I bought Love Seat 2/4/24. Salesman Raymond Rodriguez told me I would have it in 6-8 weeks. Well 8 weeks have gone by and no loveseat. I went to the store Sat 3/30/24 to check on it. Raymond told me it would be the end of May at the earliest. Another 8 weeks. I told him that was unacceptable and I requested a refund. He called the Mgr. Alan Yingling, they both told me no refunds, and a restocking charge would be due also. How can there be a restock fee on a Loveseat that has not been built yet. Alan gave me a phone number for Valerie Leija at Lebco Industries the franchise holder. I called her 3/30/24 and today 4/1/24 @ 12:30 pm. All I get is voicemail. I called Alan at the store and he was supposedly busy with a customer, however I do not trust him or Raymond because they have lied to me before. I would like you to issue a refund of $2,711.64 to my credit card. I have purchased a Loveseat from Havertys and it will be delivered 4/3/24 between 8a-12p. Good customer service! I currently have 4 Lazy Boy products in my home. But... Ray and Alan have ran me off.
