Late delivery
Last June 24 my parcel has been shipped from Benguet. Last July 4 my parcel finally artived in Cebu Distribution team. I called Cebu Distribution team asking if I can pick it up since it's perishable but they said I can only pick it in the distribution branch because it's COP. I waited until Monday and kept on tracking but no update even follow up with the LBC warehouse. They gave me the contact number of the distribution hub. I was told to wait. It was Tuesday when I tracked again and found out that the item was already in Talisay delivery team when I'm only in Tisa, Cebu City. They told me they will update me soon but until now they never bothered to contact me. I've been reaching different contact numbers from Customer Service to Cebu Warehouse, Distribution hub to Talisay Delivery Team but non of them is reachable. Please help inside my box are plants. I don't think they still are okay after 14 days. Today is the 14th day.

2 pairs of jordan collectible shoes

My name is Ralph Albert Cabrera and I would like to report a missing item (2pairs of Jordan shoes) which was shipped from LBC Turbina, Calamba Branch shipped by my brother, Aldwin Mc Gregory to Zandy Lorena residing at Batasan Hills Quezon City. The purpose of the shipment is for the restoration and customization of the 2 pairs of shoes.
June 30 when the item arrived at LBC Kalayaan and was ready for delivery. Based on the tracking information, there were two remarks that the address was not found reason for the item to be undelivered.
It was July 1 when the delivery associate, Dave Areza, came into Zandy Lorena's residence and informed that the pair was missing during delivery. He was not sure into where the item get lost. Then Zandy immediately informed me through chat about the incident.
There has been a call between me and Dave on how to settle but days after, no updates yet and the settlement is still unclear..
On Friday, July 3, My brother, Aldwin got a call from LBC Kalayaan team head named Franco Villanueva and told him that as per Dave, it is okay if he got a compalin with regards to the missing item.
We would like to plead and seek help if this can be further investigated or atleast we could get back the worth of the 2pairs of shoes. These shoes are collectible Jordan brand shoes with price ranging 10, 00php to 12000php for each pair.
We reported it to LBC Turbina Branch and they are willing to support us on any means they can to help us atleast get the worth of shoes back.
Attached are the conversations with the recipient Zandy, conversation with Associate Dave and other supporting details regarding the said incident. Attached as well are the supporting document for the cost of the lost items.

I am complaining about the service, it took too long for a perishable good to arrive
It took 13 days for my perishable package to arrive. I wasn't able to save anything everything was rotten. How come it took 13 days while my other order from same place took 4 days only, it is perishable as well. I already tried to talk to a support through messenger, however, no one was assisting me! Also, your staff already saw that it was rotten since the package was already deformed and wet and they did not do anything not even an apology!

This incident was really disappointing, I've worked for that money and those product are too precious to be wasted like that. Your staff already knew what happen yet, they did not do anything.

Until now, 6 days later, I have not received my package and it has not moved from the sortation center. I was expecting an important package to be delivered yesterday. I had it arranged for next-day delivery as I need it for work. I paid fairly for the service, however, I still haven't received the package. The latest update posted on their tracking website is RETURN TO HUB when they haven't even tried delivering my package yet! So disappointing as it affects my means of living.

Delivery to a wrong branch
I am very disappointed with what happened to a parcel I asked lbc to process cop service. This is for a month now!
Last june 8, I processed a cop in bulihan, silang, cavite lbc branch for a small pouch parcel to be delivered to 209 maharlika highway, brgy. San anastacia national highway, santo tomas, batangas. You can see attached here that the sticker form which we filled out and placed to the parcel has the correct address.
After that the staff process it and give me the receipt. I noticed that the address in the receipt is unit 8, phase 2, the lifestyle strip bldg. Maharlika highway, brgy. San antonio, sto. Tomas, batangas. This is the start of the problem.
When we were processing the cop the staff who processed my parcel was talking to her mobile phone saying "oo paalis na ako, sa sme ka na ba? (pertaining to a grocery store nearby). After she handed me the receipt she immediately left the branch. Now, we coordinated with another staff (which also caused this trouble) and she informed us that it is the same branch so we trust the staff of lbc and walk out of the branch.
Then, my customer who ordered the parcel informed me that it is not the same branch and it will cost her about p300.00 to get to the other lbc branch because every ride in their area will be a special ride because of the ongoing covid.
Now, we coordinated again to the same lbc branch and the same stupid staff informed me that the branch are near to the requested branch. This is very ridiculous as even it is near branch the point is she is the one who mistakenly provided a wrong address in the receipt which cause me trouble as well as my customer. I asked her to simply correct her actions and request a transfer. This happened a week ago and we can still see that the parcel is in the same branch as before without any progress.
I again went to the lbc branch last monday and I was informed that the parcel is still in the same place.
This is unacceptable as this is not our mistake by the staff's mistake and a simple transfer cannot be made.
Can you at least make an escalation to transfer this to the correct address!

It seems even your customer service hotlines is not working. I dialled the hotline and waited for 30minutes and also sent email to this address but no one responded.
I need the parcel on the right branch before saturday.
