eat the same thing day after day but my doctor recommended protein & vitamin D and the cottage cheese contains both.
kraft dinner quality
So my complaint is about the Kraft dinner, I am not sure if you have changed the making of this but whatever you did... It Is Horrible! the noodles are half the size, you can see they are a darker color, they have ridges on them... when I was cooking them not even 2 minutes in they were falling apart turning to mush. I threw it out didn't want to eat them. What the Hell! I opened up the other 4 boxes that I had and it was the same got rid of them as well... If this is how you are making this product now I will never buy it again... it was just Terrible!... why would you change something that isn't broken?! this has been a staple in so many lives for so many years... All I have is "why"?
planters peanuts
Sam's Club carries a 48 oz. box of 48 individually wrapped 1 oz. servings of Planters peanuts. The outside box states that the ingredients are: peanuts, peanut oil and sea salt. I am on a whole food, plant based diet therefore the purity of ingredients are important. These minimal ingredients and usage of the natural oils from the peanuts sold me on this purchase. Inside the main box are two individual boxes each containing 24 1 oz. packets and again on the box the ingredients list: peanuts, peanut oil and sea salt. But when finally getting to the 1 oz. packets the labeled ingredients include: peanuts, peanut and/or cottonseed oil and sea salt. Cottonseed oil, even though may be acceptable by FDA standards, is not for those of us who depend on the organic quality of foods.
I was disappointed and felt deceived with your inconsistency of ingredient labeling. The outer containers should reflect the possible usage of cottonseed oil so consumers will be properly informed at which point the choice and responsibility is theirs alone as to purchase or not.
Thank you for your attention regarding this issue.

diet country time lemonade
I used to buy tubs of Country time diet lemonade but for the last year or more i cannot find it on store shelves. On your website i saw single serve diet Country time, but no tubs. Has Kraft stopped making tubs of diet Country time?
if Kraft has stopped making this product is there a reason? does Kraft think it bears any responsibility in providing Americas consumers with a beverage containing no sugar and less calories?
a reply would be appreciated!
smart ones
I purchased a overpriced healthy dinner expecting the get food that was somewhat similar to the photo or at least included everything listed on the box . However obviously you can see there is no Broccoli . Highly disappointed. When you pay the extra price you expect to get quality and that is missing here . I have always been a fan of this product and have never had a problem up until now .
kd original (kraft dinner)
I am 68 years old and have recently stocked up on this product for the cottage season. It has been a long time staple for the fulfilling desires of my children in the past and now for grand children. Just this weekend past I discovered that the product absolutely disintegrated into a gelatinous mass when cooking as instructed. I opined a second package for...

When we made 2 oz chocolate pudding, it tastes like chocolate banana pudding. This is the second box that this has happened. The box is labeled chocolate not chocolate banana. It is very disappointing.
The contents have been mixed up. The pudding were both purchased at my local Kroger's

velveeta shells & cheese
5/31/19 on this day I grabbed a box of the product from my cupboard. I had my 3 grandchildren over and was making it as part of their lunch. After the water started boiling, I dumped the box of shells in the water. Something else came out of the box with the shells. I am sending the picture. It appears to be a broken piece of wood trim. I just wonder how something that obvious would pass thru the inspection process. I feel the resolution should be more than the price of a box of the product. I'm requesting a $25 refund. I see that my picture doesn't show the whole piece of wood. I'll send out another in the morning that just shows for object on my counter.
indulgence: limone chicken linguine dinner
This is my first time buying your INDULGENCE dinners. I bought 2 of your INDULGENCE: LIMONE CHICKEN LINGUINE dinners.
On the package it says they are suppose to have:
ROASTED WHITE MEAT CHICKEN & TOMATOES OVER AL
DENTE LINGUINE IN A LEMON GARLIC SAUCE.
They both had the chicken, linguine and the lemon garlic sauce.
Only one of them had the TOMATOES.
Even though there are very few tomatoes in this dish I would think
they should be there if they are listed boldly on the front package.
Just letting you know of the slip-up.
smart ones frozen dinner. ziti
I purchased 4 ziti frozen smart one dinners and 3 of them the seal was broken. We had to throw them out as we weren't sure they had not been tampered with. This happens to us with roughly 1 out of every 10 we buy. You need better quality assurance.
We like these dinners and like the price but if we have to discard 3 of 4 purchases, they are no longer a good buy and will have to look at other brands.

