4 days delayed package same old reason being used. been calling for 3 days straight yet all the customer service agents can tell me is they will ask the laguna delivery hub to prioritize.

The package had been delivered after 4 days. However they should improve the communication channels with their branches especially their delivery hubs. They should also update with actual status messages rather than posting standard status messages that make no sense.
