4-7-23 I submitted a signed freeze request, and receipt of my freeze request was confirmed on the same day, and freeze would become effective in May 2023. In July I notice I was charged the full amount for the months of May, June and July ($80 p/month for a total of $240.00}. On 7-19-23 I contacted the manager who admitted it was an error on their part because the form was never put on his desk and would look into getting my refund. on 8-7-23 I called again, at which time the manager again apologized and stated he would escalate the request for my refund of $240.00. On 8-30-23 I still hadn't heard anything about my refund so I drove to the massage envy location to speak to the manager directly and was told he was out of the office until tomorrow, so I left a note to call me when he got in. No call. 8/31/23 wrote an email to the manager stating my frustration for his lack of communication and giving me no status on the refund and asked that he call me. No call. I am now taking it to the corporate office due to his unprofessionalism, and poor customer service. I have had excellent service at other Massage Envy locations but this one is the worst and unfortunately it is the location where I signed up at.
