I'm trying to get my warranty refund for my Chevy Colorado that I didn't use
I'm trying to get my warranty refund for my Chevy Colorado that I didn't use. I sold it in February and signed the warranty refund paperwork in March . I sent an email to ***r, but he never replied. Then I went back to the dealership in June . *** told me that *** had submitted the paperwork, so we did it again. *** said he would backdate it to April and speed up the process. It's been 6 weeks now, and no one is responding to my emails or calls. I need help with this issue. Thank you very much. Respectfully submitted
Constant issues with paperwork
Constant issues with paperwork. Also issues with the vehicle. I had to redo the lease paperwork multiple times. It's been almost months and I still haven't received any paperwork on where to send my monthly payment. I also haven't received the paperwork for my physical license plates yet. Right now, I'm driving with an expired 45-day tag, but the dealership told me not to worry because the police don't give tickets for that. On top of that, there have been ongoing electrical problems with the vehicle. Sometimes the truck won't start and the radio sounds don't work properly. This includes turn signal sounds and safety warning sounds.
I bought a car from Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC on 3/29
I bought a car from Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC on 3/29. I put $5,500 down and they kept my car for about 3 weeks to fix the blinkers. When I picked up the car, it was losing antifreeze, so I took it to *** of Easton to get it checked out. They said the motor had oil shooting out and it was all over the front of the motor, causing other issues.
After *** of Easton gave me the report on my 2007 BMW 530xi, the dealership wanted to buy the car back. So, I had it towed to them 2 weeks ago, but they don't want to give me my $5,500 back that I put down on the car. They're trying to give me $4,000 back, even though I never had the car for 3 months.
I have spoken to Mr., the sales manager ***, and the general manager ***.

On 5/31, I took my car to Mark Wahlberg Buick/GMC for an oil change and to check the engine light
On 5/31, I took my car to Mark Wahlberg Buick/GMC for an oil change and to check the engine light. My car didn't have any other problems at that time. Later in the week, the dealership's service department got in touch with me and said that the check engine light was because of a faulty catalytic converter, which was covered by the warranty. After I got my car back and paid for the services, I noticed on the way home that the cabin was shaking and the steering wheel was vibrating. I also noticed that one of the center caps on the tires was missing. So, on 6/18, I brought my car back to get these issues resolved. The service manager ordered the wrong center cap and undid the previous tire rotation, which they said was causing the shaking. However, this only reduced the shaking a little bit. I called them again, but the service department denied that they were responsible for the shaking in the cabin. So, I decided to escalate my concern to the general manager. I made over six calls and left several messages, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
I did a transaction at Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC on 9/29/22
I did a transaction at Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC on 9/29/22. I paid $64,365 for the vehicle, but when I asked for the GM MSRP after the purchase, they told me it was $62,770. The dealer removed the original MSRP sticker and didn't leave it in the truck. They advertised several 'upgrades' for the truck, but they were not installed or present when I took the truck home. I asked Mark Wahlberg GMC for a new MSRP sticker so I could keep a record, and they gave me the original GMC sticker, which was $1595 less than what I paid. I've been trying to get clarification on this issue for the past 3 weeks by visiting the dealership, contacting the salesman, and reaching out to the store manager. However, I haven't received any response. It seems like they sold me a truck without the advertised options. I would have been willing to work it out with them, but it seems like they have chosen to ignore me. I am requesting that the dealer provides me with the sticker that was originally posted on my truck.
I bought a used 2015 Range Rover Evoque from Mark Wahlberg Buick/GMC in Columbus, OH on 09/09 for $28,921
I bought a used 2015 Range Rover Evoque from Mark Wahlberg Buick/GMC in Columbus, OH on 09/09 for $28,921. The car had less than 50,000 miles and was advertised online as excellent, remarkable, and exceptional. I paid $700 to have the vehicle transported from Ohio to Florida. However, after 30 days of using the car, I encountered major issues. The car is in an undrivable condition because it needs a new transmission and possibly other parts, as stated by the Land Rover of Jacksonville service department. I am currently making loan payments and paying for auto insurance, but I can't use the car at all because the repairs will cost me over $10,000. It's hard for me to understand how a dealership of this size and reputation didn't properly test the car before handing it over to me. I sent a certified letter to the dealership on 11/03, but I haven't received any response. I have attached the purchase agreement, repair quote from the Land Rover service department, and my letter to the dealership with tracking information. I really need help with this situation!

On 03-22-2022, I got a card from Mark Wahlberg Buick saying they needed 2019 Envisions and would pay off my Envision and give me $3000 towards a new car. On 03-25-22, I went to Wahlberg and a salesman named *** said he could help me. I checked out the SUV and told him I would bring my wife to see it.
