My husband and I went to ljs on sunday night dec. 11, 2016... The hours are 10 pm to close. We got there before 10 pm... There was a employee out side smoking when she saw us coming, she ran in the store locked the door. I got her attention told her it was not 10pm. She and another employee completely ignored us. This is the first time we have been to this store. Me being a professional, and your employees not. Teach them etiquette, put your employees in training to do a better, job. (Not to be such #s). Definitely know how to tell & read time.! Unfortunately my husband does not give people & companies a second chance. There is no returning to that store.

Arrived at this location at 10:30 doors were still locked called store to talk to Kathie H, She had an attitude stating that they don't open til 10:30 after stating that it was that time she stated i was to wait for her to unlock the doors. After the doors were unlocked i ordered and she rung my order up on a register not visible to me then stated with an attitude that since she was the only one there i was going to have to wait. After getting my order i then had to ask for my change that was supposed to be given to me at check out, she then goes what she thought was out of site and pulls my change out her pocket, and then apologizes as if it were an accident.

Went to sit on the commode and when I did, the screw on the seat knocked me off causing me to fall and hit my head on the concrete floor. I spoke to the manager on duty and he did nothing to help me with this problem. No information at all was offered. He said he'd have to talk with his boss. I left my VA card with my personal information.

On Dec.3rd, my wife drove through and ordered a $5.99 fish and more meal. After getting home and giving it to me, it was unfit to eat. The crust was so hard, I had to break off a piece of fish to eat it, and then could not even bite into it. Also noticed that there was hardly any fish inside of it at all. My wife took it back and told them about it, and showed it to them, the supervisor said that it was freshly made. if it was she should not have sold it that way. My wife noticed that the only other customer seemed upset that it was taking so long to get her order. The supervisor gave the wife a new meal and a extra piece of fish, which was okay when she brought this meal home. It was a shame that the wife made two trips to get one meal, think the supervisor should have also gave her the cost of the meal back for the inconvenience that was caused. I went trou the drive around 330 or 4 pm nov 29th at the store located ons29th and fairalawn in topeka ks just to find to employees clearly dressed in uniform making a drug deal in the parking lot as an adult i see these things all the time problem is my 8 year old witnessed the whole thing now my child is exposed to alot in public school but i have keept him away from drugs and would have like to not have exposed him now as a restrant familys eat at children should not be exposed to all of this to put the iceing on the cake i walked in to get the employees names and they were both under the influence of drug and the oder fron it was strong to top it all of i found out one of them is the general Manager of the store named danielle the other employee was shay moten
woman's bathroom
I have a 9 month old son, and I went into the restroom and there was no where to change him! I thought having a table in there for infants to be changed on was a mandatory thing. I am very displeased and it made my visit a little less enjoyable. Please fix this problem, and maybe you'd get some more business. I was half tempted to put him on your counter and change him In front of everyone. As a mother, I expect there to be a place where I can safely put my child. Your store didn't give me that satisfaction and I may never return to that store until it is fixed.
All I could find on google was a law signed Oct of 2016, that makes it mandatory that all men's bathrooms in federal building must have a changing station. If all else fails go out to your vehicle and change the diaper, heck of a lot better than a counter, or a seat in a booth or the bathroom floor.. When my kids were in diapers 30 years ago, way before changing stations ere ever thought of, I ended up sewing something using foam which you can buy where ever they sell material or you can also use a twin or larger egg shell foam that's sold in the bedding dept. Reason for using the bedding foam is I think it's less expensive than the foam sold in the material dept and it's softer for your child as well as easier on your knees with the cement floor.

I went through the drive through in hannibal Missouri and the lady who took my order was very rude and disrespectful.. Also when i looked over i noticed none of the cooks had gloves on! We told the lady we didnt qant the drink and she still put it on there. When we got to the window we had told her again and she got rude and rolled her eyes and was hatefull throught the whole time. I also wasnt happy aeeing people touching my food whithout any gloves on which ia very unsanitary and i have worked in fast food vefore and we would get flagged if we did not have any gloves on messing with the food! I will never go back there again for the poor sanitary and customer service.
family meal
I was in the other day at the Madison and purchased a family meal and I had bought more than that because I have a big family and I was missing items and most of my food was cold. Also the cashier was being extremely rude and I understand everyone has bad days, but customer service is important. I'm highly disgusted. I spent almost $40 and nothing was correct...is there anything you can do to fix this?

