Absolutely the worst carrier I've ever encountered.
Their site claims 1.9 day average delivery time. Here's the tracking information they provided me (I still do not have the package):

As this shows they picked up the package on 8/30 in Dayton NJ and had it in Charlottte NC the next day (9/1) but then sat on it until Labor Day Monday when everything was closed, including the UPS Store where my company mailbox is located. They made no attempt to deliver the package the next day - its still sitting in their facility. 8 Calendar days and still the package has not been delivered.
No responses to inquiries sent through their website except for canned responses that they received my inquiry. No answers whatsoever.

This is the second time that my Amazon package, delivered by Lasership has arrived opened and I'm sick of it.
Not only is it a gross lack of professionalism but it's an invasion of privacy.
I've contacted Amazon and filed a complaint as well as cancelled my prime membership.
Since they continue to use lasership for Prime deliveries. I'm done.

Delivery person put my package on my neighbors door
On August 29th, 2021 your delivery driver put my package on my neighbors door, and took a picture of the package at the wrong address. I feel your organization needs to better train your employees to be more thorough and detailed deliveries causing less mistakes. The world is not kind. You have to be more customer service oriented!
I was lucky I had a good relationship with my neighbor, but a lot of people don't, and my package left there could have caused unnecessary friction.

Stolen package
my name is Michelle McCrae my tracking number for my package is {1LS722765805270} i have been reaching out to Customer Service since 08/23/2021, about my package. one of the employees at LaserShip stole my package.
Each time I call I get the run around, and today the Customer Service Rep told me that the package was lost. how can the package be lost when they had my package on 08/23/2021, when they stated they need my Apt. number and my phone number to deliver the package. I have spoken with a customer service rep on 08/23/2021, 08/24/2021, 08/25/2021, 08/26/2021, 08/27/2021 and each time they stated that the package will be delivered the next day. this is not acceptable by the company. I want my package delivered to my home. my address is 3514 6th ST SE #2, Washington DC 20032, my number is [protected].

Bath & bodyworks package stolen
I'm convinced that this company stole my package. I found it very suspicious when my package was scanned, loaded and delivered within 3 MINUTES! I have cameras at my home and nothing was delivered. Luckily my order was refunded. I will never shop online again if this is the shipping company being used, I rather go to the store. This company is a total scam, I don't understand why merchants are using this service. Buyer beware!

I answered My front door and asked the Lasership carrier was the package for Me, and He said, 'What do You think ?'', so I responded by saying to Him, "Excuse Me"? I'm just asking You a question, and He says to Me, '[censored] YOU ", and gets into the elevator and leaves !

States delivered after several delays but there is no package!
I purchases from Nordstrom Rack and received a email stating that the items were shipped via LaserShip. I requested text notification and received it for several day as my item bounced back and forth with several non descripted delays. At 10:39am I checked the website to be told it was delivered to my home at 10:07am. NO PACKAGE. What a surprise. Also NO TEXT. I contacted Nordstrom Rack who stated that LaserShip often states that it has been delivered while it is in route and that I should wait 24 hours to see if they come through with the items. WHAT? So I will call tomorrow for a refund. The reviews for LaserShip are horrible...beware. LaserShip's customer service is HORRIBLE. Send them an email and wait 48 hours. If you call expect to be placed in limbo with messages stating that you are important.

These people continue to lie about "attempted" delivery. They clearly have NOT attempted to deliver! I called the company I ordered from and theh say theres nothing they can do because its already shipped. Wheb I called Lasership, they said they needed an access code to get into my building. I live in a single family home, not a building. Also I'm home all the time, they did not attempt delivery because I was home at the times they said they tried. Big liars. I'll never order from urban outfitters again since they use lasership.

