Bought recliner from Memphis showroom arrived late, and delivery setup were a mess. The chair was not properly assembled, causing one side to not hold any weight, squeaking and metal snapping noises. A repair man came out a month after filly complaint looked at the chair and left, came back weeks later and added filling to the chair back. Chair is still not properly assembled still pops and snaps the quality is very questionable, not a solid feel at AL. This is the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased, it is obviously overpriced and made poorly with the minimum material quality and poor workmanship. The frame is too lightweight and badly assembled to provide the base support for the chair, spent almost 2k on the chair that is of minimal use or comfort. What a waste. Would never recommend this company to anyone. The customer service has been very poor and unresponsive, apparently to push the problem past any warranty. What remedy is available other than throwing it away and replacing it with a cheap discount furniture chair that ironically made better and of better quality than the overpriced chair from la z boy.
Claimed loss: That’s a good question I would like to see the customer service department act like a customer service department and look after the consumer.
Desired outcome: A decent chair to sit in with comfort and confidence in the quality.
