Multiple missing packages
Getting right to the point. Many of the drivers are criminals. Over the last year for my family, 8 out of 10 boxes have gone missing. Status delivered, but not delivered.
It's not porch pirates. I was working in my front yard yesterday when a packages was presumably 'delivered'. As just one example.
This company knows about the problem, and does jack tihs about it. If they are doing something, we don't see it on the street. The word ineffectual comes to mind. Probably bloated and complacent leadership, OR the leadership is in it with the criminals on the street.
Desired outcome: Hire reputable people. Stop the theft. All of it. Stop profiting from a structure of thievery.
Improper deliveries, mistaken deliveries
I live in an apt building that has over 100+ units. Address: 646 Argyle Road, Brooklyn, NY 11230.
I have contacted LaserShip many times over the last few months about this ongoing issue.
I have delivery instructions listed with Lasership for my apartment only, which is Apt B-_, 2nd Floor. These instructions state to deliver my personal packages to the front of my apartment.
This is what is happening instead: I am receiving all packages, for every delivery to this entire building, outside of my apartment door. I have spoken to many Lasership representatives, including one just yesterday afternoon.
I was called back by a supervisor named "Jordan" on Nov 18, 2022 who stated he thought this would be an easy issue to fix. Over this past weekend, 4 packages were delivered outside of my apartment door (when I was not even home to see them.)
In addition to supervisor Jordan's call, I also received an email from another supervisor, Annika, at some other point. In spite of my many, many, many attempts to correct this situation, the delivery problems continue and have continued for months and months.
The intended recipients eventually found their packages with the help of the building's super. The packages had been left outside my door since Friday, Nov 25th and Saturday, Nov 26th and were "found" on Monday morning, Nov 28th.
Yet again, last night, a tenant from apt A3 rang my bell because a photo of the outside of my door, with my apt #, was sent to her to show that her item had been delivered.
There must be a way to only have my own deliveries made per my request, as a contactless delivery to my own apt door and not for other tenants' deliveries to be made to my door.
Furthermore, the Lasership driver/delivery people do not ring either my outside buzzer or the bell at my apt door so I have no way to know if there are even any packages being left outside my door.

Si (about deliveries from this past weekend, although yet another package — the one for apt A3 was left in front of my door yesterday, Nov 28th, toward nighttime, along with a photo of my apt door)
This is all very distressing and points toward a lack of professional training for all LaserShip drivers, whether regular, seasonal, substitutes/fill-in's, etc.
Desired outcome: Pls intervene for corrective actions. Pls have a LaserShip supervisor reach out to me at the phone# on their/your files/records so I will be assured of steps taken toward a permanent resolution.
Nike shoes for christmas gift
I ordered a pair of Nike dunks online as Christmas gift for my daughter. My shipping address was the same as my billing I tracked my delivery only to find this company had not only delivered the shoes to the wrong address but when I called to notify the company that the address delivered my shipment to. I got a recording that pretty much says sorry about that call the seller. I called the seller to be pretty much told that once the shoes leave the ware house they aren't in control of which shipping company gets their products to ship needless to I will no longer be buying anything online from Nike and I will be advising any and everyone to stay away from LaserShip. This piss poor company needs to be closed down or maybe hire people that can read how do you get 6126 cox landing from 226 Huntington. [censored] [censored]s.
Desired outcome: Clearly since handling big shipments isn't your thing maybe you should try postcards. Baby steps [censored]es.
Delivery never occurred
Package tracking showing package was delivered at 8pm. I was home and in the room facing the glass front door all evening along with my family. Also have a door camera. No delivery occurred. Checked with neighbors and neighborhood website. Noone else received the delivery.
Reported the non-delivery that evening 11:30pm to LaserShip. After 3 days (they promised 2 days to investigate) they emailed me saying the delivery was made and closed the case.
They have no proof of delivery and I have proof they did not come to my door.
Desired outcome: From what I am seeing on this shipping company from online reviews I do not expect much other than to warn everyone else not to use them. I will seek satisfaction from my credit card company
It's probably an organized effort at this company to cover up from the thefts.
Nobody reputable would do that. Even the cable company at least makes an attempt to put things right.
Package was actually not delivered
For the last two weeks my packages have not been delivered. I bought a doorbell camara and it has been brought to my attention that deliveries have been made to the lobby of our apartment building. This is why I have not received my packages. It has gotten stolen. I am losing out on money as the seller refuses to refund me the money due to the fact that the delivery has been marked delivered. My signature has also been forged several times. The name does not match my actual name when signed.
Desired outcome: I would like my packages to actually be delivered to my apartment
Non-delivery
Received an email from shipping company the day before that my product was to be delivered the next day. Driver excepted the package at around 10 AM and around 11 AM stated it was delivered to manufacture. No cars given. Called laser shipping and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude, screaming at me, and hung up on me. I still don’t have an answer is the way my shoes were not delivered.

