Long John Silver's quality and service

Today way 1PM I went to the drive thru window at LJS in Fort Smith Arkansas. when I placed my order the employee responded "wait wait wait let me catch up with you" he repeated my order incorrectly and said what drink, I attempted to correct him and he cut me off and said "what drink" rather aggressively. This is the 4th bad experience that I have had at this location. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of food quality at this location. I have been a loyal customer of LJS for 30 years and go out of my way to get to the restaurant which is 10 miles from my work. But I think this is my last visit. my husband and I have repeatedly received poor quality food and deplorable customer service. I suppose this location is a franchise they do not in anyway meet my expectations for a Long John Silvers. if this is the acceptable product and service for the company then you as a company no longer deserve my business

Long John Silver's employees & service

I have been at this location 5 times and each time have had issues. Food wrong, food over cooked, employees not caring and this time it toon an hour ro get my food while waiting in the drive thru. I got out of the car after 15 mins and they told me they "gave my order away" ok thats fine. I understand mistakes happen. BUT they never came to tell me OR started recooking my order till I went inside. So it took me an hour to get my food. Again, I understand mistakes but I do not understand unconcerned employees. There were 4 employees I saw and not one showed they cared. When I went in one of the many times to check my order all the employees were gone. Its during lunch rush (not that there were a lot of customers) but no emoyees in back cooking, putting together food, or even helping anyone up front that was standing there. They were all gone. After about 5 minutes they all came walking around the corner. Its a shame. Lindale, Tx is a very small town and y husband and I like to get Longjohns and KFC. But you lost our business. Thats for sure. Until you hire employees that care this location will soon be shut down due to lack of business and thats a shame.

Long John Silver's service

On 4/12, I went to location 32055 and it took me 35 minutes to get my food. When other customers that came in after me started receiving their food, I went to the counter to ask about my food. They told me it was having to be redone because of a mistake. This was like 15 minutes after I placed my order. Customers were still getting their orders ahead of me for dine in and drive thru. My order was 2 Fish and More with fries and slaw and 2 drinks. They didn't apologize or anything. My ticket number was 4007 and the time was 7:27 pm. Thanks and have a nice day.

Long John Silver's jessica at store #31528

Went to registrar to order & Jessica said the computers were down & she just had to reboot it & I ask how long that would take & she told us it would be anywhere from 10-20 minutes. So we said we would wait & went yo set down. We never seen her again. I saw a guy walk up to the computers, I guess he was clocking in because I went up to register & ask if it had rebooted yet & he told me that Nothing is wrong with the computer. I said, well does that mean we can order? He said of course! I told him what Jessica had told us & he said he had just came on but that there was NEVER anything wrong with the computer or register. So me & my husband ordered & they all apologized for us waiting & her Never letting anyone know we were there waiting or anything. So when they brought us our food I asked if Jessica was still there. He said No she had already left. He said he was the GM & apologized again. He told us he would look into it. I told him that she made us think she just didn't want to wait on us after we found out nothing was wrong with the register. Anyways we were really dissatisfied with her performance & professional abilities. This was on Easter Sunday around 5pm. We finally ordered around 5:30. She had us wait the entire time she did shift change & didn't tell anyone we were sitting waiting. The 3 guys that were there were so nice & apologetic.

Long John Silver's long john silvers in athens tx

I went into this store in Athens last week and ordered a fish sandwich. I started eating it on the way home. The bun was so hard I couldn't bite into it. Rock hard. So I threw the bun away and just ate the fish. No big deal. #### happens. It wasn't going to make me not buy food there anymore. Anyway, I stopped into the same Long Johns today to get another fish sandwich. While I was ordering I mentioned to the manager about my bun being tohard to eat with my last visit. He got instantly mad and hostile. I told him I wasn't looking for free food or anything like that. I just wanted my bun to be soft. He started yelling at me in front of a line of customers. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. I will never go back into the Athens Texas Long John Silvers ever again. I was humiliated. There was no need in the manager to be that way.

Long John Silver's incorrect order

I visited long john silver's tonight (3/25 around 7:45 pm at the castleton, in location) and was extremely disappointed when I returned home to eat my delicious meal and found half of it missing. My order was supposed to be 3 pieces of fish, 2 hush puppies, and a cole slaw. So when I opened my box to see 2 pieces of fish, 1 piece of chicken, and french fries I was less than thrilled. I always have a very lengthy wait at this location, but don't mind because my order is at least correct. I'm sorry to complain, but it really upset me.

Long John Silver's price and attitude

I wanted chicken and fries and slaw and no drink. The girl jess said I wanted a number 9. I said I wanted number 6 with 2 prices of chicken Instead of 3. She charged me for the number 9 with no soda and added the slaw I wanted. So it cost me 7.78 for number 9. But I wanted number 6 for 6.99. I tried to explain this to her but she kept insisting I ordered number 9. Would not listen that she gave me wrong one. So it's a 80 cent and tax but it was the not wanting to make it ok with the customer is the problem. I have never complained about last before. Thanks wendy.

