Let's band together to contact the Better Business Bureau's for LoanCare Servicing in Virginia Beach, VA (BBB = ). LoanCare is a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial of Jacksonville, FL. We can complain about the parent company as well BBB of No Florida = http://nefla.bbb.org/ . LoanCare has a partnership with Freedom Mortgage Corp, of Mt Laurel, NJ, so add them to the Complaint list - (BBB = ) You can also contact the Department of Consumer Affairs for each state (NJ, VA, FL and the home state where you live) where these businesses are Incorporated and register a complaint there. You may have to search your state's website for Consumer Affairs. The addresses for each company are: LoanCare Servicing, 3637 Sentara Way, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. Another avenue is writing a letter to your Congressman and Senators. Let their offices figure out which Government agency is the right place to go through. Sending letters yourself to Government Agencies will get nowhere, and Congressional inquires get a lot of internal attention within each Federal Agency.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My loan just got sold to this so called company... a fee to make a payment... fee for this... for this... for that... MY LOAN IS UP TO DATE and they SENT ME TWO FORECLOSURE LETTERS! WTH!

my loan was just sold to this so called company in August. They're horrible! You have to PAY THEM to make a payment! SERIOUSLY! WTH! someone needs to file a class action suit. This is so wrong! Why should I pay them a fee to everytime I make my own mortgage with these jerks? I have never been late, my loan has been with them for 42 days they have sent 2 foreclosure letters?
I have had two claims from my insurance over the past two years. It took almost 6 months to get the check back from them to pay my roofer. He was ready to file against my home. They are awful. This time, I sent a letter of exception to get the check before all the work is done. I have been to the ER because of dust combined with my asthma but I can't afford to finish the project and get it cleaned up until I get the check. I was promised a response within 3-5 business days. I am on day 10 and still no answer. I had a lavage of my lungs a week ago to help with the problem. It is where salt water is injected into my lungs and then suctioned out. Not pleasant but necessary. Now I am having problems again. With this info, there is no hurry on the part of loancare. They are the worst mortgage company in history.
Our mortgage just got sold to this company an we recieved a foreclosure notice my husband called an said this is not rt . We sent in our mortgage payments an then they started sending them back. Now the said we could be on a repayment plan saying we are now 4 payments behind . My husband as called a lawyer it's funny we were never late for 9 yrs with our old mortgage company it gets sold to this company an all hell breaks out.
THIS IS ABSOLUTLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! SUPERVISORS SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK AND THEY NEVER DO. NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON! THEY NEED TO BE THROUGHLY INVESTIGATED BY THE GOVERMENT!
Loancare is the worst company in America I sent a check to them form a lawsuit to be signed and sent back please tell me way a whole two weeks go by no one tried to reach out to me through a phone call (have both # on file)🤔 or a letter I had to call them to find out that they all had deposit the check. And I need a adjuster to come out to look at my roof so the question is when was I going to be notified about this I wish I would have never gotten with this company!
Yes they are the worst company, they never answer any phones, even when you leave a number to call back they never response. They are so bad, I shopping around to refinance my loan with a different company.