On 03-28-22, we went to see the SUV and took it for a drive. We noticed it had 3800 miles on it. I told *** and he said it's still a new SUV, but I said it's a used SUV. I asked if I could order a new one, but he said it would take 5 months. My wife and I discussed it and decided to buy the SUV with the miles on it (used) since we were given $3000 for a down-payment. We went through financing, and things felt uneasy. We were tired and ready to leave.
On 04-06-22, we received our financial report from GM Financial in the mail. When I saw they were financing $49,105.25, we both got very upset. I waited a couple of days before going to Wahlberg.
On 04-08-22, I went to Wahlberg to see Mr. Wahlberg and tell him what happened, but he wasn't there. *** had me talk to the manager, but he wouldn't listen. He just kept saying, "You signed the papers." They not only sold the SUV as new, not used, but also added $4000 to the sticker price, making it $40,145.
On 04-20-22, I sent a packet with all the information about this incident via Certified Mail to Mr. Wahlberg and Buick GM, but nobody responded. I talked to several people, but all I got was a runaround. Then they said they couldn't help me.
When they fixed my 2011 Buick Regal with a 2.4L engine in March , they didn't mention the oil consumption problems
When they fixed my 2011 Buick Regal with a 2.4L engine in March , they didn't mention the oil consumption problems. Haydocy Buick GMC of Columbus on West Broad St replaced the timing chain due to lack of oil. They didn't inform me that my car was part of a lawsuit about oil consumption and safety issues, even though the dealer service department and General Motors should have known. They also didn't tell me about a government bulletin regarding the consumption issues. I have a document from 2020 that proves they knew they were responsible for most of the repairs but didn't do enough or inform me properly.
Two years later, my engine light comes on about 3,000 miles after an oil change, so I go back to the same location, now called "Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC." On the invoice (2/17/22), they tell me my car needs oil and that's it. I paid $177.38 for a test, but they didn't fix the problem. However, they didn't inform me that my car's timing chain was damaged or that I might need a new engine until I had to go back a second time (2/25/22) because the engine light came back on. This is negligence. The dealer had a responsibility to inform me about the consumption issues beforehand, and they also failed to let me know initially about the damaged timing chain or the potential need for a new engine. This could have caused my engine to fail and my car to stall on the freeway, which is concerning and unsafe. Now I need another new timing chain because they never told me about it. The dealer claims they aren't responsible for not informing me about the consumption issue because they were owned by other people (Haydocy) who neglected to inform me about the oil consumption issues. The continuation of this story is in the PDF.
refund for the repairs since I had just purchased the vehicle
refund for the repairs since I had just purchased the vehicle. The dealership told me that they couldn't do anything about it and that I should have brought it to their attention sooner.
Overall, my experience with Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC has been extremely disappointing. The salesman assured me that all the issues with the vehicle would be taken care of, but that was not the case. The suspension issue and the loud noise when turning were never fully resolved, and I ended up having to pay for a missing part that was not my fault.
Additionally, the brake pads and suspension problems that arose shortly after purchasing the vehicle were not covered by the extended warranty, which was frustrating. I had to spend a significant amount of money to get the necessary repairs done.
I reached out to the dealership to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for the oversight. It's clear that they prioritize making a sale over ensuring customer satisfaction.
I would not recommend Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Their lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to address issues is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and find a dealership that values their customers and stands behind their products.
On Saturday April 18, we went to Haydocy Automotive to check out a vehicle they had listed for sale as my 16-year-old daughter's first car
On Saturday April 18, we went to Haydocy Automotive to check out a vehicle they had listed for sale as my 16-year-old daughter's first car. When we got there, we met a nice and informative salesperson. She told us that the SUV had passed a 25-point inspection and had no issues. Trusting the company's reputation and confidence in their product, we bought the vehicle for cash. Since my daughter doesn't have her license yet, we parked the car in the garage. Throughout the week, we stayed in touch with the salesperson because we planned on purchasing a truck from them too. The paperwork was almost done, and we were going to pick up the truck on Saturday. On Friday April 24, we decided to take the car for a drive. However, when we started the car, the steering wheel wouldn't budge. My husband managed to pull the car out, but the wheel was completely locked. I contacted our salesperson immediately and explained the problem, asking if they could look into it and fix the vehicle since it had only been a few days since the purchase. She mentioned that the company does a car fax on each vehicle and doesn't engage in any "shady transactions" (her words). She said she would speak with her manager, Dan L, in the morning to see if he would be willing to help. At 9:30 am on Saturday April 25, I spoke with Mr. L, and he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He told me that when we bought it "As Is," that's what we should expect. He did mention that he would only consider fixing the car if I came in and purchased the new truck, suggesting a trade-off. I will never buy another vehicle from this company for three reasons: 1) Clearly, integrity means nothing to them. 2) The manager is the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever encountered, and the customers mean nothing to them. 3) They don't stand behind their sales, even though they knew the vehicle was for a 16-year-old girl, and if the wheel had locked up during her drive, it could have endangered lives.
