I Just like to complain about your customer service representative at LBC SM- SAN LAZARO BRANCH. Last July 9, 2019 we send our documents bound to negros and ilo-ilo but your CSR printed wrong delivery receipt both receipt was named to negros (as you can see attached file) . I go to the said office to complain last July 10, 2019 early morning and Ms. NASH told me that your delivery man was lazy to look at the receipt so as long as the sticker was correct the documents will be sent properly. yet both documents was bound to iloilo, and one document was refuse by our client because of wrong delivery. last July 26, we follow up Tracking Number [protected] and saw the status was "July 22, 2019, Arrived at INTERNAL MAIL - PENDING." so we called your customer representative and they say that they will make a report that we want the documents to be back and said that it will be two to three days. Today July 29, 2019 we track again our documents and saw that "July 26, 2019, Arrived at INTERNAL MAIL DISPATCH." your CSR at SM san Lazaro (Ms. Nash) said that "kung gusto nyo mabalik yan agad itawag nyo sa Customer service nalang pero gagawin padin namin ng report" again if you can't delivery properly just please please just return our documents.

The parcel which was sent to me from Sta. Maria Bulacan last July 17, 2019 arrived in Pulilan Branch by July 20, 2019. We have been tracking the package seriously. It's not usual to take a week for LBC to deliver parcels, but this time it has been a week. I live only in Malolos, so I was wondering why it was taking that long. No one has ever contacted me (to the mobile number provided) regarding the parcel just in case they could not find the address provided since it was declared that there's "Chicharon" which is perishable good inside the package. But still, I waited patiently since delays are inevitable sometimes and I truly understand that. July 22, 2019, I contacted the sender to track the package and it was still in Pulilan Branch. So they went to Sta. Maria Branch and paid for another shipment fee just to reship the package to LBC near BSU so we can just pick it up from there if they cannot deliver to the home address provided. July 24, 2019, I went to LBC near BSU to claim my package assuming that it was already there. But then to my disappointment, its still in Pulilan Branch which ended in me writing a complaint to the said Branch. The personnel there in LBC near BSU gave me their number and asked me to expect the parcel in 1-2 working days. July 25, I contacted them and the parcel remained unmoved from Pulilan Branch which has been my biggest concern. The sender ended up picking it up in Pulilan Branch and delivered it to me by hand which made us feel really unsatisfied with the service provided. Shipping fee was paid twice for nothing and so much time has been wasted. As consolation, the sender was promised to be refunded for the reshipping fee.
These are my concerns to LBC Pulilan Branch:
1. Why did the parcel remain unmoved from your site since it arrived there July 20?
2. If you cannot reach the address provided, why no one has ever attempted to contact the mobile number provided by the sender? It was declared that there's a perishable good inside the package.
3. If reshipping payment fee has been made July 22 or July 23, why did it remain in your branch for 2 more days?
I have written this complaint so that it wont happen again to other customers. I used to be satisfied with LBC's service not until LBC Pulilan Branch. I was just a phone call away but they did not bother to let me know why it was taking them time to deliver my parcel.

I have been expecting my passport to be delivered on the tentative dates DFA provided. The tentative delivery dates are from July 23-26. I called DFA Manila and Cebu and someone from DFA Cebu told me that my passport arrived yesterday, July 23 in LBC but why is it that until now, I can't track it online? I need my passport before Friday since I have an appointment for visa application scheduled on the said day. Please don't let us wait too long. We paid you. Supposed to be my passport should have arrived by today.

Ang mga nagdedeliver ng package/parcels nyo dito sa Masbate City ay mga tamad. Nagtext na otw na sa bahay to deliver my parcel. But it turned out wala naman nagantay kami hanggang gabi. I went to 3 branches in Paranaque specifically in BF Homes El Grande, Puregold Sucat and Jaka Plaza. BF Homes El Grande said that they were already on their cut off time at 6:12pm. The lady referred to other branches instead. I reached Jaka Plaza at 6:30pm, the man also said he cannot accommodate me anymore since it was already their cut off time. Referred me to Puregold Sucat which to my dismay also said the same thing. I got so pissed off because I know that the closing time is at 7pm and they immediately refused to assist me.

Magandang umaga po. Nagpadeliver ako ng computer parts thru your lbc branch in del monte ave. Ok naman ang process. Yung items ay processor at motherboard Pagdating sa buyer ko, ok naman daw yung processor. Pero yung motherboard sira daw pagdating. Bent pins nakita ng buyer ko so in short hindi po gumana yung pc nia ( lahat ng needed parts meron sya cpu and motherboard lng sa akin). In good faith ko po pinadala item ko dahil matagal na sa akin yun at gamit ko lng last saturday and tinesting ko pa sunday morning bago ko iship.Alam ko po marami kayo IT expert dyan kaya easy lang sa inyo ganto problem. Gusto ko lang po malaman side ninyo kasi marami na ako experience magpaship ng items sa lbc pero first time po ito blunder sa relationship ko sa inyo.

