My order was placed with TEMU. My package was delivered to a business which was Closed and the driver left it on the locked front door of a busy shopping center! SEE PHOTO ATTACHED! Who does that? On all of my orders, I include instructions that say "Leave package at side door, under carport". We are old, the street is a long way from our front door and the carport keeps the package from getting rained on. We even had a sign printed, telling delivery drivers NOT to leave package by the front fence. I am including a picture of what your driver did yesterday, 5/16/2023. I just checked my email. It says that at 12:37 pm today my package from Old Navy was delivered to my building. Once again, I received an email saying my package was delivered and again no sign of it. I checked with neighbors and outdoors. You are absolutely the worst delivery service! And you offer no customer service to boot.

Marked an order as "delivered" when it was not.
Last week I ordered shoes from Vans along with protection fluid. Yesterday (03/22/2023) I received a notification that it was "delivered", but only the protection fluid was delivered and there are no shoes. LaserShip provided a "proof of delivery" photo, but it only showed the small package of protection fluid and no large package of shoes.

Case in point, I have attempted to resolve a non-delivery of Order #[protected], ETA: 7 Mar 23', Detroit Tiger's Poncho $23.02, purchase method ending in #7093 for 3 or more days using messaging, emails, online chat services (numerous times) of which to no avail & using plain/easily understood English fully explaining my issue/problem, & received return messages per the Chat service, (1) "I'm sorry I didn't understand that", (2) having to repeatedly enter the assigned Tracking # & double checking for accuracy. As your records & Fanatic's NFL, MLB & NHL should indicate, I am a repeat customer in good standing and expect much better service/support. Received text, packages delivered 3/02/2023 10:15pm. I run outside no packages, no vehicle.
Can’t contact company until 8:am following morning. When I reach representative I am told they will investigate.
Several hours later I call for status update, I’m told package is lost.
Bottom line they hire THIEVES for delivery drivers in Boone County, Kentucky
The items I purchased are no longer available to purchase, sold out.
Desired outcome: Would like criminal investigation into delivery driver who stole my packages!

Walmart used to use fedex for my packages to the same deliery address without any issue. I have no idea why they are shifiting to lasership. It is such a bad experience.

Lasership states my package was delivered last Saturday which it was not. I was home all day and have motion detector on my Ring doorbell, no one came at all. I didn’t get an email saying my package was delivered or anything, I just so happen to track it and saw the status. Went outside to check everywhere and reviewed my Ring history.. nothing. There were no picture of the package on my porch like normal either. Lasership keep closing my investigation ticket and Fashion nova says I have to reach out to Lasership. Fashion nova isn’t trying to resend me my items or a refund. It literally was just 2 items. Ridiculous!
Desired outcome: Fashion nova needs to stop using Lasership and Lasership need to him there independent drivers accountable.

