On 3-8-23, I provided to Massage Envy a hold on my account because of two foot surgeries and advised I would let them know when my body was ready to return. At that time, I had approximately 20 massages owed to me from Massage Envy. Your company billed me for 2 months while my account was supposed to have been frozen. In the meantime, I had a fraudulent activity place on the credit card I use to pay for my monthly membership and had to have a new card provided to me. I received a voice message that my account has been suspended due to failure to pay. When I called Massage Envy back, the lady employee was not and would not help me other than demanding my money. I have always been very happy with the massages I would receive from Stephanie who unfortunately left Massage Envy while I was out recovering. Now, I do not have a favorite therapist (as of yet) and am so disgusted with the response I received from Massage Envy. Times are hard for many working individuals and having to deal with nonsense like this is very draining.
Claimed loss: 2 months of payments and allow me to reactivate my membership with no penalties so I may use the 20 massages in my account.
