Kraft Heinz jello cook and serve pudding

This is a complaint regarding Jello Cook and Serve puddings.
Please remove the polysorbate - this makes the pudding different. It is not as good or natural. - it is a synthetic compound.
I have been making cook and serve pudding for 50 years and I immediately noticed the difference. Scalding is not a problem for most cooks and if the pudding scalds a bit, I just don't scrape the pan.

The more natural your product is the more likely Inwill continue using it.
Otherwise I will make homemade pudding - that is why Imoike cook and serve - it's closer to homemade and gets the skin on top.
Thanks
Mindwell Egeland

Kraft Heinz jell-o lemon instant pudding

A box of Jell-o lemon instant pudding was bought on 12/22/2018. I used it to make a recipe. I added in my eggs, flour, confectionary sugar and butter. Last ingredient was the pudding mix. I noticed a couple of black things floating in the batter and couldn't figure out what it was. The longer the batter stood without out being stirred, the more appeared. I took a couple of them out and put them on a white napkin. They were bugs and I had over a dozen of them. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say I had to throw out the batch of cake batter. At that point I decided NOT to use the same recipe and ended up making something else. I didn't want to risk buying anymore of the Jell-o brand product.

Kraft Heinz marshmallow cream

I have been using the kraft marshmellow cream to make the Fantasy Fudge using the recipe on the back of the cream jar for 50 years and have always been happy with results. HOWEVER, I started making it this morning, to first find the jar was smaller than it used to be AND the recipe only made half of what the original did. I am sick and tired of companies like you charging me the same for a smaller product. I would much rather pay MORE AND GETA BETTER product. The industry is doing this with most food now and I can accept in some level but not this. I now have to double the recipe to make what I need as I give this to friends at Christmas. to you I extend a BAH HUMBUG!

Kraft Heinz cheez whiz

I had been having a craving for Cheez Whiz, so bought a jar (it was too expensive by the way). I have fond memories of how good it was for lots of things, including spreading on saltines and celery.

So I bought a jar and we immediately indulged . . . it was gross! The texture was more like cheese sauce, or a rue and the cheese flavor was definitely not as good as it used to be. It's not the age or condition of the product, it's your recipe (formula).

Now I have the rest of a whole (expensive) jar which I'll melt down ADD REAL CHEESE, and try to use over vegetables. Hopefully, it won't ruin the vegetables.

What a disappointment that Kraft continues to cheapen their ingredients. It's only going to hurt the Kraft brand to the consumers.

I quit buying Kraft salad dressings quite awhile ago and switched to a better quality brand. Kraft put something nasty in salad dressings about 10 years ago (presumably having to do with the stabilizer, but maybe it's something else). All I know was, I couldn't stand the consistency, which impacted the flavor as well.

Kraft, you're on a very downward and "distasteful" trend.

Kraft Heinz a-1 steak sauce [a-1 sauce]

Dear Kraft,
Are you watering down A-1?
We paid about $4.00 for a bottle of steak sauce and it was quite watery after vigorous shaking.
Surely other fans of this tasty sauce will also notice.
Our bottles numbers say use by:
19 JUN 2021
19: 58CP31
Those are the numbers.
We bought this in Columbia, SC.
How we feel -- Well, a local eatery that sells steak uses a very tasty steak sauce that is very similar to A-1 in taste and it is thick like the older A-1.
We feel like trying that for a few years and dropping A-1 IF we see any more watery sauce.
Please respond.
Randy Headley

Kraft Heinz shake n bake

We just purchased a box of ShakeNBake for the pork chops we were having for dinner last night, Dec. 8th, 2018. Upon opening the box we find that the two plastic bags inserted were stitched across the middle, but with no perforation or any other way to separate the two sides. We finally tried to carefully cut between the two bag ends, but this proved impossible as we found out when we took one side that appeared to be intact, and when we added the ShakeNBake and shook, we found that there was a small hole or tear that spewed the stuff all over. Needless to say, I had to rub the stuff onto the chops. This is completely unacceptable. Why can't you just package a couple of bags inside the box instead of this current stupid arrangement! Does anyone there actually use this stuff in their own homes to see how well, and if, it really works in day-to-day cooking? With the box and product opened and all over, we can't return this to the Shop Rite, so I think we should get a refund for this product, and also you should re-think how you package your products!