cottage cheese
As of yesterday I was an employee with kraft heinz. I hadn't quite made the union so I was an easy target for my boss to "throw under the bus". For months now I was in charge of blending the cottage cheese with the dressing and I had to do things I didnt want to do or risk being fired. These things include pumping vats of cheese that weren't dont for the sake of "production" and my boss mark henderson looking good on paper for his newest promotion as an even higher up manager at the walton ny kraft plant. He even once stood on the scale of my blender to trick the system into thinking all the curd was in the blender because he didnt want to wait 20 minutes for the cheese to finish cooking. I made a couple mistakes of my own as a new employee but made sure the first person to know about it was my boss and quickly worked to provide a solution and learn from my mistake to which I did and always made sure to check everything. The day before yesterday though a blender of cheese sat untouched for over 4 hours because something had broken down either on that and another blender or on the corresponding line those blenders were connected too. I wasnt briefed at all on the matter I just knew we weren't going to be running cheese on that line that day and that the cheese needed to be discarded but instead the same boss sent that cheese to the line many hours after it should have been tossed. I told him we shouldnt be using it and as a result the kid to my blender found itself shut shortly after I checked it and when I went to fill it found a mess instead. Now we rewind back about a month and even though I told my boss that the belt on the pre-drainer (a machine above the blender that separates the cheese from the water) was loose and as a result cheese was getting into the whey silo. For whatever reason he refused to believe this notion. He started to take a little heat because this was an ongoing thing and I believe he was trying to make me the responsible party. Even though hed keep rushing the cheese and having us send it unfinished and extremely soft and undercooked in a pre drainer with a loose belt he was not going to be held resposible. He wanted to look good for his superiors and show that he could get all that product out fast and efficiently even if the product he had us put out was [censored]. He knew I wasnt comfortable with this and he knew I knew the truth. I could tell he was having me set up since I had no union to back me and when he wrote me up for someone closing my lid after he told me it wasnt my fault I knew then and there he was making me his skape goat and I walked out. I showed him all the cheese and foam in the pre drainer and he looked me dead in the eye and said that it wasnt cheese but just foam and to check on my newly acquired checklist that it was fine. This checklist was solely for me and no other employee was required to fill it out not even other blender operators which I found quite odd and obviously a way to make me responsible so I knew I had no chance of keeping my job.
kraft macaroni & cheese dinner
For the past year when we purchase this product the noodles split & make a awful batch of Kraft Dinner. I cannot tell you how many times this has happened. I have eaten Kraft Dinner for over 50 years & now my grand kids eat it. Today my grandson asked "why did I cut it" & refused to eat it. He usually will eat 3 bowls full. The photos I have attached are from today...I end up throwing it away and have started to buy different brands Would appreciate some feedback & refunds for the numerous boxes I have had to cook then through into the garbage My name is Julia Tizzard [protected]@rogers.com
my wife had the same problem today
just crack an egg
This morning I went to use a Just Crack an Egg Rustic Scramble.
The pouch containing the potatoes and peppers was puffed way up and was leaking in the container. Apparently there must have been a slip
up on the assembly line or something. It has an expiration date of
Jun 17 19 X15 17:55.
I started using this product months ago and have not had a problem until
today.
I can not have peppers and don't like sausage.
The only one I can us is the bacon and potatoes, which I like.
Maybe you could think about having one with ham, potaotes,
and cheese. My husband likes the other three you make.

stove top chicken stuffing
The instructions call for 1-1/2 cups of water to microwave. After following instructions, ruined the stuffing due to instructions calling out for too much water. The stuffing was nothing but a water mess and would never thicken up. Even tried to cook for a longer time with no success. I am sure many people have ruined their stuffing following the instructions. This is bad business and Kraft needs to compensate those who have experienced this and need to correct the instructions on the box.

two packages of cheese moldy when opened
Hi, although I am writing with what I consider to be a somewhat serious complaint, this is not an angry letter. I've been eating Kraft foods for the last 42 years without issue. :) However, in the last three weeks I've bought two packages of 8 ounce Kraft sliced cheese (two different shopping trips to Woodman's in Kenosha, Wisconsin) and found the cheese moldy upon opening. The last one was Pepper Jack which I bought on April 26. I can't remember what type of cheese the other one was, but it was the sliced 8 ounce package as well. I do recall that the package opened funny, like something was wrong it. Anyway, one package...okay, but two? I figure I deserve at least a coupon for some free cheese. I am optimistic that I'll get some sort of compensation, but in the interest of that happening, I should disclose that I am a rather self-righteous consumer, and when I feel a company doesn't care about my patronage, I am stubborn about not buying their products anymore. I've attached a sad-looking photo of the above mentioned cheese. Hope to hear from you soon.
commercial
I find your commercials to be disgraceful that allow the children to dictate to the parents what they will eat. If you want to promote your food items, then demonstrate how good they are and the best way to use them. Your current commercials do a disservice to all families! I do not know who created those commercials for you, but they certainly must not have any children.
