Hahn superdry
Monday 11 July 2022
As I normally do when needing a carton of this beer I go to liquorland at tanilba bay 2319 and I get one but since Thursday last week no cartons to be found when I asked a staff member why is there none one answer I got was we don’t sell enough and the other one was we don’t have enough room that’s a reasonable as the store isn’t real big so when I asked the staff member why do you order so much of everything else and not enough of superdry the answer I got to that question was it’s not our decision comes from higher up so the question I have is why have you got someone managing this store if higher up don’t let them adjust how the amount is ordered by the amount that is being sold
This store needs a boot right where the sun don’t shine
All the customers want action not excuses otherwise this will be taken to a higher level
Desired outcome: Order equal amounts
Service
Complete poor attitudes refused to serve me because I had my son with me but served 2 17 year olds alcohol 27/06/2022
Staff member in WA Beechboro 6063
Good Afternoon
Today on 26 May 22 at 20:05 I had very bad experience from the staff member of Beachboro Store (Perth). The lady had a purple colour hair and she was bit chubby.
As I do not shop in that store before I was not aware that they had a disable car park with the label before. When I parked my car there was no sign and display anymore saying that it was a disable car park. The label was already removed and therefor I parked my car there.
As one of the customer was arguing with me, the staff also spoke to me very rude. When I tried to explain to the staff that there is no sign saying disable car park she said to me that i am not welcome to her store. She was very arrogant and extremly rude.
I am a war veterain and I have been deployed for the country and people. No one is suppose to get that kind of service. If you do not take this complain seriously I will take it to higher office.
I am happy to discuss. You can contact me on [protected].
Regards
Tenzing
Desired outcome: I would like the staff to apology to me and not to do this to any customer anymore.
staff member insulting service I received
Last night, 7th May 2022 at approx. 6.15 pm I made a purchase at my Liqourland store, Kearra Beach, Qld 4879. The young man who served me asked if I bought 2 bottles of bicardi recently. I said no, why? He said the woman left without paying for them. He thought it was me. I said dont you have cameras to see who it was. I paid with a credit card and scanned my flybuy points. Then left, with a nasty taste in my muth being accused of theft.
I was insulted and offended to be asked such a question. I have used this store since it began and normally all the staff are courteous and extremely helpful, esp the 2 women who regularly work there.
Desired outcome: a sincere apology
Service at Parkholme
Today Sunday 24 th of April I attempted to enter the parkholme shop. The Doors would not open and I had to wait the for shop assistant to do so
Every person entering and leaving had to have the door open by the one assistant
Obviously time consuming When I asked why this was happening (I shop here weekly and it has not happened before?)
I was informed that there had been large amounts of shoplifting $2000 at a time
I suggested a second person should be around
But was told that does not help as they cannot confront these shoplifters
Therefore I suggest security is needed if it had got that bad
The assistant informed me that it would be a quiet day so wouldn’t be a problem !
I informed him it was very busy in Coles and the day before Anzac Day so I would disagree with that comment
If you are going to continue with this ridiculous
approach put a bell on the door so you are not waving to attract the one assistants attention
I started going to Liquor land due to proximity to the Coles shop however I will go back to Dan Murphy’s if this situation is not changed and also why are you putting your staff at risk
If they have no back up security I hope they have a duress button
Previous experience have been positive especially with the female assistant who is often there she has had obvious experience in sales and it shows
Desired outcome: I would like the above situation changed of the assistant having to let people in and out of the shop A note in front position to tell us what is happening and a bell on the front door
Service of customer service staff at liquorland burwood inside westfield
I went there to buy some drinks he asked me for id I say its fine I will show him my id and I asked him do you need to show id everytime he was very rude and abused me saying yes you need to show everytime this is not your country and so on I refused to take order and I was going outside he was screaming at me the costumers like you here are 100 a day I don’t give a f I didn’t say anything about that I just leave from that place if you are not able to handle customers quarries why are you sitting there this incident happen at april 13 time 5:50 pm
Desired outcome: should be fire from that place
Overcharged twice
Saturday 5th February I visited Liquorland Australind.
I purchased 2 bottles of Gordon's 700ml pink gin at the advertised price of $76.
However i was inadvertently charged $90 as the wrong ticket was on display.
The lady then refunded me the $90 and correctly charged me the advertised price of $76.
However I was charged $90 twice, and not credited.
As a result I am now $180 out of pocket
Desired outcome: I would like either my money refunded or a credit voucher to the value of $180 be provided.
Customer service
Went to in ask for boxes to use in order to pack up my dead fathers things in his apartment. Lady was very rude and told me they were for customers only and I had to buy something. I told her what they were for and still she refused to let me have them and was very rude.
