cashier and bagger
9/17/19 3:44 pm cashier was samantha Don't have digital coupons. I took the add for four 6-packs of coke for $8 and asked the cashier to enter the digital code. No coke zero on the shelves, so I got diet coke. I put one 6-pack on the counter and told the cashier I had 4. She looked at the bagger and the bagger told her I had 5. I told the cashier again...

I went to this Kroger to fill a prescription. I went to the counter and there was an item there, someone was going to check out and then walked away. The pharmacy rep. said, "I don't know where she went. Come on I'll help you." As she's ringing my meds up, a Kroger worker-in Kroger garb- comes up to me and says, "I was first, but that's okay." Then she...

We seem to have a revolving door at my store. We had a great store manager that was moved and someone else brought in and since then employees that have been there for some time are bring moved out. What's worse the shelves are empty, product is sitting in the middle of the aisles unpacked and the place is beginning to look like an albertsons store, which I refuse to go to because they are disgusting.
purchased a money order/ customer service/ store manager "myron"
I recently purchased a money order in the amount of One Hundred-Fifty Dollars. ($150.00) on September 9, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. Money order # [protected] at store #689. I have the money order and the stub from the money order. Now when I go back to Kroger's where I purchased the money order from I tried to cash it and the store cashier, and manager Myron are...

I have a catastrophic illness that requires a lot of medication. Last year is was around 250, 000. and you would think for that kind of money this pharmacy would want to fill these prescriptions for me. I have great difficulty in getting my medicine on time. This last month Cindy sent the refill to my old doctor even after I told her many times of the new...

I am voicing complaint about the Friday/Saturday sale items. I was in Kroger 9/6 and 9/7 to get the Motts 40ct. fruit snacks for $1.99. These items were never available and I was told that the shipment or truck had not delivered these item. This is not the first time this has happened during the download sale. I would hope that Kroger stops advertising item...
Read full review of Krogeritems being in stock
I have a Kroger that is the ONLY convenient store as it is very close to my home.
The manager there has no balls - you got there for items (whether on sale or not) and they are not stocked. How can a chain store as big as Kroger not have enough items they put on sale stocked up. I have yet to go to the store on 8415 W. Markham, Little Rock, AR and have every item I need to purchase available/stocked. Whether a sale item or not. I just can't understand that if a business is putting an item on sale, it should know that they should have enough product in stock to sale to it's customers or at the least offer "rain checks" if they aren't going to have enough in stock. This is store should know that certain items they put on sale are going to sale (i.e. this weekend was Two for $12 on Charmin and Bounty Paper Towels and a Friday Saturday Only sale on Puff's kleenex. these items sale EVERY DAMN DAY - amazes me that they did not have enough in stock to keep the shelves stocked.
prescription
I asked if I still had a discount for my medicine was told it was still available on my account. When I picked up my medicine was told it was no guarantee at that price so paid more I am on set income no Heath insurance was very upset. My understanding it would be around nineteen dollars and it cost more then I budgeted to cost. I barely make it and have not been able to get for a while.
manager behavior
My minor son works for Kroger and recently put in his two weeks notice because of his interactions with the night manager. On August 26, 2019 @ 9:20 P.M. this night manager - Chris Budd harassed my minor son. He was using vulgar language and made him very uncomfortable. I know as a manager he had not right talking to a minor this way let alone another...

There are few if any, checkers available. There are too many empty self check out lanes. The store is dirty, the employees would rather talk to each other than do their job or help a customer. I was in there the other day and there literally was not one single human checker open. And it smells sometime. One of the checkers is sooooo slow and smells so bad...

I frequently visit several Kroger locations throughout the Dallas metroplex area for groceries, gas, and prepared hot meals. I have been employed by The Kroger Company for the past 3 years and on today I received what I felt were harassing video messages from the back up manager in my department. I was talked down to and cursed at which I feel was very disrespectful and inappropriate. The tone in which I was spoken to made me to feel like it was an intimidation tactic. This causes for a very uncomfortable and hostile work environment.