At 4:06 pm on 11/21/2016, a drive-thru cashier told me my total for an order of fried clams was $1.69. I then gave her 11dimes, 16 nickels and 4 pennies and received my order of clams. She asked "would you like sauces", I said "no", and she closed the window. Counted change and dropping it in her draw, she then opened the window and claimed "miss, you only gave me $0.69". I gave her a scolding stare and said, "I gave you 10 extra dimes". Then she smirked, stating in a smuggly, "i'll tke care of it". Gaving me a devious glare and quickly closed the window. I believe she's purposely cheating your customers. She's a white female with dark pulled back hair, appeared late 20's, and suspicious.

My husband and I were excited the the ljs had reopened in statesville store
# 32104. We ate there the first time on nov 10th around 6:30. For one, the tartar sauce container was empty and when I asked for more tartar sauce they just gave us the packs which are extremely hard to open for people with ra. Then they got ours and several other orders wrong!
Tonight we go back and the tartar sauce container was empty again and when I asked the girl if she would please fill it up because I did not want the packets, she broughte packets any way because she had asked the manager, who was constantly on her phone texting and she didn't have the time to go fill it, or instruct the poor little girl as to how to fill it up. We were there at 8:23pm, plenty of time before closing!
But guess what? Right as we were leavin, another woman brought the tartar sauce container filled and set it out, which lets me know that it will sit out all night unrefrigerated!
The food there is not up to par with other ljs and you don't get the crumbles with your fish at this place!
But for god's sake, it's a fish place and folks like tartar sauce with fish!
Tell your manager to get off the phone and do her job! I'd hate to see this one close down again!
10 piece shrimp
Went to l. j. s. at 4440 dodge street in omaha, ne at 3:25 p. m. store number 31146. I ordered 10 pieces of shrimp and when I ate one it was like it had been sitting out all day plus it was not cooked all the way through. I got really sick and puked. I also had my 28 yr old son try one and he could not even eat it. my total bill for this stop was $13.12. it was the nastiest crapi have ever ate!

I stopped at the chambersburg pa long john silver location on Sunday. First off I ordered corn which I found out after i paid they were out of. So I ordered macaroni n cheese which they were also out of. So then I ordered coleslaw n they gave me a box of crunchies which I defenetly didn't want. I get my order n go to my sons parade only to find out I was missing my extra hush puppies I ordered specifically for my daughter. The French fries were not right. I was very unhappy n dissatisfied with my order n my visit.

My husband and i went through the drive thru after work friday evening, november 4, 2016 around 8:24pm. We ordered our food, then drove up to the window. A truck was sitting, we waited about 20 minutes. We thought they must have a large order. But much to our surprise the truck drove off without any food. My husband was angry and said" you made me wait while you talked to your friend?! The girl said you didn't have to wait that long i was talking to my friend (Unbelievable) my husband asked for the manager, she stated that she is the manager! That behavior was unacceptable! We were in a hurry. I normally do not complain, but this manager who should be leading by example was very arrogant about this.
Then either go inside or leave.
drive thru mistakes
Our company just moved our office to Katy, TX. We found a Long John Silvers/KFC restaurant near us and were excited. Several of us have made runs there in the past couple of weeks and every time we go there, there is a problem. We're talking the last 6 out of 6 times since we moved here. Our problems range from missing food mostly, hush puppies, fries, shrimp, and fish, all in the same order sometimes. Asking for crunchies and never receiving them, even though all advertising pictures of orders have crunchies in them. Since the 70's, this is one reason why people love Long Johns! The crunchies are amazing. Also, today, I went there on my lunch hour. There were only 2 cars in front of me. I sat in line for 20 minutes before I reached the window. THEN was asked to pull around to the front and wait some more for my food. I waited another 10 minutes! i know food is cooked made to order, but if it took 10 minutes more after moving to the front, they hadn't even started my order! When you know food takes a while to cook, you drop it right then when it's ordered. You don't cook one order, stand around waiting for it to be done, then drop another order, etc. I got back to work and had NO time left to eat! It infuriates me because it doesn't take that much to check an order to make sure it's right and in a descent amount of time. I'm assuming who ever owns this franchise would like it to stay open. We are a whole company that love this place, new to the area, and would love to come back, but most of them are refusing! HELP this place out!

