On 10/16/2023, I placed an online curbside pickup order. Order#[protected] for paints and Beadboard. I received a message at 2:41 P.M. stating the order was ready for pickup. I get to the store around 6:30, park where the sign shows on #4 use my email to show I am there for the curbside pickup. I wait for around 20 minutes nobody comes out. I go in the store...

Lowe's Military discount program. [protected]@suddenlink.net

I just tried to help my mother navigate the demeaning and absurd process Lowe's has implemented to provide a widow of a veteran a modest 10% discount on her purchases at Lowe's. It was painful but tolerable for her to find documents on her husband twelve years after his death. She was exhausted after supplying what she thought was all that was needed. Then your process took an even worse turn and demanded an upload of forms with designations which even most retired servicemen could not identify. Needless to say, neither I nor my mother had any way of procuring these forms much less "upload" them.

I settled the matter by agreeing to purchase at another store any item she wanted at Lowe's. You have lost two customers and now have two more people who will speak out against your asinine military discount program at any time.

Lowe's Product ordered and paid for but sent to wrong address

On 3Oct23, I online ordered 2 items with Lowes. One I could pick up and one had to be shipped. I picked up one at Lowes but never received the other. After 3 days of of calling Lowes, finally spoke with a person this afternoon.
Was informed that the package was shipped to an old address in NY. Informed the person that the address they shipped to was a 2 year old address. Informed rather bluntly that there was nothing Lowes could do and that I would not receive a replacement and that I could not have my money back.

Desired outcome: Ship me what I paid for or give me my money back. If Lowes refuses to do either, I will gladly inform the local TV station and or newspaper about this issue and their treatment of a 20 year retired and disabled U.S. Marine.

October 13 2023 at 4:40PM I went to the Lowe’s Camden Delaware location to pick up a Smoke detector the one I selected was marked for $14.98 was 19.98. Scan the product a the app. Came up with $19.98 so I ask one of the employees to scan it their scan came up with $19.98. Lowe's Extended Warranty/Protection Plan

This Lowe's protection plan has been extremely disappointing. Deficiencies all the way from poor english of the operators, plentiful of unfelt sorry, no attempt to repair were made, liquidated after more than 2 weeks, denying also the $50 that was due. Lowe's have not honored their contract (attempt to repair 3 times, then replace, then liquidate) and I am stuck with a defective unrepaired product, a refund of original purchase value (no installation costs)... all what the insurance was supposed to protect me from. Shame on Lowe’s.

Found out AO Smith Hybrid water heater has this recurring defect (about 25% of reviews indicates unrepairable failure of the heat pump)

Desired outcome: replaced unit with comparable (but reliable) form fit function hybrid water heater at no cost for me with protection plan covering the original full term

Lowe's Verification military discount...

I'm writing in regards to military discount/...I'm registered military for discount...when buying I'm asked for verification... i show my AF Retired ID card or 24 years' service...i am told i need to produce my driver's license...which told for verification who iI am...I said no, that my RET ID card is consider Real ID, not like the driver license which are now being handed out to thousands of illegals,,,i go to Home Depot, you have a ap...they scan it, 1 second, you're done, Lowes needs to wake up, there are also Veterans with VA cards which are valid...not false...! It's not the few cents you save which has really been reduced on products... times are tough...I'm ok but a lot of ex-miliary people are suffering WAR...Drawn Problems...Thank you Don Stimely

Lowe's Customer service person

I stopped by Glen Carbon Lowes store- went to the lumber department for a ceiling tile. Sales lady asked me to wait as she was working with a customer and she was on commission. After waiting- I had to find sales lady- she said “ I thought you left “ I said why would I leave when you said you will be right back “ she says I forgot

Very rude then- very rude in explaining that I can’t buy just 1 ceilings tile. - had to buy a full carton. I explained that i brought pieces last spring when i was working on the project. She loudly said that was wrong and never should of happened.

From a sales person- telling customers she works on commission- to be very rude to a person that wanted to buy a $10 item- she was one of the worst sales person ever.

Unbelievable terrible customer service.