I wish to report an incident which happened yesterday, at around 11:10 AM, July 22nd, at the LBC branch in Pandacan.
I was there to have two CD's delivered and while waiting for the staff to process my parcel, the ceiling/flourescent light metal cover (pictures attached for reference) detached and fell straight to my head. Shocked, I then said "putang ina, ayusin nyo yan!" amongst a few other words as a result of my frustration, disbelief and anger toward the incident.
One of the staff, whose name I later found out is MARLON TIAMA, was telling me, "easy ka lang brad, nagmumura ka kagad eh." Instead of offering assistance to me to sit me down, or even apologizing for the incident, he was very arrogant and had a smirk to his face; instead of thinking that my actions were a result of the ceiling FALLING TO MY HEAD. I wasn't blaiming any one of them directly, it was obviously the circumstance that prompted me to react that way. Imagine, the metal ceiling falling to YOUR HEAD, and then the audacity of this person to tell you "easy ka lang brad."
It was at this point that I demanded to get his name for my reference, but he simply ignored me. The two other staffs were the same; instead of checking in on me, they both continued to do whatever they were doing at that time. Thankfully, there was another customer who was there who witnessed the incident and had shown compassion, and it was he who suggested I sit down as it is possible my blood pressure had risen up; it was at this point I could feel the effects of the impact of the blow, I felt dizzy, I felt like vomiting, and I could feel a pain in my lower back as a result of the trauma and impact to the head.
After having paid the amount of the parcel, and I suppose with Marlon Tiama realizing that his actions and words were wrong the entire time, he walked to me to apologize and checked on my head. It was at this time that he admitted that they have long been complaining about getting that ceiling fixed. In his own words in Tagalog, "ser matagal na ho namin yang inirereklamo." So this, is a clear sign of NEGLIGENCE in the part of LBC and whoever is in-charge. (Note: there is a law on this which I Googled; I included a screenshot to this mail)
Another thing that needs to be mentioned, is that the customer prior to myself was a SENIOR CITIZEN. Yes, isa po syang LOLA. Imagine, she was standing at the very same spot I was in a few minutes earlier. She could have been the recipient of that blow to the head, and could have (God forbid) even killed her!
The 3 staffs can attest to this, as they were all in agreement that, and I quote, "buti nalang hindi si Lola yung nabagsakan." Granted, it was me who was the unfortunate victim of the incident, but this could surely have been avoided had their requests been HEARD and ACTED UPON. It was pretty obvious that somebody was just waiting for an ACCIDENT to happen first, and then act on it afterward.
Before I left the LBC Pandacan Branch, Marlon provided me a piece of paper with information which included his Team Head, AUBREY PANGILINAN, with cellphone number 0917 103 7961. I also left my contact details (full name, cellphone number, email address) and kindly had requested that their Team Head contact me.
As I was really starting to feel dizzy and had this vomiting feeling, I then left and called a taxi to take me to Medical City to rule out any concussion or internal head injuries/bleeding. I have my medical certificate attached to this email as well. No one amongst the 3 offered to take me to the hospital.
A day later... (Today, 7/23/2019)
1. I still feel dizziness and might be prompted to have a CT Scan later in the afternoon
2. Team Head Aubrey Pangilinan NEVER offered to contact me as a courtesy to check on me
3. I am still amazed on how no one among the 3 staffs offered to take me to the hospital.
I have had two prior incidents with LBC Pandacan and their total incompetent customer service but I always dismissed it. This time, I will not let this pass. This branch's total negligence put its customers at risk (and worse, permanent brain damage or death). Again, it could have been that poor LOLA who was victim as she was there at the very same spot 3-5 minutes before me! Put yourselves in my shoes. That Lola could be your MOTHER.
It would be interesting to see how LBC approaches this incident. I was absent for work last night as I was very disoriented and was in no shape to report for work. I have notified my managers about this incident, too.
Again, I am attaching all relevant photographs relating to this case. The 3 other staffs can also serve as witness.
I would like to be contacted and will await for someone to contact me as Team Head Aubrey Pangilinan appears to have no plan and probably dismisses this as something that isn't fatal.

I am an employee of a leasing & finance company in the philippines. We have over 100 branches nationwide, we are also one of the regular customer of lbc express. On july 17, 2019, I went to lbc parian branch calamba city laguna to have my documents to sent thru courier service of lbc. I came to the branch at around 6:30pm and supposed to be it closed at 7:00pm. Staff of on-duty did not allowed me to transact and for the reason that they have so much to encode couriers, although I am the only customer in-front of them at that time. I have only three (3) small pouches of documents to be sent on our three (3) branches. But still they refused, a very dssappointed experience those employees are too poor to customers service. Hoping that the management will give attention to this very simple complaints. Don't wait to become underdog in the market before you act. Thank you.

On July 17, 2019, I was experience a very Disappointed experience at your LBC-Parian Branch, Calamba City, Laguna Philippines.
LBC-Parian Branch closed at 7:00PM, its already 6:30PM when I was arrived inside their store. I have documents to be sent on our three (3) branches located at Lucena City, Quezon Province; Legaspi City, Albay and Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines.
However, the personnel on-duty at the said date REJECTED ME TO TRANSACT because they said that they have a lot of courier to be encode. Even if I'm the only customer at that time.
