Today is Aug 6th and there is nobody willing to answer anything about this.
My wife Sangita Jain has made a complaint # A2300058 on 23 Aug 07 for
Fully Automatic LG Washing Machine Front Loading Model WD-10160F.
She has been repeatedly calling every day at the LG Service Center # [protected] since 23rd and every time they say they have lodged an email request to the concerned service center. On requesting to talk to a senior, they put the call on hold everytime and then disconnected.
On 26th a service personnel visited and inspected the machine and advised that some parts needs replacement. He advised that he will return the next day with the parts. Nothing happened thereafter.
The service center employees express their helplessness and tell us that other than making an email request, they cannot do anything. It is almost a week and I don't have any answer from LG and neither is LG caring to answer. I have a lot of LG applianaces in our house - 6 AC/s , 3 Refrigerators, Washing Machine etc. etc. and this is really no way to treat a loyal customer.
I do expect service and will not tolerate this anymore. If LG does not care to take care of this complaint immediately, I will be forced to take steps which may not in the interest of LG. I hope somebody in LG wakes up and learns how to provide some customer service.

I have LG Window Air conditioner. We have purchased smee in April 2004. Now the compressor needs to be replaced as its not working. ( This problem was told to us by the technician from COMFORT POINT- LG's authorized service center.
For replacement of this compressor we need a duplicate bill copy from Vijay Sales Borivali. But the response from them is pathetic. In fact I have purchased all home appliances from Vijay sales Borivali. The people at Borivali needs training on how to speak with customers. I had spoken with MUKESH from Vijay Sales who was very rude and arrogant.
I am continuously following up for the duplicate bill for nearly last 10 days but there is no response from them. Secondly I have registered an on line complaint with LG --- as usual no response.
Kindly advise to whom I should complain further for the same smb!
I am too suffering from poor service from LG company. They have their call centers just to take complaints but no action henceforth.
I have an LG TV, LG refrigerator and an LG window AC. But my experience with the window AC was horrible as the new AC which I purchased was without any gas and they took around 20 days to get it replaced and henceforth the three free services which they give for ACs is still not being started inspite of calling them.
I really recommend people not to buy LG products. They really lack in giving services.
I myself will never go for an LG product henceforth.
Hi, My Dad bought a LG Ac last month. I think there is a problem in some adjustment which they did while Installing in the main line. They Never told anybody stating about the over load which we are facing right now.They have their call centers just to take complaints and after that there is no other process to take care of that issues.
I am coordinating from bangalore some time because no body is help full in that senario.
LG known as a very big and the best company and because of very bad service they are loosing there pride in the market.They really lack in giving services.
So, just a suggetion please avoid this kind of miss communication in between you people. While selling the product you are promissing lot of things pls do maintain your word other wise dont promise.

Real Poor customer service. Service engineers take customer for granted. Your call center gives service provide number and ask to do the resolution on our own. Its real pathetic. The engineer charged me RS 2000/- ( 360/- for visit and 1700 for replacing a part) even after the problem is not resolved. Its only a 2 year old fridge.
Does LG wants to close their shutters as such service wont keep them in the industry for long. My compliant number is [protected] Hope any LG official take some action on my request
I had purchased L G Refrigerator last week, but no instrction booklet or warranty has been provided so far. The dealer says that it should be coming from the company, whereas the company says that the dealer will provide all that Request ID is W8C80904677.
I hope that somebody should resolve it

I am Santhosh Shetty writing from Mysore. I have purchased LG Color TV model No 21FD5WGE-TB, 803DREX004004 DATED/04/05/2008 . Since from the beginning, I am unable to watch TV properly. Within the three and half month four times TV was dysfunctional. Whenever I have given the complaint to the customer care I have received message saying that within 24 hours your matter will be settled. But as on the day this is the 11th day from the compliant. I have not received any message about my TV status. When I called the Mysore head Mr. SURJITH ANNAND he has told me that within half an hour your TV will replaced. I told them I am lodging the compliant to the consumer court. For that also he said Ok. But after four hour when I called to his mobile No [protected] he has not answered and cut the phone.
AFTER THIS INCIDENT I CALLED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NEW DELHI THEY HAVE GIVEN THIS EMAIL ID.
THIS IS MY LAST EFFORT
NOW THE ONLY WAY THAT I AM REGISTERING THE COMPLIANTE TO CONSUMMER COURT

I fully agree with the deterirating LG services. LG should loose their customer base and shut operations soon. It would happen soon, if they continue their non-responsive after sales service in Inida.
I have been facing an issue with the split ac and it is not yet resolved even after 2 weeks!
Their engineers are not capable of identifying the gas leak and filling it properly!
I have purchased fully automatic washing machine from LG, but I am sorry to informyou that the outlet pipe is very small it is very difficult to always drag this machine in bathroom. I want to fix 2 metres of outlet pipe immediately.
LG is also becoming a fraud company. Number provided on website not working. online complaint registration not working. Customer care does not know anything.
Total dissatisfaction.

I am a loyal customer of LG for past 15 years. Unfortunately, my brand loyalty towards LG has been miserably dazed. I bought a 42 inch projection TV in September, 2002. In March this year, suddenly the TV conked off. We immediately contacted authorized service centre of LG (complaint number C1031816031 dt 18 Mar 2010). The TV goes automatically into protection mode within few seconds after switching on. The problem was detected in deflection board of the TV. We were told that the part had to be changed and it would take maximum 7 days. On the 10th day, after repeated calls to the service executives, the part was delivered but it did not serve the purpose. We were told that the small unit of the new part was missing. We were made to wait for another 15 days and finally informed that nothing could be done as the specific part was not available.
Is this the customer satisfaction and support LG stands for? Which is absolutely contrasting to what you advertise every time? This also shows lack of professionalism in providing support to their products. I have lost faith in LG and cannot imagine that a company like LG has actually not kept any provision for spare parts of expensive products like 42 inch projection TV. I don’t understand what I should do now. I find myself helpless in the hands of LG. I am badly stuck. Kindly find a solution to this problem at the earliest.
Yes, the service has detoriated, I raised several complains and theykept on canceling the same. Seems like I'll have to take the legal way here.
