I just received the 4th airbrush system replacement because previous units stopped working after inly 3 months. Each time I call to complain they ship me out a new one and I have to pay for shipping the bad one back to them. Each shipping cost 11.96. I am now out 44.00 dollars and the one they sent me yesterday is not working either. I am tired of calling the customer service line and having a customer rep answer who doesn't know how to help me. At this point I want to return all the make up I cannot use since the system is faulty. I would like the original $99.00 refunded plus the 44.00 shipping i paid for returning the product that never worked. I also have to return the makeup that I cannot use.
Please help with this issue in a timely manner. In the meantime I will need to shop for makeup elsewhere.

Desired outcome: refund of 250.00 which includes all makeup that is left , 4 returns at 11.96 each, and original 99.00 to start this fiasco.