Desired outcome: Fire her
a box of beer never arrived
Mid Dec 2021 I ordered a few wine and beer worth over $100. On 30 Dec 2021 1 out of 2 box arrived but the second box never arrived. I contacted Liquorland customer service 4 times asking me to refund the beer never arrived. Larry from customer service just told me wait longer and never offered me any solution.
Larry kept sending me same emails must be copy and past advising they are middle of investigating and asked me to wait. I am still waiting for $46 refund which I am losing the hope that they will ever do anything about it.
Desired outcome: refund me $46 for the Asahi beer box they never dellivered
Insulting, rude and unwilling
This sales man was insulting, rude and unwilling. He accused my wife of wanting to buy alcohol for our 16 year old daughter who was waiting outside the shop. His accusation is not only disgusting but also degrading to a parent. Dear Liquorland East Gate Bondi Junction I am totally appalled at the behaviour your employee showed towards my wife and daughter one day from Christmas over two bottle of white wine. This experience was not only insulting for my wife but also for my innocent baby girl who didn't even enter the shop. You need to train your staff a lot better in customer service and care. This is not the end of this! Current affairs will love this story. And To this salesman or not even because a man wouldn't have done what you did. You should be ashamed of your self. Hope you like being famous!
Desired outcome: Fired or educated in customer service
I was just in Liquorland Parkridge Qld. I was told I could not purchase alcohol for my wife because my 16 year old Daughter had accompanied me into the store. It was quite embarrassing in front of other customers to be refused service. I am 55 years old, who in their right mind would assume I was buying alcohol for a minor. So moral to the story is do not let your children into a liquorland store or you will be refused service. Liquorland spends thousands of dollars every year advertising and promoting to get more customers, when we were here all along. I would like an apology from the staff in the store for the embarrassment encountered or I will never set foot in coles or their bottle stores again.
Pricing enquiry
Wednesday 24th November 2021.
On Wednesday 24th November 2021, in the daily telegraph newspaper, Liquorland advertised specials including 2 for the price of $55:00 for Baileys Irish Cream. I went to your Bathurst store but this special was not allowed by your Bathurst NSW, Liquorland store. The operator just blatently refused to allow a purchase at the advertised price, even when I showed him the advert in todays paper. I feel totally ripped off as I went there specifically for this product, only to be refused to purchase this product. A little fraudulent on the part of the Coles group to advertise product, have it in stock, then refuse to honour the advertised price. I am obliged by law to fulfil any advertised price that I provide a service/product for, I expect the same is applicable to the Coles group.
What do you intend to do to fix this activity?
Very unhappy long term customer

Staff compliance with covid restrictions
I am writing to you to report my disgust at the attitude of the manager of the Liquorland branch at Murrumba Downs in Queensland 4503. Her attitude is dogged at the best of times but I've finally lost my cool with her compliance to the covid rules.
Since the covid mask mandate started last year she has not once worn her mask above her chin, never, and I'm a regular customer. Not even in the strictest of lockdowns. It's under her chin all the time. If she happens to be exempt then she shouldn't be wearing one at all at should have a notice saying so as do any other premises with exempt staff. All other staff at the branch wear masks and properly.
Elderly people struggling with their mask and walkers visit they store and comply. I myself have a debilitating immune disease and I most likely will die if I catch covid as I can't be vaccinated . My disease is progressive and my only comfort is I'm allowed to have a drink of scotch, I can't even eat proper foods. My visits to that shopping complex are my only trips out of the house but now I'm getting more and more anxious as that manger seemingly doesn't care about the health of others.
It really isn't fair for everyone else who has to endure these restrictions and it certainly isn't a good optic for the Liqourland or the Coles brand. We all have to sick it up no matter what or people will be out of work. That manager is lucky that take away alcohol sales haven't been affected during covid but by her not complying with safety rules she herself may find out the hard way that nobody is immune to this.
I am not a crank and I've procrastinated on this decision to report the branch for months. But now it's ridiculous at this pivotal time for Queensland in this pandemic. If police walk into that branch the company will be fined but I'm sure she'd quickly adopt the proper wearing of a mask as soon as she sees them.
Her attitude leaves a lot to be desired and this is not a good look.
I would appreciate to stay anonymous as in a revolts customer and it wound me even more stressful if I thought she's trying to figure out who reported this issue. She knows I've an immune disease (another reason she should comply) so she would guess quickly.
Desired outcome: Compliance with regulations.
wine returns policy
Yesterday i bought $50 worth of white wine, I purchased 2 bottles of Soul Tracker low alcohol wine. Upon opening a bottle and tasting I found the wine to have a strange smell and tasted awful. Today I tried to return the 2 bottles and I was advised your return plicy does not include opened bottles.