On 4 separate occasions, not sure if all same driver or not, the driver has failed to properly deliver the package. First incident - package delivered to our neighbor's front porch, but neighbor got the package to me. Second incident - package delivered to bottom of our front porch steps uncovered out in the elements despite walking right past a sign that says all deliveries to back door, then they proceeded to turn around in the grass on our front yard rather than drive to the end of the drive and turn around in the ample space like all other delivery companies do. Third incident - package reported as handed to recipient but I had no package, it was later found in my USPS mailbox at the road. Either they lied and put it in mailbox or once again delivered to a neighbor who put in our mailbox. Fourth incident - a huge box with $200 of goods was left in the road under the mailbox - our driveway is 800 feet off the road we couldn't know it was out there my husband saw it on his way home - anyone could have picked it up and stolen it. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS - UPS, FEDEX, USPS, Amazon, local companies who deliver here have all been able to figure it out. Maybe you need a better test on deciding logic skills when hiring and better training on specific situations and rural deliveries.
Desired outcome: Train your drivers, hire better suited people.

Yes! I live at 1144 Boxcar Way, Apex NC. A driver who works for your company almost hit my SUV when I was backing up in my drive way. He can by my drive way and call me a explicit name. That was not call for at all. This driver should be fired. I will be complaining to my Home owners association. This happen on September 4. The driver speed in a subdivison with a lot of children who play in this neighborhood.

Packaged Not "Delivered"
I placed an order with Bath & Body Works on 8/23/2022. I live in Columbus, Ohio, and my order was sent to LaserShip facility in Dayton, NJ on 8/27/22. Package made it to LaserShip facility in Groveport, OH on 8/28, then on to Lockbourne, OH facility on 8/29/22 where it sat un 9/2/22, then marked "Delivered" on 9/2/22 at 2015. Did not receive package! We have front door camera, front yard cameras, and driveway camera, and no attempt was made to deliver this package to my home. We have never had any issues with delivery of Bath and Body Works packages to our home through other carriers. Very disappointed that this company's employees did not take the effort to exact the address, especially with all the technology out there for GPS.
Desired outcome: I would like this company to share with drivers that my package was delivered to the wrong address and he/she should be more careful with other's merchandise in the future. What a hassle for me and loss of revenue for the company.

We received a message that Lasership was to deliver the package from the sender - we are in Westchester NY and the Depot is in Stamford CT - I received a package from the sender on the 16th (different package, same sender) however, we received a message that Lasership will be sending the Package back to the Sender/Seller and we need to contact them because the Box or Item was “Damaged” - No further information, No delivery status as to what or why! Other Shippers will deliver the package even if the box is damaged and/or Item inside! Why (regardless of the damage) would they send it back and make that decision for me whom already purchased the items and Belongs To Me, would Lasership Send it back!? I reached out and no one could provide me with the information needed and answers to this problem! I will not write out the back and forth I’ve had with Their Customer Support, it pointless and useless - I’m seeing there are numerous complaints with this Company and after speaking with the Seller - they proceeded to try and provide a refund (which I Do not need and/or want! I want my product!

Tracking says delivered but no package!
I placed an order from an online vendor that was to be sent out in two shipments. I received the first without any issues.
The second package was to be delivered on 7/7 and never arrived. I followed up with LaserShip tracking online which stated that a delivery was “attempted”. I quickly verified the address, which was correct. I immediately checked our security cameras which revealed that there was never an attempted delivery nor did anyone step foot on our property. I called LaserShip who then said that they had my package and would redeliver the following day. Again, same thing the next day! I contacted LaserShip who then said they would investigate.
On 7/10 the status was marked Delivered to the front door. Once again, no package and no camera footage of a delivery. Interestingly enough there was no photo of proof provided as there was for the first shipment that I actually did receive.
I am beyond livid. This was to be a birthday present for a family member. I’ve checked with my neighbors and no one has received anything.
Desired outcome: I would like you to be refunded. To contact the vendor so that I can be refunded and I would like for this carrier to further investigate its driver and explain why there was no photo of proof provided on the delivery