Long John Silver's food

I go to Long John Silver's to give me L5 I get home the fish is raw the french fries was cold they were so nasty and you couldn't even eat the hushpuppies because they were so hard like they were set been sitting there all day so I drive all the way back over to Long John Silver's waiting line to either get my money back or get a fresh meal I got a fresh meal supposably I get back home the batter inside of the fish is wrong the french fries are still limpy like they just come up in a microwave and the only thing I got was eating hush puppies and the coleslaw then I was told by one of the workers that the two cars in front of me was there for the same complaint it's sad that I work all day to get a meal I cannot even eat not once but twice I don't think they have a decent cook there to make sure y'all food is fresh I am very unsatisfied and I won't be going back to that Long John Silver's needless to say I wasted money and still have to go find somewhere else to eat

Long John Silver's employee's

My grandson has worked for your firm in Roanoke, Va for 14 years. He has been treated, and is being treated very shabby. He has been repeatedly bypassed for manager position. Gets meager hours, while others who have come to work far later in length of time, get lots of hours. Some often are smoking, talking, etc...while he is working, yet they get by with it, especially if they are female. One guy was fired several times, once for stealing, and yet was made a manager, and rehired several times, after being fired. My grandson has worked long hours, filled in on days off for others, and is a hard worker. He can do anything needed on the job, cooking, cashiering, anything. I know he is not a lazy person at all. I am quite upset about this. His boss uses all kinds of excuses to him, when he asks why he can't get more hours. I feel this is grossly unfair to him...Norma Campbell([protected]@yahoo.com)

I have eaten at LJS, for many years, I took my young grandson, there 06/28/17. The food was disgusting! I loved going there and never had a problem. in the past. My grandson, had the Cod, meal, it was over cooked, I had the platter fish and chicken, I always got that. The fish and chicken were soggy, not the crunch like
I was used to. The fries, had several brown spots, and the coleslaw. tasted fishy. I ended up throwing most of our meals away. I have to wonder, if it is a new management? I was charged $14.63, I would appreciate getting a refund on those meals. I would love to return one day, but not until I find a better restaurant.

Long John Silver's bad service

I pull up to the drive thru window to order and the guy says it will be just a minute before he takes my order and Im waiting for about 10 to 12 minutes and I have to get his attention so he can take my order so at this point I'm already frustrated because I literally was in line for about thirty minutes total then I get to the window to pay and the guy says oh yeah I forgot tell you we are out of corn and that I still have to wait another five minutes and then to top it off the box of fries was only half full...worst service ever

Long John Silver's 16 piece meal

hello my name is lori simms and i was in the long john silvers drive thru on the night of 01/4/17 and ordered my family a 16 pice fish meal to start our night...first of all we waited in drive thru for 20 minutes till i finally got out an came in again ha ordered a 16 piece fish fries cole slaw..there was a young lady working the counter with her had in on pocket name ryan r who just coulnt keep up with everyones order or get it rght..finally the manager named christine came out the back apologized for the wait and short staff and gave me my order...as i arrived home ready to eat i had all 16 pice chicken(angry)i proceeded to go back to long john silvers drive thru window and again the manager christine apololgized again and another 15 min wait and she haned me my order...i pull out of drive dru cause theres cars behind me check my order and once again its wrong ...this time it as 8 and 8 of each an my sides were no longer cole slaw and fries it was just a family fries...so i stormed back into the strore asked for the district manager name and she said a man name ted and gave me a number to call...it was at the long johns on 11211 e 40 hwy inpdnc mo...

Long John Silver's terrible experience in general

We went in an hour before the store closed and their drink machine was already off. We were unable to get drinks with our meal and instead were given water. I didn't mind having to wait for my food to be cooked fresh, but when I received my meal I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and received pieces of chicken that I would barely consider chicken. They looked like the bottom of the barrel picks. And last, one of the employees felt it necessary to continue to jump into our conversation uninvited and it made everyone at the table uncomfortable. My worst experience so far. Usually they aren't this bad, but this is inexcusable in my opinion.

Long John Silver's dirty dirty

Cobwebs
Flying bugs
Caked up crud on booths, metal bars over booths, chairs, condiment containers tables and windows

I use the drive-through at least once a week and eat here since it's practically in my backyard however yesterday I decided to eat in as you can see from my pictures and video it is very nasty if the dining area that the public it's in is this dirty I can only imagine the area that the food is being prepared in we have lost several good restaurants in Marion I hate to lose Long John Silver's as well please correct the problem as soon as you can thank you sincerely Tracy Layne

We are frequent customers of ljs in aurora indiana. Store number 31173.

