On Sunday 3/3/20 around 7 pm, my family and visited the Krystals drive thru lawrenceville hwy in Decatur GA.We were greeted with YO!YO!YO! can I take your order. We are a family of 4, so we ordered 4 drinks, 4 fries, 12 krystals, and 3 chili cheese pups. When we arrived at the window to pay, the cashier said, Dang is Ya'll hungry. While our drinks being prepared, the same young lady had to be instructed not to give us drinks without lids. We were ask to pull forward and our food would be right out, after about 25 minutes there was not any food in sight.My husband went inside to see what happened and still waited an additional 15 minutes for our food to be prepared. I contacted the local office to advise of my experience and requested my money back, but received a coupon for free breakfast or lunch comb. The amount spent, almost 50.00 was solely based on convenience and not class or service.I frequent this location early Mornings and have never had this experience. Someone, please give me my money back!

The receipt says the cashier name was Morrissa and the host name was Katelyn This is my 5TH time going to this location. THEY were very very very rude the line was slow all the orders got messed up THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. Then when I get my order the food was cold and nasty looking... 02/11/20 same experience as last week, went in there on referenced date at 11:45AM, waited 10 minutes to place order, young girls working there talking, laughing BUT NOT TAKING my order.No one else in line wondering if they do not deliberately want to serve me or if this is normal for this place. I ordered a 10 piece wing and they were 5 hot and wild and 5 blazin buffalo. Once I Got my food and had left on the drive back home to Ga I begin to eat them and they were horrible they didnt have any sauce on one set and the other ones I dont know what sauce it was but they werent hot at all. So we turned around and went back they gave us a hard time then they finally said they would recook them and all they did was drop them in the grease with some more chicken that was cooking and burnt them it took them about 1 min which was lest then the time it would have taken to cook them. We then asked for our money back after loooking at the burnt wings that they wanted us to eat. This is not only terrible customer service it is a FDA issue because of the sanitation or should I say lack of. Timeshare scams are HUGE problem in Mexico. We purchased a Royal Elite Timeshare last year. We were promised all kinds of opportunity, while they kept serving us cold Coronas. Between HSI, RCI, and Royal Elite it seems that this is all a scam. We initially made three payments of $800, and now after Royal Elite has made a mistake with their collections back in the end of 2008, Monterey Financial has been threatening to send me to court to recover the unpaid portion ever since. Royal Elite is almost impossible to contact. This has become a huge pain, and a troubling financial burden. These are more complaints made on the Royal Elite timeshare resorts:

None of the wings have sauce on them. The zinging buffalo just have the zinging buffalo sprinkled on them. Some people say the wings are too spicy and other people say its not spicy enough! The store should of re-dropped your wings because 1 minute isn't enough to cook fresh wings. If i were you next time that happens you could call in the morning (after 9amish) and talk to the store manager if that doesn't help you can always ask for the district manager info.

THE NEW SEASONED FRIES IN THE KNOXVILLE AREA are Terrible. If you are going keep them, at least give us a choice. If not my family will stop going there. Bring back the old fries.
