My paint job. And vandalism on my car My name is Mamie Rowe .
I took my car in 8/23/2022 to have my 2005 Honda CRV LX to be painted. I told the workers in the Maaco paint shop not to to paint anything that is black on my vehicle. That means only repaint what you see that is red only. Paint code is R522p. My Cataytic converter was trying be stolen at your location same week.
(vin SHSRD68555U307552). So I went on 9/2/2022 to pick my honda up , no calls from the paint shop that my car was ready. Your worker moved my car from one side of the lot to the other why I was pulling in. I proceed to work in side behind him. Made my payment. Went to my vehicle and did a walk around and I had a drivers side handle that was painted and my 5th door rear also the same color red. My 3 other handles are black. I went back inside to the same worker he then went out side with me, and said he can have the other handles painted also. (No way I said). I want the red paint back off of my 2 handles. he said that I could not be done. I also pointed out what happen to my hood I had no dings. It now looks like 50 dings this is not hail damage. He said that put some kind pre coat. Police report made 9/2/2022.

The worst place to take your old car to be painted. Sloppy work and does not care . They new about my car and the break in and that my car did not sound the same way like when I took it in to them. ( Quiet) . And painted 2 door handles and left the other 3 black. I did not ask Maaco to paint my door handles.
A complete paint job and adding front bumper, fender liner and back bumper and back light on driver side
I tookmy car to the shop July 26th for repairs and a complete paint job. Every time I went to check on my car something was not correctly done. The owner said don't worry about it we will fix it. Every time they said they would fix it, it got worse. They had my car until Aug. 12th. When I picked it up I found lots of errors. The paint job was terrible. The painters act like they didn't know they had to paint the car completely. The paint had scratches, there were marks under the poly. There was over run of poly on the driver side towards the back. The driver side has a dent in it that wasn't there towards the back. The back door has to small dents on the passenger side that wasn't there before and a dent around the trim of the window that wasn't there before. The owner did a walk around and I only had one dent that was the trunk area that needed fixing and it was done. It appears they may have sanded it not smoothly. They sand my chrome on some of my trim and door handles. The day I picked it up and paid for it, I was driving down the hwy and the fender liner fell and was dragging the street. My daughter had to fold it up and we drove slowly on the expressway to go buy zip ties to tie it up. I went back to the shop and owner said she would buy me another one, but I ordered it and she paid me for it. I told her I would have someone else put it on. She told me to bring my car back Sept 1 and they would make the corrections with the paint job and the fender liner. I started checking the car completely and found lots of flaws. When I took my car to the person to fix it he found the lights were not put in correctly because they failed to take the old part of the old bumper off and attached it to the new bumper, therefore you could move the lights with your hand. Some screws were left out of the back fender liner when they replaced that bumper. The trim around the back of my bumper fell off while driving down the street hanging on by one clip. All the clips were broken. I had to pay 200.00 for all the corrections to be made besides the 1919.00 I paid for their unprofessional work. I am unable to send you pictures of the paint job because the color of my car. You would need to see it in person. I hope the situation can be resolve without be having to get an attorney. #05 is where they did not put heat on the bumper to smooth it out like on the driver side.

poor quality paint job and treatment
Maaco in Douglasville Ga. did a terrible job on my car. A 3x2 inch scratch needed touch up (on my new car) and I received it back with an orange peel and a run.I made them buff it again and they got some of it all but not all. They refused to put any more time into it even though you can still see the flaws. Instead of making it right they sent me away . I'll never go to any Maaco now. I definitely did not get what I paid for. p.s. the flaws in question are still visible

total repair experience
I am a Carvana/Silverrock customer. I also a seasoned business manager. I am abhorrently disgusted with the way my repair experience has turned out. My initial estimate was on 5/26/2022, number 22308-1, preformed by the shop manager Adronne Knight, who showed up at the shop at 9:30 for an 8am appointment. I am told this is a regular occurrence from the shop staff. I have been to the shop twice to have my initial repairs completed to no avail. Both times, my car was returned to me filthy both inside and out, and repairs incomplete. The second time, 7/13/2022, I was told that I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs because my insurance declined the work. I had previously spoken with Silverrock to verify coverage, and had them on the phone with Adronne on 7/13 to fix this. Now, the repairs are still not completed. I wish to be contacted both by E-MAIL AND PHONE to resolve this issue. There are many more detail of my experience that will exceed my character limit here. Suffice it to say, Store # M2232 and its management staff should seriously be under scrutiny. Maaco should be embarrassed by this incident. I have been witness to other service issues at this shop that are beyond reproach. I urge you to contact me as soon as possible to help me correct this smear on Maaco's name.

