I'm writing to let you know of our awful experience on the purchase of our Lazy Boy sofa and 2 rocker recliners, out of the Frisco TX store.
We ordered our ($14k) Lazy Boy furniture in August, 2022 and it was delivered in January of 2023, 5 months later which is how long they told us it would take.
Then in mid June, both electric recliners broke on each end of the couch. We called to let them know of the problem and they said they would send a technician out in 2 weeks.He came out and said they had put the wrong parts in, it took him a total of 5 minutes. Then the customer service lady called to scheduled the pick up, she said they could pick it up the following week and that it would take it 2 to 3 weeks for them to fix it. I asked if they would be brining a replacement sofa and she said, no because they were only taking the 2 broken pieces. The problem is, we were selling our home and had what looked like a car seat in our home during showings. The bigger problem is when I called the store, the manager Terry wouldn't even call me back. He just sent an e-mail referring me back to customer service. We will never buy any Lazy Boy product. They aren't even as comfortable as they were in the store.