Kraft Heinz shake ‘n bake original chicken

Area; Reading PA. December 7, 2018
Box Identifying information:
Best when used by 30 SEP 2020 01:27 D8(?)01
No other identifying info. Photo attached with email shows sku and barcode
Problem:
The plastic bags for shaking were open on both ends and sealed in the middle. It was impossible to shake any chicken.
To coat the chicken I had to put the mix in a bowl and manually turn it. I had to use two bags of mix in order properly coat the chicken in that manner. Since using the normal bag takes one pack of coating, I basically paid double the price for the same amount of product.

Solution: I want replacement of my purchase. I want better quality control

Kraft Heinz re: macaroni and cheese packaging

Twice now I've bought Kraft Mac and Cheese packages where I wanted the elbow macaroni only but instead got "Star Wars" or some other theme noodles.

The problem is that under your brand there is a large illustration of an elbow macaroni regardless of the noodle theme. Next to that is a tiny little image of the actual noodles in the themed package.

Please illustrate the ACTUAL noodle with that graphic under your brand name.

thank you.

Signed,
Not Happy.

I went to go open up one of my childhood favorite snacks that I haven't had in ages. My mouth was watering with anticipation. When I opened up the pack there were what seemed to be 5-6 not missing. At first I thought maybe this is something like potato chip bags do with air inside, but that's not the case here. If anything I'd just want a full container of Fig Newtons. Thanks in Advance!

Kraft Heinz reese's peanut butter cup dairy whipped topping

This product tastes awful. My mother bought it to top some Thanksgiving desserts and everyone thought it would be fantastic since we all Reece's peanut butter cups and candies. No, it tastes nothing like a peanut butter cup or like a whipped cream. It is awful. The flavor is not even indicative of peanut butter at all. It isn't even easy to describe because it was so bad and it was bitter and had an awful after taste. Not a single person of the 14 people there thought it was even edible. There was instead a lot of dessert thrown out because it had been topped with this and had to be scraped off once people got a taste. How they managed to get Reese's to let them use their name, we will never know.

Kraft Heinz heinz 38 oz ketchup

After purchasing from Dollar General, we sat down to eat our dinner (hot dogs). There was an issue with the way the ketchup didn't want to come down..I did get some and did consume it down with my hot dog.My brother then says there's something in the bottle, which he began to take out.. To our disgusting surprise..it was not one but 2 dead mice that were in the bottle. We did get a few pictures..one is still in the bottle today.. No more ketchup for me...

Kraft Heinz planters cheeze curls

11/19/2018
To whom it may concern:
I had the chance to purchase your Planters Cheeze Curls with the thought that they'd be like before. My mouth was watering, and i was more excited about buying them, then the 32" t.v. i purchased before going to the store to get something to eat for the night.
Got home, put everything away, sat down, opened the FIRST can... BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT EVER!
They lack the FLAVOR!, The CHEESINESS!, The CRUNCH! That they originally had when they were originally on the shelves in the late '80/ early '90.
Matter of fact: They tasted really really stale, and it's like you just went back in a dark dusty stockroom in a sub basement and decide to put them back on the market to create space for some other product your about to discontinue.
SHAME ON YOU! SHAME. ON. YOU.
YOU DISAPPOINTED ME.
I feel like i've wasted my money.
YOU. Can make this right by making the ORIGINAL RECEIPE PLANTERS CHEEZE CURLS with the FLAVOR. The CHEESINESS. The Crunch. That had me and my mom(she like the cheese balls.(no side jokes please)).
As for compensation: a case of PLANTERS CHEEZE CURLS- AFTER you've remade them.
!NOW GO BACK IN THE KITCHEN - FIND THE ORIGINAL RECIEPE - AND MAKE SOMETHING THAT TASTE GOOD!