Can you explain this policy as it makes no sense to me . How do you know the wine is off or past it's used by date without opening a bottle and tasting. I called your customer service number and the young man explained as did your store employee that's it your POLICT NOT to REFUND open bottles because everybody would be tasting and returning wines. What rubbish customers take the time and trouble to visit your store specifically to purchase wine for consumption, NOT to taste a glass and go to the trouble of returning it.
This was cheap wine so it's not the money I am taking the time to tell you this story it's the principle and you should reconsider this return POLICY immediately.

Bad Attitude and Customer Service
Liquor Land Hastings Victoria
Saturday 31 August 2021
This is the second time I have had to contact you about John in your store.
He is rude, unhelpful, miserable and has a BAD attitude.
This is totally unacceptable to me for a person to be in direct contact with the public in a customer service role.
When I called him on his bad attitude and told him I will complain, he threw my change at me, banged on the counter, and told me to get out and he will never serve me again.
I am writing to let you know that I will not be frequenting ANY of your stores from now on as I've read through several online complaints about your rude and unhelpful staff throughout this nation.
It is my opinion that such a character influences the mood of your customers in a very negative way. I know this because this person has affected my mood in such a way for the second time this year.
I have had enough, and I will be informing everyone I know that some of your staff obviously do not care what image they project of themselves and of the company they represent.
Thank you and goodbye.
Desired outcome: John needs to be reprimanded.
Date correction.
It’s 31 July 2021 and I’m NOT in USA
This person has me so upset, I don’t know what day it is.

Unavailable Specials
Regarding the recent Liquorland 'shopper docket' deals which are located at the very bottom of the Coles docket.
The deal for this fortnight includes one that I have been trying to buy.
The deal is for 1 x 4 pack of Vodka Cruisers for $10 - available until 29/06/2021 - normal price is $21 for a 4 pack so this is a great deal.
I am a diabetic so I only purchase sugar free Cruisers.
The first two weeks of the special, my local Liquorland had no sugar free Cruisers.
Finally this week they have sugar free Cruisers but, I have been to the store to purchase them three times this week and each time I have been told that the instore till/computer is not recognising the sugar free Cruisers as being part of the $10 shopper docket deal so they can not sell them to me.
I am very annoyed about this and am hoping someone can clarify if this is the correct information I have been given by the employee.
Desired outcome: I would like the $10 deal to be extended as I was not able to buy any sugar free Cruisers for the entire duration of the deal, OR, I would like a voucher to purchase some Cruisers as I couldn't while the special was on.
Service
Griffith NSW 2021 Aaron rude, dismissive, arrogant not helpful. Doors closed with one customer inside. When asked questions about stock, .' Hon we have hundreds of beers in stock, i can't remember what's on special every week'.Husband had similar experience with another male employee.Beer might be cheaper but the service is not of value
Desired outcome: PR & customer service/ don't like being that ant under their shoe
Sorrento store - sales person michael - rude & very unhelpful!
I attended this store yesterday at around 11.50 am to purchase a carton of Pure Blonde Organic Cider. I registered at the QR Code and upon entering there was discussion on the Covid crisis between another customer and the sales person. I made a couple of comments to which your sales person responded very abruptly, I then called him a cockhead! (Out of Order by me!) I went down the back of the store looking for a carton of 24, the sales person said, WE don't have any! Look in the fridge and see if there are 4 six Packs, I said yes, he then threw an Empty Crown Lager box on the floor short of where I was standing, I then took the 4 six Packs. I could sense the sales person was still very AGGRO as I approached the counter and showed him your on-line ad showing the Cider at $47 per carton. Must be the on-line price he retorted and then charged me $49. I left the store a very UNHAPPY customer and will not return. Not once did he offer assistance apart from Staring at me, even when leaving the store & struggling to my car. I am a Vietnam Veteran and would hate to have that bloke in a trench alongside me! Rant over. Sincerely, David Peel
Desired outcome: For you to consider! The bloke is a Pig!
Drive thru
I was refused service tonight at the drive through by a blonde girl just because I had my 12 year old sisters in the car. I guess because I'm 24 it Automatically allows me to be judged as irresponsible and reckless like I'm going to get my sisters drunk. But there has been no problem with other adults driving through the drive through with them in the car...

I visited the munno para store on the 18th March 2021 at 8.30pm.
I selected a 4 pack of jack Daniels double bourbon and cola.
The were all filled in the $20 spot on the shelf.
Donna scanned the product and it came up for $29. I said they were $20 in the fridge.
Immediately on the defensive and said no they are not $20 we have illiterate staff who can't read labels, so admitting they were in the wrong spot.
She goes to the fridge and takes them out . I said are you going to honour the price and very rudely said no I don't have to. They are not $20 and was very abrupt.
The picture I took is were they were
Desired outcome: Honour the $20 price
