Match.com review: cancellation impossible! 83

I am requesting to stop direct debit from my account because I am not satisfied with the service provided. I want to stop the direct debit immediately and canceled my membership effectively upon receipt of this notice.

What is the alleged complaint that has caused my account to be blocked

My fully paid account has been locked without any notification and customer service has failed to respond to my calls and emails over 5 times now. The consumers have no way of reaching technical people who have any power to do anything with your account. The customer service is a joke. Stay away from this company.

I am using the service second days, they block my account without any reason and reply.

Contact customer service to support this issue, they answer someone will follow up and reply. But unfortunately no one reply unit now.

Ask for cancel account and refund again. No one reply anymore.

Poor service and feel deceieved

I paid 35.99 for 1 month and was then charged 119.99 for 6 months that I didn't approve. My credit card contacted me for a fraudulant claim. I am now locked out of my account with Match.com and want know how to fix this. Please contact me on what to do to get back on Match.

Yes, on April 23, 2017. A transaction of $59.97 was charge to my Chase credit card. Then on April 18, 2017 the amount of $119.94 was charge to the same card. I have not used this account for the past year or so. I would like to have the charges returned to my card and the account closed.

I want to file a complaint my deceased father indicted with federal and other indictments where privacy when I was dating in 2008 and forced in the ER no intake and his trial occurred in NYC and should have been no comment evicted where bonds should have been provided with the court and possible employee theft and trespass with government polling

I renewed for 6 months and was signed up for 1 year. I only wanted 6 months. Please credit me for the 6 months I did not want. I only wanted 6 months. There was no way to make the corrections from one year to six months. I renewed today December the 26th 2016.

Recently, within the last week I tried to sign up for the best value bundle package at approximately $16.99 which I used a prepaid credit card to purchase. Now my banking account has been charged with approx. $119 in addition. I want a full refund. I was misled and I think that this site should be taken offline. It is a scam!

Match charge me for top spot i didn't order it and i can't reach them. a month ago they charged me twice because they have 2 email addresses I spoke to a supervisor they said we never refund .

met this man at the site and he demanded money. he claims to be a petrochemical engineer working a t a rig in Malaysia. Had an accident, one worker died (?), had to pay for the other victims being hospitalized or he will be sent to jail...

i think it was back in march 2019. i cancel my supscription before they took any money out. near got e-mail from match for 4 months then i start getting match again check my bank they took out $127.00 dollars

They put pictures of people on my I liked them that I didn’t. When you get a like back you have to pay to chat with them. Everyone hasn’t got money to chat with someone. Cancelled Service April of 2023, The company charged my card in July of 2023 the amount of $500 this year! Please help with this this isn't right! This is really simple this company is continueing charging me for a service which I had cancelled! They renewed the service after I had contacted them to cancel the service!