Erratic driving and leaving boxes in mailboxes.
On 8/18/2021 at approximately 1135 hours, Lala who is a Postal Service worker made a compliant to police that a driver for LaserShip was operating a yellow van erratically and was leaving boxes in the mailboxes which is against federal law. Lala stated this incident occurred at 114 Stone Road in Burlington, CT. Lala provided a possible registration plate of 1K76. Lala described the operator of LaserShip as a thin black male, approximately 6 feet tall, with long braided hair to his shoulders, and with a heavy Jamaican accent. Lala stated she tried speaking with the operator, but stated the operator was very rude and had stated he didn't care.
Desired outcome: Speak with the driver to LaserShip and have his work in Burlington, CT end.
Scam, stolen property

I never got my $200 order from Fashion Nova. For 3 days i tracked my package and just last night i seen that the person was not even 5-10 minutes away from my house and my package never got delivered. When i called this morning they said my package was at the warehouse and i can go ahead and pick it up. Well i called on my lunch to confirm ill be coming to pick it up and they told me my package could not be found. they then said i can reach out to the seller which they have no control and they have no recollection of anything getting sent back. I will be calling the cops and filing a police report today against the business because they do not do anything but scam people.

I have proof-pictures they send me of my packages once they deliver them and they always have it at the wrong apartment. I live in apartment 26. 2 of the 3 times my packages were delivered to the wrong address, I respectfully got them back. However third time was a different story. I went the apartment 21 and The lady denied she has my package. If only these delivery drivers could pay attention to the apartment number!
Desired outcome: I would like my package reimbursed and consequences for the individual who denies she stole it.
“Attempted” delivery
I ordered a package from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered today (I paid an extra delivery fee to receive it today). During the day at 7:09pm I received a text from Lasership stating that they made an "attempt" to deliver my package. Which is false since I've been home all day long. I called Amazon about my delivery issue and they transferred me to a Lasership representative. I was told that the driver will contact me once my request was made to be delivered today. I still haven't received any word from Lasership about my package. I would like a refund

My packages got stolen 4 times in different occasion again recently person women under wears and now dog food. They do not bring the packages to the door and this is not a private house. I live in a big building with 2 elevators I noted clearly when I order from amazon I have a physical disability. why they keep leaving my packages downstairs in the lobby where people come in and out. these items cost me money. I'm suck of your workers leaving my packages outside. Thiers income they do not call. They come real late in the note at that. Lasership needs to be more responsible. They letting people envade my person business. There was a packages with women person items. This us embrasseing.

Yesterday (06/15/21) my package was out for delivery all day. Around 9pm I received a text stating my packaged was undeliverable due to not having access to deliver. I have NEVER had this issue before being that I don't live in a gated community. We have a camera out front and it did not show anyone attempting to deliver my package. I called the company I ordered from and they stated there's nothing that can be done because the product is now being sent back to them. I called LaserShip and was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. The package was a gift for someone leaving the country & now I won't be able to give it to them.
Lasership is a scam. They said my package was delivered to me and then when I called they didn’t even have the correct tracking number. Said they would get back to me within 72 hours. I know they stole my package and I know no one will help me fix the problem. I don’t understand why business still deal with them. I don’t trust if wrong online anymore after this incident.

Ordered from Old Navy, order was in 3 separate shipments. 2 by UPS and 3rd with Lasership. Received email saying order was delivered at 6:59 on June 9 2021.

It says package delivered but never received it and clearly you can see it was stolen because it says 1:59 PM it was loaded onto vehicle, 1:59 PM out for delivery and 2:00 PM was delivered that's clearly a lie how can all of this happen within a minute !

Lose too many packages
LaserShip has lost several packages so far, purchased through Amazon. The only communication available is to talk to Amazon customer service, and they will request you to wait for another day, and they will send out another one the next day if we didn't get the original one on time.
It totals about 4 days of delay and it's quicker to get 2 days of shipping through UPS. I always have to wonder then why they even put the next-day delivery.
ON top of this, those original packages would never show up. Either it went missing or they actually never sent them out.