I ordered a package from R.E.I.. On 6/3, the delivery was attempted and failed.
My building is locked and we receive all packages at the market in the same building. I always use my address, with my apartment number, and the delivery person always leaves it at the market, which has a different address number.
I left instructions to deliver to the market if the door to the building is locked and also sent an email to support explaining that I added instructions.
Their next attempt failed after my instructions, so I contacted them through email and explained the instructions again.
They told me my package was out for delivery again and that they received my instructions and will be delivering per my instructions.
The next attempt failed again. I called R.E.I. and they added a note to my order and contacted their support. I gave them the different number for the market.
The delivery failed again. I emailed them again. The next day my package was marked as delivered. When I went to pick it up, I was told they did not deliver it.
I tried contacting lasership support again, but it said I had to wait 3 business days before making a claim about the delivery. When I would click "contact us" it would take me to the R.E.I. site. I emailed them saying that my package was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it. They did not reply.
I called R.E.I. again. They told me my package was marked as delivered but they also told me that it was still pending an attempt. They were able to send another package, this time to the store.
The lasership support ignored my email, and then the next day I received a text saying that there was a failed attempt to deliver even though the package was falsely marked as delivered.
Conclusion: lasership marked my package as delivered when it was not delivered. They failed to follow my instructions even after I gave them the specific number of the address for the market. They kept "attempting" and did not follow my instructions, or simply pretended like they didn't exist. I suspect they are doing this as a scam and they are stealing packages like this. I would be more furious if R.E.I. hadn't graciously sent my order again to the store, but I am still very angry because I am having to wait even longer for my order and I have to travel 4 hours in total to get to the store to pick up my order. All because of lasership and their incompetence. This is the worst shipping experience of my life. The most ridiculous part is that they did not even bother answering my final emails. Also, try calling them and find out it is impossible to speak to someone on the phone. It's like they don't exist and they don't even care.
Property Damage
A driver decided to turn around in my yard getting stuck. There is no need for anyone to turn around on someone’s property. This driver got stuck leaving damage to my yard. Trash also was left behind. There was no note left and the damage was not repaired. These holes are deep. I have a video of this driver trying to get unstuck and he had the nerve to ask if we had a board. I would like someone to come out and repair the damage.
Desired outcome: I would like this company to take responsibility and fix the damage to my yard.

When it come to my address they never can make a delivery they never come this is bad this company need to close down
LASERSHIP Drivers Are Not Doing Their Jobs
This complaint has to do with deliveries which take place in a complex in New York City where I live which is composed of 4 buildings that are 31 stories high and have three working elevators with 24/7 guard service. The Lasership drivers are supposed to bring packages to the customer's door and take a cell phone photo of the package in front of the customer's door to show proof of delivery. Each door in the complex is color coded and has a huge emblazoned number of the apartment at the bottom of each door. Instead the Lasership drivers come into the lobby of each building and leave the packages there on the floor in front of the mailboxes where they are regularly stolen. This has been ongoing for some time despite the fact that the guards ask the drivers to bring the packages to the recipient's apartment, but the Lasership drivers ignore them.
This situation needs to be rectified immediately. Your drivers are not doing what they are being paid to do: DELIVERING PACKAGES TO THE PROPER LOCATIONS. A lot of neighbors are extremely angry about this delivery person incompetence.
Desired outcome: That Lasership drivers be accountable for the packages they deliver and make sure they're being delivered to the correct location; not in the lobby of the building where anyone can steal the packages.

How do you claim to attempt delivery when there was no effort made? All you have to do is find the apartment number? I'm so sick and tired of this company. I continuously have delivery issues with them. I don't know if their drivers don't give AF or what, but there are plenty of people out here that would like a job and probably do it more efficiently than the drivers they have now. Pure hot garbage!

Speeding driver on private road
Your driver was speeding though our private community while delivering packages on 2/8/22 in Chips Crossing, Knoxville, TN at approx. 9:10 am.
I had to jump out of the road while jerking my dog up with me.
15 mph speed limits posted at entrance.
Respect other peoples communities! Some people walk in these neighborhoods as well as children playing in private streets.
Desired outcome: Obey speed limits even on private roads.

Package not delivered
This is the third package allegedly delivered by lasership. It was not stolen from my property but rather never actually delivered. The last time they admitted the package was lost and referred me back to the retailer for resolution even though they are literally stealing the packages. I have informed Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom and Fashion Nova of the issue and I will not be ordering any more items because of this problem. I have reported LAserShip to local police in Doral Florida.
Desired outcome: Full refund
LaserShip will show an item was delivered and literally not even drive down your street. Customer service is non existent they will hang up in you How do retailers continue to do business with them is beyond me and now my money will be beyond them.
