Hello i still haven't recieved my order My order came from lazada the tracking code is [protected] and i expect that I will recieve my order today yet nothing came so can you please deliver it ASAP cause even though its to much of a thing but it got a very big role to play so please deliver it ASAP please

Yung tracking number ko is [protected], for how many days paulit ulit lang sinasabi ng LBC na "package will be delivered today, please be ready bla bla bla" IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS PERO WALA PARIN, ano ba pati LBC ngayon paasa na?! Tapos kanina sabi ng LBC ngayon na talaga idedeliver sa address na binigay ko, PAGABI NA PERO WALA PARIN, First time ko sa LBC tapos ito bubungad sakin? This is very disappointing! Sana ayusin niyo po to agad kasi ilang araw na ako nag hihintay sa package ko :)

Good Afternoon! Gusto ko lang malaman sir about dun sa padala ko last Sunday, august 8 sa Sm City Cebu. Kase hanggang ngayon wala pa and according dun sa lbc tracking diniliver sya sa location pero di sya tinanggap ng recipient pero di naman nakatanggap yung recipient ng padala. And as of now for claiming daw ang padala sa branch na dapat diniliver

i ordered an item yesterday online and is expecting to arrive today, but unfortunately wala pong dumating.. and to my suprise as I checked and tracked it may shipment issuue.. just wondering what is it? ngayon lng po itk nangyari, I used to order online and you are my courier kasi online seller po ako at nagtitiwala po ako sa inyo.. worried ako kasi may pinapangalagaan akong reputasyon pero mas worried ako sa customer ko. we are providing enough details of the reciever kahit ang numbers namin nilalagay namin pero bakit ganito po? ano pong issue ng items ko..

Today, August 10, 2017 I asked a favor to my friend who lived near Brgy.GTDL Valenzuela, Hen.T.De leon Branch. to send 8bottles perfume at Villamor Airbase Pasay Metro Manila and its very urgent and we are rushing to send it. In our dismay, your unfriendly, not accommodating staff immediately refused the items. For the reason that it was too many (8 pcs of 60ml perfumes). Its was packed with bubble wrap and box. Actually not the first time to shipped same items in the same company but different branch. But I got no problem sending in Binangonan Branch. How does it happened that in Binangonan Rizal LBC Branch had a different protocol with LBC Valenzuela branch. My friend need to verify at LBC hotline to confirm if its really not acceptable but they were wrong as long that it will shipped tru land then its fine. She go back again to that branch but still they required my friend to buy tupperware to put all the items even its already packed in a bubble wrap and was put in the box!. What kind of system they were trying to implement. Very dismaying, stressful, wasting time and inconvenient. The staff names are Nick and Rico...they are not supposed to be a front liner.

I ordered online (August 31) and the seller's preference kasi is LBC. Ang sabi eh within 3 days Ipipick-up ninyo yung order ko. I had to extend the time frame kasi sa DAY 5 (August 5) niyo na siya pinick-up. Akala ko naman magiging mabilis na kasi ang sabi ninyo nasa sorting na at Yakal. It is my first time na maencounter na ang sorting is 3 days. I have ordered online before with shipping by LBC. Usually once pick-up, 1 day lang siya sa sorting ng Yakal and then transit na siya going here sa North Luzon. So, around 3-5 days lang dapat. Pero this time, 3 days na yung order ko nasa Yakal pa rin. Naaawa na yung seller sa akin kasi wala naman kaming magawa pareho. I tried reaching out sa customer service ninyo to have full transparency sana as to why my package seems to be stuck at Yakal pero wala nagrereply. Lagi niyo lang sinasabi sa akin yung time frame ninyo but never an explanation. Tatangapin ko sana eh if you could explain sa akin. Yung isang friend ko ordered as well, in 4 days nandito na yung sa kanya considering pa na mas nahuli siyang nagorder kesa sa akin. Kaya ang hirap paniwalaan na sabihin niyong kesyo 8 days ang max ng shipment niyo eh kinaya niyo naman iship yung sa friend ko ng ASAP. Madalas ako magorder online and madalas din ako nagpapadala ng documents/products locally and internationally using your service, pero parang after ng incident na ito, I kinda want to switch into a different courier. Pag sa iba kasi pag may ganitong incident, they provide full disclosure about what's going on. Hindi kagaya ninyo na wala namang explanation kung bakit kaya kami natataranta kung ano na nangyari sa item namin. Pakiayos naman na.

Dear sir I would like to complaint regarding the Samsung tv that they delivered last july 6 2017 in Palermo calulut san fernando pampanga..
I open the box last day in date of 7-8-2017. its sad to say that my tv is broken the screen is crack. my tracking no is ([protected]) that is abig amount that io buy in saudi Riyadd. please help us and do some action bout this.

