I purchased a new Entegra RV from La Mesa in Albuquerque in May this year. There were several small problems with the coach which were resolved but the big problem is with the refrigerator. I put about 350 miles on it on a short trip to Colorado and the fridge would not stay on for more than a few hours. At first they told me there was nothing wrong with it, (they think I'm a dummy) but after the third time I took it back to them they acknowledged that there was a problem with it. They have had it now for the last 7 weeks. They are now telling me that the fridge needs to be replaced but the manufacturer (JAYCO) will not authorize a replacement refrigerator. I have a call in to Jayco but I am waiting for a return call because you only get to talk to a computer when you call their customer service. Maybe they will call back, probably in a couple of days when I'm driving and can't talk. I am out an awful lot of money for a piece of crap that has been at the La Mesa service center most of the summer. My plans of a summer of travel went out the window when I went to La Mesa. The only recommendation I would give about them is to stay away! Buy your RV somewhere else. And stay away from JAYCO.
Desired outcome: I would like my summer back.