I've been trying to call to submit my complaint and can't get a answer just says to leave a message, I went to long John silver's in Staunton va on 11-05-2016 to order some food through the drive through, the worker named Morgan was very rude from the start, I still proceeded in placing my order the got to the window to pay and asked for some tarter sauce out of the pump instead of packets and got the window slammed in my face, so I ignored that and got all my food and pulled off from the window and stopped to make sure I had everything and was missing food, had to go inside, then got home to eat and opened my Cole slaw to find that all three containers of Cole slaw was spoiled, it was so sour that it smelled my whole house with the smell, I called the location I purchased my meals from and the person claimed there was nothing they could do besides replace the clone slaw, I told them I don't want no more Cole slaw because if that was sour then the rest is to, he then said to come in and speak with the manager but at the beginning of the phone call he said he was the manager because that's who I asked to speak with at first, but I see that nothing could be done there so I'm bringing it here, it was very poor service, very rude employees, and sour food, if the employees do not like their job or can't preform it correctly then they shouldn't be a employee at a fast food business period, I am highly dissatisfied with the services I received on that day and to spend almost fifty dollars in food to have thrown to waste was highly unnecessary all because they said there was nothing they could do. I love long John silver's food and don't want to stop being a customer but if nothing can be done about this issue that I encountered then I will jot be spending anymore of my money with the company. I visited the Long John Silvers located on Lone Oak Rd, Paducah, KY 11/07/2016 about 5:15-5:45 pm. The cashier was excellent and friendly, but after I received my food I went to fill my drink only to find there was no sweet tea. I asked them for sweet tea and was told it was brewing. While I waited for the tea to brew I gathered my food and condiments. There was no Malt Vinegar on the condiment stand so again I returned to the counter and asked for the tea and Malt Vinegar. I was told again the tea was still brewing and the store was OUT of Malt Vinegar and had been wsiting for it for over 2 weeks. I never eat my fish with out this or sweet tea but I didn't let this spoil my meal. Still waiting for someone to bring tea out, my family's food is getting cold. As I stand at the counter waiting finally the same helpful cashiers asked AGAIN if someone would get the tea. As she checked the brew stand she realized it was never put on to brew like I was told 10 minutes prior. This same cashier left her post to make sure it was making and finally 15 minute AFTER i received my food I received something to drink. This was a very disappointing visit and if it would have been my FIRST trip to LJS I probably would have never came again. I just felt like someone should know about this location.

11/7/2016 .I have been going to this store (#31000) for the last 5 years and have noticed a real decline in the the quality of food there, but this visit has been the worst! the chicken has to have been left under lights for hours!Then just put back in fryer when we ordered, the french fries were cold and i mean cold! the chicken was absoultly saturated with grease(had to soak it up with lots of napkins.)i have never been so disapointed with this place!would have sent it back but dont want my food messed with.love ljs but wont be back at that place...
the state in which the apopka store was being run
I went inside today around 6pm with my family today. When we pulled up, there were at least 3 cars in the drive through waiting. A large group of people in the dinning area eating (being served the rest of their order by workers with no gloves on, workers transporting food to those waiting customers without lids to the containers and no gloves or on trays). A Manager (i asume) yelling at worker who is supposed to"go out" and handle the drive through line, that worker is in the "kitchen" trying to move things along. "The Manager" in a tank top with purse strapped across her and no hat/hair net/gloves working in the kitchen, starting to serve food(i guess) after yelling at the the drive through girl. This was my second time coming to this location and the last. I stood there for a good 10 mins. No one greeted us. There was one person waiting in line ahead of us...for something missing in her order and she didn't look happy. I left when the "Manager"(who looked like she was on her way home) started working in the kitchen. I just wanted to let you guys know what us going on in that store. (on S.R. 436, in Apopka Florida)

They had me waiting at the drive thru for about 10 minutes just to order. No one was in front of me. I finally order and drive to the window and two black women was at the window asking me what was I doing at the window. A white employee came to the window and was nice. Im black so it's not about race, I just don't know their names. Anyway, she was taking my money, the two girls was saying why is he at the window. I got my food and left. It's the store located in knoxville, tn on magnolia ave. Thank you

I'm not sure if she was mangement or not, but she sure acted like she thought she was. Couldn't get a name considering she was wearing a jacket over her name tag. This has been the absolute most disappointing experience from any for of restaurant, period. Absolutely no food was ready. They claimed only chicken was what they were waiting for, well I'm still waiting 25 mins later on my lunch break. The manager in the sweatshirt started flipping out and telling customers that she was not talking to anyone and that they can wait for someone else to talk to. They left the poor girl that it was her first day to deal with all the angry customers. The other woman who actually conducted herself as a manager, got everything under control for the most part. But the woman in the sweatshirt should not be allowed in customer service. She also is not a team player and would rather throw her co-workers to the wolves. I'm severely disappointed, and now people that just ordered are getting their food and I'm still waiting 35 mins later