Good day! aug. 2 ung nagpadeliver ako sa lbc farmers plaza wala man lang nagtxt o nagconfirm sakin na hindi nila nadeliver ung package ko thru online ko lang na laman may kulang daw ung address na binigay ko before nun nagpadeliver na rin ako sa knila month of july same product same person and same address it was successful delivery how come na hindi nio na deliver ulit un. Ireason nio ba naman sakin sa baka bago ung tao na nagdeliver. Sir/mam may waze na po tau ngaun may google map pa. Tapos sasabihin nio sakin na kailangan ko magbayad ulit para makuha ko ung item na pinadeliver ko eh ano ung term and condition nio na nakalagay sa likod ng resibo nio display. Alam kong walang perfect business or trasaction pero sana ung inis na binibigay nio sa client nio eh magawan nio ng paraan. Thank you!

Hi LBC. I am supposed to be the recipient of the package with this tracking number:"[protected]". On august 5, the delivery guy called me that they werent able to locate the given address. So I have given them additional instructions regarding to my location. And so they promised that the delivery will be postponed until this monday August 07 at 3PM. I just want to ask if the package will still be arriving this day? Thank u

Where to start? So everyone can know what to expect from lbc

In may our order was returned to your bulacan hub twice because they said we were not at home to accept the delivery. That is a lie. We ended up picking it up ourselves at your local agents. Office. The excuse? A new crew that could not find us.

Balakbayan box 11* online transaction status shows departure from ca 6/28. Not true. It was delayed until 7/2. Never corrected for my online viewing.

Thurs 8/3 an expedited request for delivery was emailed to bulacan delivery hub. On fri 8/4 two agents assured me that their computer listed these boxes as out for delivery. By late afternoon I found out that I had been lied to. A supervisor again emailed bulacan delivery to get my boxes to me by sat 8/5 (By your notification that is the latest they would be delivered)

Sat 8/5 a repeat of previous days. Supervisor emialed again. No delivery.

Sun 8/6 a delivery was made of [protected] the box that was picked up 3 weeks later than [protected].

Mon 8/7 I was assured again that the delivery would be made today. Another lie. Talked to supervisor and demanded delivery today. All she could do was make excuses and give me assurance that the final box would be delivered tues 8/8 after lunch.

I was quoted 4-5 week delivery window. One box 6 weeks and another 9+ weeks.

I suggest that some of your lying agents be severely reprimanded. And the manager, team leader of your bulacan delivery hub be fired for complete lack of customer service and dereliction. They did not respond to the emails of your supervisors one time in 5 days.

Gusto ko lang po mag complaint, regarding po sa Vitamins na pinadala ko last May 5, 2017 pa, problema po kasi di umabot sa pinadalhan ko..tapos pinuntahan ko sa Maasin Southern Leyte branch last July19, ang sabi magbayad daw ako nang 185 para mabalik saken ung item na pinadala ko since di naman natanggap nang consignee..ang problema ngaun kc na despose na daw ang item. I need your prompt action on this.

I am expecting a package today. When tracking the package, it said "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." The address is correct and we've been residing here for more than 30 years. Please follow up our package. It was raining heavily this afternoon so probably we did not hear someone knockin in our gate. Please deliver it again on the same address tomorrow August 5, 2017. If possible please send it in the morning. Thank you so much.

..good day gusto ko lang po sana malaman what happened sa idedeliver sana sa aken. I check the LBC Tracking and it say"Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels" . Dapat kahapon Aug.3 2017 ko sya matatanggap pero di dumating. Last week naman po na deliver sa aken walang naging problema, same info naman po ang binigay ko like the address. The tracking number is [protected]

This person named Rehan M. Pangcatan is a scammer! Using my name, my address, and bank details just to fool his/her victims! I want to trace this person who picked up a package at LBC Gaisano Mall, Iligan City last July 21 If I'm not mistaken! From Padre Faura Manila to LBC Gaisano Iligan City! She was my consignee and I'm the sender! I had no idea she was a scammer until someone called me on the phone yesterday! Please help! Those items inside that particular package are from her scammed money from her costumers! And now she is using my name, and bank details and address to scam people!

The lbc tracker said "your shipment was not delivered since recipients address is out of lbc's area"
I am from bongato east bayambang pangasinan and we have an LBC branch in town :)
I have attached a photo of the tracker and it shows that it already arrived at urdaneta. I hope that it will be delivered to bayambang branch soon so i can get it there. Thank you very much

Nagship ako ng sunday JULY 30, 2017 papuntang san jose del monte bulacan, nakalagay sa status simula monday LACK OF TIME. nakalagay na nga sa box na perishable, bread yun which is expiry date is august 1, monday dapat nadeliver na yun, tinalo pa nila ang item na parang sinakay sa eroplano na sobrang tagal. Sa tingin niyo makakain pa yun. i am requesting you guys to REFUND my money. kung hindi niyo madedeliver on time! [protected] is my number!

We tried to follow up to Lbc Tabaco branch but the employee wil just look at us smirking just like the feeling that they're insulting us for following up the parcel that we should've recieved 5 months ago. We also said that we will pick it up on the branch but they put it on delivery.

We also went back a LOT of TIMES but still they HAVE NO CARE IN FOLLOWING UP our order even the reatiler we ordered has been or she's still in follow up with our order.