Lowe's Recent order

I was lied to about a delivery date on a jacuzzi tub, and the demolition project was started based on that delivery date. Made several phone calls, and finally spoke to the store manager. She assured me that an associate would contact the vendor and give me an update on a delivery date. The associate called me and said the vendor was closed that day and she would call me the next day. I called the vendor, and they were not closed. They would not give me any information since I ordered through Lowes and not directly with them. The store associate never returned my call. I still have an unknown delivery date, and an empty bathroom, and project at a stand still. When I call customer service the automated system disconnects my call every time. My company spends thousands of dollars at Lowes and this service is horrible.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and an answer on when I'm going to receive my order.

Lowe's Synchrony Bank Charges

We are being harassed every day by phone, and email and phone messages to state that our account [protected] is overdue. It is not! The payments are not due until around the 7th of each month, and they are paid on the third Wednesday of the month prior to being due. A payment of $150.00 each month has been paid. According to our bank statement they have received a payment on the date I stated earlier and since November 22 they have gotten $1800.00. One payment extra for $100.00 and one for $200.00 plus 10 payments of $150.00. This account is not overdue, and the harassment needs to end now. A complaint has already been made and ignored. I will not make another $150.00 payment until the 3rd Wednesday of October and this payment is more than two weeks early as the others have been.

Desired outcome: Our account be credited for the overdue charges, the phone calls and messages to cease and this not to happen again. All fees be taken off of what is shown as being due, and our account cleared of all erroneous information.

I purchased a 3000 dollar craftsmen lawnmower. Only put 35 hours of on it and the throttle broke, battery has to be jumped every time used, LOWES Corporate Complaint Desk 810 ! 215 ! 8501-- belt came off twice and two tires have gone flat. I called to return it and Lowes only allows returns for 30 days. Ridiculous! There should be an exception for such an expensive LEMON!

Lowe's Whirlpool range

It is very sad that a 100% disabled veteran that has dealt with Lowes for over 40 years goes to buy a new range and was told that I can't get a military discount. What has happened to your service and respect for the military? Also, Lowes used to deliver with major appliances, now they charge for this service. As stated I am disabled and can not pick it up or unload it on my own. You and Lowes need to start respecting military service men and women. I will no longer be dealing with Lowes, will take my business to Home Depot where they honor the military.

Lowe's Laundry Appliances

I placed my order on September 19th to buy the Laundry appliances and extension warranty:

- Online: my visa was blocked four time by Lowe's system

- Chat order: my visa, AMEX, and MC were respectively blocked by Lowe's despite my calling to Visa, AMEX, and MC. Nothing can be done due to LOWE's IT system

- Next day on Sep 20th, my order could go through with the customer care after they messing up my name causing my worry for my extension warranty. Finally, the delivery date was scheduled to be on Sat Oct 7

- On September 6, I was expecting the delivery on Oct 7 as Lowe's promised but to my surprise after checking online, Lowe's sneakily and quieyly changed the delivery date to Wed Oct 11

- Lowe's created unnecessary stresses and worries without apologising to me, their customer

Desired outcome: Please honor your 2nd promised delivery on Oct 11.

Lowe's Don't buy countertops from lowes

Lowes has recently changed policy on countertop installations. Unfortunately for us the rep did not know this and told us that the deposit was to start the project and balance was due upon completion.

July we purchased Cali Bamboo flooring from Lowe's Shakopee location. There were 2 reasons why we purchased this product from Lowes - 1)

Home Depot doesn't carry this brand and 2) Tom the sales guy was so helpful. Let me say that this whole process has been a disaster and after 3 months it is still not resolved.

The flooring was ordered & delivered. Lowe's admitted the error and said they would expedite the replacement shipment. The delivery took just as long as the 1st one.

The flooring was installed and is beautiful however the "custom matched" trim ordered by Lowe's was NOT "custom matched" - it is a horrible white color - not anywhere near the same color as the existing natural maple trim. Unfortunately I didn't see the trim until after it was installed. We notified Lowes of the issue immediately (on Sept. 10th) and my husband took another trim sample into the store. He was told that they would have it "custom matched". Today is OCTOBER 15th - we still have the horrible white trim and no date from Lowes as to when the new trim will be delivered and installed. Every time I call I am told that they will call the vendor and that the vendor is very busy. Lowes has not been proactive about anything. I have had to initiate all phone calls asking for an update. On October 3rd I was told by Derek that I would get a phone call on Monday, October 6th with an update. I didn't receive a call so on Tuesday I called and left a voicemail for my contact to call me