Today (02/24/2023) I received a notification that my package was delivered at 1:14PM. I live in an apartment building with a ring doorbell. There was no package in front of my door and no one rang my bell. LaserShip is constantly lying saying packages are being delivered when they aren’t. I managed to get through to a customer service rep and they plan on “investigating” the issue and that I should contact the seller if my package doesn’t arrive by 02/27. If it’s coming the 27th why lie and say it was delivered today?!
Desired outcome: For Amazon to stop using this company.
Fashion Nova
I had 2 packages that wasn't delivered but stolen by lasership company. Fashion nova won't do anything about it no refund or store credit. I'm completely done doing business with them also. That's a bridge they burned forever. Lasership claimed they delivered my packages but really didn't. I looked everywhere and no packages. They didn't even take a picture or have proof of delivery. The lasership company has completely ignored me and I never want them "delivering" my packages ever again because I never received them. Only the person who is stealing the packages is. I'm fed up.
Desired outcome: Close lasership company down and hold fashion nova responsible also for doing business with them still after they been sued many times!!
Stated delivery attempted - big lie!
Lasership clearly had me correct address and also delivery instructions that also gave more info on my address. The package started out in NJ, was sent to Ohio, then sent back to another location in NJ, then finally made it's way to NY but on the day it was to be delivered, I got a notification that delivery was attempted but they needed more information on my address to be redelivered. This is all bulls*&t! I contacted customer service via SMS and was a COMPLETE waste of my time, I got no where with them, and they said would be redelivered in 3 business days! Really, I live 25 minutes from their facility in Albany, NY, there is no reason it should take 3 business days to be redelivered. Not to mention, they could have easily contacted their driver to deliver my package considering I contacted them a couple of minutes after they sent me a message they couldn't deliver because they needed to confirm my address! This company is a COMPLETE f'in joke. Why do businesses use them to ship anything. Unfortunately, the company I ordered from has now lost my business forever due to they use Lasership. Something needs to be done about this bulls&%t company!
Similar experience, the driver did not even stop in the neighborhood and said they could not find my house. Lasership would not have so many bad reviews/complaints if they would just hire people who are intelligent enough to deliver packages instead of messing around, being rude, unprofessional, and stealing packages. Why is it so hard for them to find good employees? We will never know.
Product was clearly misdelivered based on driver photograph. Laserjet claims it was delivered and they have finished investigation.
LaserShip was delivering a product from Athleta. I receive regular deliveries from Athleta via LaserShip.

The delivery address on the package is an apartment building on Davenport St (see photo below of entrance) which has an 24/7 access area of lobby for drop-offs.
The photo attached is the correct street but clearly the wrong number 262 Davenport St, which is a home. I do not know who lives in this home, and I would never walk onto their porch to retrieve my package.

Desired outcome: LaserShip keeps stating the investigation is complete and package was correctly delivered. I need them to explain how this package was correctly delivered. If they can't, I need them to find package and redeliver correctly.
Suspect delivery person stole my package while pretending to deliver to wrong address
I never received items that I used my hard-earned money to purchase. The proof of delivery picture is not my front door and I informed Lasership that same day. I also forwarded Ring Doorbell video clip of the driver picking up the package after taking the proof of delivery pic. My neighbor sent over the clip after I sent over a proof of delivery pic via email through a community board. My neighbor recognized his front door area, and it prompted him to review his Ring Doorbell video footages and that is how I acquired footage of delivery person picking the package back up after taking proof of delivery picture. The house where it was initially and mistakenly delivered is about 3 houses down to me. I find it hard to believe that a driver would mistakenly deliver the same package to a wrong address twice. I suspect that the driver stole my package. I checked my Ring Doorbell, and the delivery person did not drop off the package in front of my door and there is no updated proof of delivery picture. Lasership emailed me and stated that they conducted an investigation, my package is showing as delivered (not my front door), and that I claimed that I did not receive my package (no updated delivery pic. It seems that if that if the delivery person take picture and submit it as proof of delivery, nothing else matters, not even a video clip of delivery person retrieving the package after “delivering it”. I am so disgusted that we do not only need to worry about porch pirates but worry about the delivery person stealing packages under the guise of mistakenly delivering to wrong address.
Dangerous and unprofessional driver
On 1/4/23 around 5pm on N 21st St in Richmond, VA, a driver of a dark minivan with a LaserShip logo stuck on the hood, license plate ending in 11 quickly reversed out of an alleyway fully without looking and almost backed into me. I was well close enough that I clearly had the right of way and would’ve had to slam on breaks or swerve dangerously to let her go ahead of me. By the time she had turned to be able to drive in the same direction of traffic as me, she was fully over the double line on the other side of the road with oncoming traffic coming towards her. She almost comes over into the correct lane but would’ve hit me so she swerves and brakes, then lays on her horn behind me, despite being the one who apparently has no clue how to drive. I honked my horn back at her and since the next traffic light was red, she proceeded to get out of the vehicle and stand in the middle of the road screaming obscenities at me and clearly trying to provoke a physical altercation. I don’t doubt at all she would’ve tried to fight me if I’d rolled my window down or otherwise directly engaged her. She was a young woman with long hair with multiple colors of hair extensions. I stayed in my car and eventually she got back in her vehicle as well and continued yelling from in there.
Desired outcome: The driver should receive some sort of disciplinary action, at minimum, if she even keeps her job. We all have road rage at times but this woman was 100% at fault, driving dangerously, and exhibiting extremely unprofessional behavior.