Paint job and damage to my vehicle
Dropped car off may 23 2022 picked up on June 21 2022...when I first arrived at shop the owner said my car was done and I could go look at it. So I walked back to the shop and when I got to my car the door was open and to my surprise it was full of leaves and dirt😠not normal things...later this woll.make more sense...so 2 hours after I got there to pick up my done car and it pulls around the corner and parks right in front of me. Immediately I notice flaws on the passenger door like a gash half semi circle...then to the front I went ...hood was flat out aweful. Dirt under paint drops of clear coat bubbles in paint...they didn't even take out the caps that were put in the windshield wiper squirters..they just painted over them😡then my lambo doors.they had been opening them wrong and slamming them shut and paint was chipping off before I even picked it up...huge run in driver door and wow got to the back of the car and while it was in the shop someone had hit the back bumper and took a quarter size chunk out of it...it impacted so hard that it popped out the screws on the driver side 😡and the owner had the guys to say oh it came here like that😡😡well if that was the case it wouldn't have piled up paint on top of it ...it would be Smooth because it would of been exposed..and the owner jumped on the car and grabbed my keys and said pay or you don't get your car back. Bottom line this store In Puyallup store #m2252 ownership changed in 2020...and I have contacted corporate office and have not done anything ...so looks like they aren't going to fix this and think that they can strong arm people to pay ...oh yeah and my rear hatch was never prepped they literally just over sprayed it ...paints flaking off the bugs and dirt😡😠so needless to say don't take your car here the owner has no accountability and will try to strong arm you for a job he knew was not.done correctly.
Desired outcome: the window regulator that they broke in that car has taken weeks to find and costed hundreds of dollars just for the part...reimbursement of my expenses and the job done right is what I want please

I took my car to get painted on April 2022, and two months after I took it back unfinished and bad painted. This bad experience was done at the facility located At 12250 SW 117th Ct, Miami, FL
I brought it to the attention to Alejandro Gonzalez (manager?) and he said that he will correct it, but I have to pay additional $ 500. I agreed with discontent to pay for something they overlook just to get may car done. After several weeks I went to get my car and several different defects were noted: 1) a scratch in the right door, the visor has paint running, the rear part of the truck has sagging paint, still tape attached, when the tape was remove the paint came off (Totally a bad paint job). I talked to Luis and he said that he will fix it, Two weeks after and several call to him, he never answered and send me to a Luis Torres (This person I do not know what is his position neither I think he should work for a Maaco), Luis said that he will work it out but I have to pay additional $ 150. I told him that Luis said that he will fix it, a week after I located Luis after approx.. 20 calls and he said that he will fix it but now for $ 400 more.
To illustrate this: I paid the original price more than $2500 plus additional$ 500 for their first mistake, I removed my car totally dissatisfied and they did not answer my call to fix this issue at all. they did not care about me as a customer neither the fact that they represent a Maaco company. I have to take my car to repair the bad job done in another place because it looks disgusting. please advice on what to do.
I would like someone that cares in Maaco to please call me to solve this issue. please call me. I have pictures of it.
I refuse to make another attempt to talk with such a disrespectful people and unprofessional such as Alejandro Gonzalez and Luis Torres.

The customer service and workmanship at this body repair center was at best poor. I am not sure if anyone there is qualified to run this business.
I contacted Grant 2 months in advance to set up a date. Was told 1.5 to 2 weeks for repairs. It was agreed on and I dropped the vehicle off on the 20th of April. I called and verified if this date would still work in the schedule on the 18th of April.
Checked on it on the 3rd of May. Not been started yet. Checked back on the 5th of May, it was scheduled. May 9th not done. May 11th just started painting it. Picked it up on the 12th.
There was tape left in multiple places. The battery was dead, tires deflated, not even washed. Headlights not done. What a mess.

Bad paint job
Got a paint job at Maaco store#M2103 (Stanton, Ca 90680). Took over two weeks. The car was dusty but the flaw was notable. I was told to bring the car back in a couple weeks. After they repaint the car or so I was told. There are two chips (got pictures. Was told by the manager onsite that there are nothing he could do after I showed him the paint chips.

I took my car in yesterday morning to the Maaco on Meridian in Puyallup to get an estimate to repair a scratch on a door. I was told that my estimate would be e-mailed by the end of the day. This morning I called at 8:30am to find out about the estimate. I was told I would have it this morning. I called again at 12:30 to speak to a manager. Marco, the person I spoke with, did not identify himself as a manager but said he was the one to speak with. I again asked about the estimate. He said that he could not get me an estimate because my VIN could not be verified in their system. You physically have the car there and took a photo of the VIN and you can't give an estimate because you don't have a good computer system? Worst customer service!

Maaco paint job
I took my 2011 Camaro in for painting and was promised a lot of stuff that sounded to good to be true and “boy was it”. When I got my car back it was worst off than when I dropped it off. The paint had orange peel in many places and multiple dead spots. The spot that he promised to fix he didn’t touch, overspray all in my car and damaged rims was also on this menu. He told me to wait a month and bring it back, I did that but still worse and charge me again for work that should have been under warranty. This place never should be in business

spots where clear was never done they claim it was because of my primer. wont return any calls and never answer the phone. if you look at the pic you will see primer had nothing to do with it. i have left a phone complaint once a week sometime 2, for the last 4 weeks no reply. they called one time and left a message to return call in 5 min because she is leaving.. the rest of the car is nice. too bad alot of folks look at the car and say nice paint who did it, and my reply you dont want to go there look at the trunk

I have gotten all my cars and trucks painted by your paint store wise is maaco and each time that they were done with painting my vehicles they were all incomplete I have had to take ; not one ever vehicle back to them and the job was still not done as a professional ; the money that I have paid out for the job I have gotten is very sad and unacceptable and yes I did trust your people to give me what I paid for ' they have mass me around for the last time ' if I dont hear from someone soon I will submit my pictures and copy of the money that was spend on each vehicle ; from were the truck have not even been painted and all the runs and paint has started to peel and it has not even been a year since the damm paint been on the vehicles ; honstly I deserve to reimbursed on these bad paint job ' again if I dont hear from someone soon I will get in touch with the attorney general.