This is my second complaint about the same store pharmacy in Mt. Orab Ohio
It seems you did nothing on the first complaint. If I have do it one more time after this one I'll might be a little bit more nasty I don't want to be that way .
It seems that the right hand dosen't known what the left hand is doing. My wife called them to see if her Doctor called in her prescription, (number one why doesn't krogers call the Doctor to check if its all right to fill the prescription it would be a lot faster that way) any way the pharmacy told my wife yes the docter did call it in and told my wife it would be ready in 45 minutes I waited 10 min. when to the store and shop picking other items, it takes me 10 mins. to get to the store shop for 25 mins. when over to the pharmacy by the time the lady located it on the computer she told me it wouldn't be ready for another 45 mins.
Every time in go to the store go past the pharmacy and they have a line about 8 to 10 people in line waiting to pick up their prescription I se one maybe two person working the cash registers and three or four person standing in the back the only thing they were working is their mouth laughing telling looking and they have to see the line is long no one is going up to help out the line of customers waiting to
pick-up their prescription.
I'm about ready to go back to walgreens about 23 miles away it will cost us more money but no hassles if there is no refills they call the doctor office and check to see if they need to refill or just gave enough till your next appointment.
I hope you take this seriously cause on my next visit to my union hall I will tell all my brothers & sisters and see what we as a group can do to help fix the problem not just this store, I"ll if there is more store in the same practice
Ok first of all, learn how to type so that people can understand just what the hell you’re trying to say! Second, why the F don’t you or your wife call the doctor yourselves to be sure it’s ok to have the medication filled?!? Oh but in that scenario, your wife will, wait for it, have to take responsibility for her own medication and health! OMG what a shocker! The absolute nerve of the pharmacy staff to make her do something like that! Perhaps you and your wife would like it if one of the staff comes over to your house and places the medication on your wife’s tongue and pours some water into her mouth so she can swallow her medication?!? Maybe they can even move in and set a timer for when her med is due to be taken and repeat the whole process over again!

Re: Kroger Pharmacy 02900261/112 Suset Dr., Johnson City, TN
I have been a customer for decades. Not "years", decades. I have had perscriptions filled at the Sunset Drive pharmacy for the past 15 years. Except for 2 small problems, both quickly resolved, I have never had issues with this pharmacy. The staff has always been courteous, answered any questions and been professional. Until a horrible incident on August 19.
I am 72 yrs old, fully employed. I take several medications for a variety of health issues. Chronic pain is one of the issue. When I picked my perscription up on Monday the pharmacist, Jane Jones, questioned why I needed the medication, what medical problems did I have that required this medication. I caught myself explaining my health issues. All of this was done not only in front of pharmacy employees but in front of customers. This interaction was aggressive and abusive in nature, embarassing and left me feeling like I had been targeted because of my disabilites and age. When paying for my medications, this pharmacist, standing over 10 ft. from me, said very loudly for everyone to hear, that she was going to call the doctor. This was an intentional failure to maintain my privacy. A total failure to follow HIPPA rules. I became physicaly ill from this outrageous confrontation. If there had been any question regarding this perscription, my doctor should have been contacted before I walked into the pharmacy.

inattention from corporate office
You have built a beautiful grocery store in Granbury, Texas a couple of years ago. You provided beautiful landscaping with trees and plants. But the last two summers, the landscaping has been totally neglected and many of the trees and plants are dying, if not already dead. If not for the ample rain we received earlier this year, they all would have died. Simply turning on water to these plants would provide relief. (HEB across the street does.) I have contacted the store manager and was told they are aware of the problem and have contacted their corporate office. But nothing is being done. Sorry, but it really looks bad. And I hear other friends and acquaintances saying the same thing. It's bad and really sad for a huge corporation to be represented this way.
Do you go to the store to shop or look at landscaping?

I am so tired of this Kroger there is absolutely zero customer service. Today was the final straw they only had two lanes open and both women tell me that they are now closed and I would have to go to self checkout with a cart full of groceries. We won't even get into how crowded the isles are because this store is only worried about for filling online orders . I'm glad Publix is not far