Your product was not satisfactory! That's the issue here sir. If your a representative of the company, then there's a deeper issue within the company. So with that being said. I would appreciate your supervisors name and phone number. Is this really how you handle complaints on your products?! I'd also like the name and position of the person that hired you.

Kraft Heinz mac and cheese

Just opened a box today and found after boiling the noodles, adding all the ingredients I found quite a few maggots attached to the noodles. I got to tell you after having Mac and cheese from kraft all my life this was a surprise to see maggots on the noodles, I understand they are mass produced but obviously not everything is being checked and overlooked. This is disgusting to see and will obviously impact how I buy Mac and cheese again from Kraft..

Kraft Heinz mayochup

I purchased your Mayochup. I am happy with the product but very upset that the flimsy plastic lid broke upon opening. It will not seal so I am stuck transferring it into a squeeze bottle to keep it fresh. I have never had this problem before and have never had such a thin plastic lid. I don't think I will purchase again because of this. Hopefully you can do something to correct this problem.

Kraft Heinz calumet baking powder

I purchased a 7 oz container of Calumet Double Action Baking Powder with an expiration date, on the bottom of the can, of 12-Jul-2019. The numbers that follow the date are: 93K08-37.

I purchased this product at the beginning of October 2018. I opened the product for the first time on Saturday, November 4 and used it to make corn bread. Today I used it for the second time to make cobbler. Both times the Calumet Baking Powder FAILED to rise...at all. I have now wasted two products I planned on serving for dinner.

I would like the company to reimburse me the Calumet Baking Powder and the cost of two ruined food items.

I do not have a phone that can upload pictures, but the cobbler tonight should be fluffy and tender and it is flat and doughy. This recipe never fails, except for tonight. The corn bread had the same results, tough, flat, and it did not rise.

Kraft Heinz kool aid counterfeit

I already made a complaint but I want to add that I am keeping samples of the product I believe is fake.If there is any way that I can get the product to you for testing please inform me.I believe that such counterfeit would only serve to destroy the fine reputation that you have worked so hard to achieve.I am willing to cooperate in any possible way to resolve this matter. In case you didn't get my complaint it concerns kool aid that I bought at half the usual price and immediately recognized that it's fake.

Kraft Heinz good seasons italian dressing

This is not actually a complaint about Good Seasons, but a request that you consider making a gluten free option. The only thing I notice in the ingredients that contains gluten is the soy sauce. This could easily be remedied by using tamari instead and it would not affect the taste at all! I have been eating Good Seasons on my salads made at home my whole life and was just diagnosed with Celiac disease in March and can't use it anymore. I have tried many other gluten free Italian salad dressings and none compares to my beloved Good Seasons! My whole family has switched to salad dressings other than Kraft as well because they are not gluten free and we would all love to switch back. We miss you, Good Seasons! Can you please be gluten free so I can enjoy you again? :) Thank you!

Kraft Heinz macaroni and cheese

Good afternoon,

I am writing to express my frustrations with a recent experience I had with macaroni and cheese dinner by Kraft. Yesterday 24/2018, I purchased 2 boxes of the product for my son. As soon as I opened the box I noticed something strange and it appeared to be POOP! I didn't open the sealed plastic bag as i found it absolutely disgusting (see photo attached) and returned them to the shop and was told i can get a refund (screenshot of refund attached). I found it very surprising that there was no further action regarding the incident. To my surprise I discovered today 25/20/2018 that the product has not been recalled and is still present on the shelf (please see photo attached).

I don't need to mention that the whole experience was not only shocking but also it is a serious health hazard.

I hope to hear back from you about this incident otherwise I will have to take it further to make other consumers aware by posting it on social media.

I have emailed my complain to [protected]@clementsretail.com but havent received any reply back

Also please find below the address of the store I purchased the product.
