I bought a 7kg samsung washing machine on 3 nov 2019 on the 4 nov 2019 I phone them and told them that the washing machine don't make any foam and it makes white marks on my clothes, the response back was "what kind of washing powder do I use" I told them that I use automatic washing powder omo and if I must used a other brand then they must told it to me in the first place. It is the first time in my life that I heard some machine only use a certain brand of washing powder. I already phone them 100 times and the response is every time the same 'they will get back to me" I just need to know when will they pick up the machine and give my money back. I already bought a other machine cause it is been 2 weeks and I can't stop my washing due to bad service.
I will appreciate it if someone will wake up the staff at centurion and give them training for customer service also for the managers who make promises to call back ad never did

I bought a 14kg defy top load online and was delivered on the 5 September 2023 on the 18th logged a replacement for the machine as it started having a funny sound and stopped spinning I was told about a technician till today and is going to a full month no technician no responses anymore can I just get my refund