Time of visit today was 2:05pm
Ticket number1705
Order was :
2 fish
M mac and cheese
Slaw hush puppies and m mt dew.
Forgot the mac and cheese so we called. 2nd time in a week order was short, joshua yelled saying we were rude and refused to give us managers phone number stating we did not need the number and promptly hung up. 2nd time we've had trouble with this kid. Plus last time he took name and address to send coupon for missing slaw. Never got anything. I'm not someone who tries to get something for nothing. If this is how your customers are treated I will refrain form your store and go to bob evans or suck it up and just go to mcdonalds. We are not happy at all

Bad customer verbal service. Joshua. Store number 31173 Ticket number 1705. Yelled and was rude though told us we were rude and promptly hung up after we were told we don't need number for his boss nor customer service. Doubtful I will go back. This was second time with same person.

Long John Silver's L10 combo

Today, december 29, 2016, I stopped at one of your location in plainville, ct.

I ordered my lunch through the drive-thru and requested no hush puppies or fries; the "l" combos comes with 1 choice of side; hushpuppies and a drink. When I checked my food I saw that it was wrong. I was given lots of fries, a small fish, and a small chicken and to balls of hushpuppies. I went back through the drive-thru to have my order corrected. Once at the second window the manager christina approached and immediately started saying she is not going to give me my money back and that is what I ordered. I was totally taken back by her lack of customer service etiquette, and let her know that was not I ordered, and she was disgustingly ugly towards me. Her behavior was very repugnant; as a matter of fact, customers have a right to a refund if the service is not satisfactory. She stood debating about my order and I had to get back to work with only two minutes left; she acted as if she paid for my order herself and the nerve of me wanting my order to change because of fries and hushpuppies. She grabbed the bag from me and changed the order, I did not eat the lunch and I lost money. Alternatively, I had no plans of requesting my money back, I just wanted them to correct the order as I requested. But since they were nasty towards me, I want my money back. Nor did I get a receipt. The location is 167 new britain ave, plainville, ct 06062; phone number there is [protected]. I am planning to have this location investigated for the majority of complaints I have heard. This was my second time going there and I will not be going back there, but I do want my $7.46 back for the way she treated me, and the loss of lunch.

I went to the long john silver on 12-19-2016 @ 2624 midway rd. Carrollton Texas 75006 phone number [protected] around 8:50 pm to get dinner for my family I order two of the super platters with fish chicken shrimp popcorn shrimp an I did not get my fries with order I also ordered the 6pc combo shrimp an two extra drinks... The manger an the lady at the window was so rude I didn't even want to argue with them decided to contact you guys because when I told them about the problem they start yelling an using bad words slammed the window in my face an marina was the manger she did nothing after I told her how I was treated by Jabrisha the lady at the window Jabrisha was so mean an hateful she said nasty things to me told me she would whoop my a** I was called out my name in front of my children all because they messed up my food that I paid 30.00 plus dollars on I will never ever visit this location again till they both are gone I live in a nice area where I should get good service an they act like they are in the ghetto... My kids where in the car scared... Sad that you guys have people like that who work for your company... Long John Silver's gift card

Hello, in may-2016, I tried to use my gift card at a ljs that is in kingman, az, as we were passing by coming back from laughlin, nev. They informed us that they did not take gift cards.
Just this past week, I tried to use the card at the ljs on john wayne blvd in maricopa, az, and they also told me that they do not take cards.
What am I supposed to do. It is not fair that we live in tucson, az, and since there are no ljs in tucson, we have to drive far away to be able to have a meal there, and then not be able to use our gift card.
I realize that it is only a 10.00 gift card, but I believe that we should still be able to use it.
I would appreciate anything that you can do for us. I am willing to send the card back to you, but I feel that the company should compensate us in some way.
We have always enjoyed your food, and now, I would like to use the gift card without having to go way out of our way. I don't even know where and if there are any ljs that honor the gift cards. Both of these places were far out of our way to begin with.

Long John Silver's chicken planks

They are getting to small. And the price is higher. These chicken planks are down right pathetic. It seems like they are getting smaller and smaller. Something needs to change or I will stop spending my hard earned money with your restaurant. I am very disappointed and I hope this complaint will rectify the problem that is at hand. Please fix this problem.

Long John Silver's bad food

well we was having a family get togethere about 3 -4 wks ago.. was about 10 of us going towatch some football.. so we decided to order up 2 of your 16 pc family meals.. well to be short with it the fod was by far the worse I hve ever got from any lace like this before..i paid about 80 bucks for this also.. and ened up the dogs ate it. I hve no receipt for this since wife was so mad she threw most things away.. but ive ben eating at your place since I was a kid. ths is the 1st problem I even had to. cut to the point id like a refund on my order like I said it was lose to 80 bucks paid with cash as I always do... please refund me this cost so there will be no hard feelings and if u don't ill never eat there again or any my family either and I have a huge family. take my work for what I'm teling u the food was just no good at all. refund me my 80 and we can remain doing business with u if u don't u will lose out way more then 80 for sure..