I placed an order with bath and body on December 2nd of this year Which they use laser ship to ship their items. I checked the status on laser ship's website said it was out for delivery. Then stated December 6th it was delivered, But that was not the case. I work from home and I have cameras around my house ,no one ever came to my door or entered my premises. I don't understand what is wrong with this company ,
but they are not reliable and it's very frustrating. Apparently this has been going on for a few years with people not receiving their packages ,they need to dig further into an investigation to see what is going on. So now any company that ships with laser ship I will not buy from.
Consistent Mis-delivery
The past 6 or 7 deliveries from lasership have had different mis-deliveries. Their most common trick is to put the package under my usps mailbox, which is what they did today. I was at the top of my driveway and saw the driver do it, but I live 700 feet off the road so I couldn't make run in time to tell them what lazy sack of [censored] they are. I live in a rural area anyone could slow down and nab my package, accidentally run over it, it could get rained on, carried off by a dog, whatever. All other carriers drive all the way up my driveway and deliver to my porch - all of them. Never lazyship. I have started telling the retailers that use them that I will no longer purchase from them until they stop using lasership - I have no other choice. I have complained directly to lasership every time and they just don't care. They have no regard for your packages. They need to be shut down. Period.

Lasership Service
People have been contacting our business for the past two weeks looking for thier packages. We tried complaining to Lasership to remove us from the shipping information, but they will not.
We are Flower Village Mobile Home park and do not ship packages for Lasership. Folks are very upset and cannot track whats happening with their delivery.
We have received anywhere from 30-40 calls.
Lasership customer service will not resolve the issue.

I am having the same exact concern. Lasership is claiming my package has been sitting at the mobile park since Dec. 9th. I have contacted this “company” through twitter, text, and email. The most they could tell me today was “we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance..” What does this even mean? I’m beyond irritated because the item I’m waiting for is sold out everywhere.

I had the same company "not deliver" a gift in the past, it was with Anthropologie. I took it up with the Lasership & Anthro to no avail. Finally, went to my credit card who cleared the charge. Now, they won't ship to my home claiming I stole the item. Definite scam going on with leadership. Let's look for our items on Ebay & contact write the CEO of Anthropologie!

Worst delivery service ever
I ordered two sets of pajamas on sale from Victoria’s Secret. One set was for family Christmas photos. They shipped via Lasership and the tracking updates stalled for 3 days. Then all of a sudden they were out for delivery on a Wednesday. I checked the porch that night and no package. Chekced the garage thinking they’d left it there. No. Checked tracking, and it said delivered at front door at 8:45pm. I was hosting a neighborhood girls night at that time with 6 women sitting directly in front of the picture window on the front of my house that the delivery driver would have had to walk past to actually leave it on the front porch. They flat out lied. There was no delivery made or attempted at my house. I opened a case through the LaserShip website (because it’s impossible to get a human on the phone even though they say on their website you can) and the result of their “investigation” was that the package was delivered and I should contact the seller for a solution. This day in age why aren’t their drivers taking photos of exactly where the item was left? Even the post office has GPS tracking/scanning when deliveries are made so that if there’s a delivery error they can find the package. I will NEVER purchase an item being shipped with LaserShip again!
1 packages never attempted or delivered
Ordered clothing from Kohls about 6 months ago. After multiple delays and calls to customer service, LaserShip delivered it to some apartment building instead of to my house.
Latest issue - ordered from Kohls, shipment kept getting delayed saying they needed more info, sent in additional details on the contact form and called customer service multiple times. After almost 2 weeks of this nonsense, the package was sent back to the shipper. LaserShip is terrible and shouldn't even be in business!
