Poor reception
I am a frontliner working in a covid hospital, Hospital Ampang. Many of us who are Maxis customers aren't happy with the poor internet coverage in level 3 ICU & Operation Theatre where we work. We communicate a lot using Whatsapp messenger sending photos such as patients xrays and clinical data/ investigations. This poor internet connectivity affected our work immensely! The doctors also have to be oncall 24 hours per day but sometimes are hard to be contacted due to poor maxis reception in this area.
Please do something to resolve this matter urgently, before all of us resort to change to other telco lines.

FYI, my contract ended on February and I've thinking to terminate your service. Yet u offered me the 100mbps with 30mbps price. Wonderful offer! But your service sucks ever since I accepted the offer. Please improve your service! Can u imagine, from 100mbps, I've got just 18 Mbps? And yes, I've done the resetting process. Unfortunately, the situation occurs every month!

By sending this email ask customer do something which has been done at the first place. What exactly do you need? Your service centre at Klang BBT One not even giving me any single thing but verbally ask for waiting their call. that there are a lot SMS send to me, 1 day about 4-5 times SMS from my statement show as below :-
1. ELITE SMS - O358910995
2. KIUBINDO_SMS
3. POWER SMS - [protected]
4. HIKAR SMS - [protected]
5. ZEPTO SMS - [protected]
6. ALLTE SMS - [protected]
I did not reply to them, but they use my line and reply on my behalf successful and I do not know what they send me and 1 SMS charges are RM1- RM5 and my JULY bill increase to RM 574.30
I am only a housewife and I would not reply to unnecessary msg and my monthly plan with Maxis is RM 98 per month and I do not agreed to pay
all the above hacker SMS.
Pls investigate seriously and why they can steal my line to reply on my behalf and pls stop or block all the above SMS immediately.
Your immediate action of the above is highly appreciated.

Slow data connection
The data connection has been particular slow, especially during the night time. In not talking about streaming, only to websites or uploading of documents. The websites don't even get to load before I close it out of irritation. I don't get to finish the monthly quota simply because it's too slow and I would use my house's wifi instead. I strongly opined that this is unfair to consumers for getting such services despite amount paid. Bear in mind this does not happen only now, but been long, just that the feedback is delayed given an alternative for me. I demand for a detailed explanation on this and to resolve immediately. Maxis fibre 500mbps plan which offer tv

I purchased the mentioned plan at mid-of May. The confirmation done by the sales agent at Amanjaya Mall that the TV will be delivered to my home at approximately 1 month after installation the the service.
I never receive any message or call related to the TV delivered after a month due from installation
Due to it, I contacted Amanjaya Mall Sungai Petani where the mentioned due to overwhelming response, the delivery is not ready and they are unable to provide an exact time as to when they will deliver the TV. On top of it they provide to contact number of the person who will deliver the TV. Same response given when contacted the person thru WhatsApp.
Then I contacted Max on Tue (7/29), the virtual agent where mentioned the human agent will contact me shortly to assist me further. So far nobody contacted me.
When I review the June invoice, the charge already started for TV package (where no delivery done yet)
Referred to the comment by Maxis Agent and TV delivery contact saying that overwhelming response is not applicable to customer. Delivery should be done as promise, i.e. 1 month upon installation. Pls keep to work given

poor internet coverage in town area
I have been using maxis for a long time, but since a few month ago, the services is worse, always got disconnect during 8pm till 12am . poor internet speed, and takes a long time to got connected again to the internet . I have been visiting maxis FB pages and found a lot of complain about the same issue .I was subscribe for 6mbps speed but it nearly impossible to get 1mbps during 8pm till 12am. they keep disconnect many times, I will change to CELCOM telco for the next month .

I live in Kuarters RTM, Batu 13 Jalan Cheras, 43000 Kajang. Selangor.
Recently i subscribe package with Maxis Hotlink Postpaid 60 package.
My monthly bil payment was RM60 flat rate and I was never failed to pay the bills.
But it is waste of my monthly flat rate money for me because the Maxis coverage is very poor in this area. I feel so disappointed because I have to use the internet for work from home. Even to upload/download speed was very slow. The fast internet packeage was not that fast. Latest on 29/6/2021 10.20a.m i check the speed was 4.3Mbps only.
Is there anything that can be done so that this area can have better Maxis coverage? In this difficult time work from office on MCO time there must be something that you can do to improve the coverage in my area.

Mobile Internet bad connection
I am lodging a complaint for the poor internet connection in my apartment and as well as outside anywhere I go. In an hour I will get multiple line drops and connection failure. More like every 10mins the connection is lost. I have already lodged a complaint via phone about months back but still it's yet to be rectified. All I get from the customer service is "we're having network issue" and this has been ongoing for months. I have to restart my phone multiple times. And also I asked for a diagnostics regarding my data usage but I never received any. I have been a maxis customer but having connection problems every 10mins is mentally annoying especially when you're doing something important. This is the most expensive telco but I would say currently is the worst. I am not paying maxis just to get a lousy service. I wouldn't hesitate to switch telco once my contract is over.
Signal not stable
Signal for mobile and data is not stable at Vista Alam 6th Floor, facing the swimming pool at Section 14 Shah Alam. Other providers line are much more stable than Maxis.
This area is consider the city of Shah Alam, please do something about this.

I made a report c-[protected] dated 6th June and till to date my problem not being rectified and claim that they called and rectified in which its a white lie .
My complaint every call drop and I have to return call again. This had been happening too frequent.

the complain is already call to maxis support central many time, but still not take any action about the issues, then the internet fee is more expensive and poor service on internet speed, and the issues is not one or two time is already many many many time already still not fixed it.
Home broadband service
I'm paying RM300+ per month for [censored]ty service. Constantly disconnected from zoom calls, skype and losing connectivity in any situation possible. The wifi is beyond unstable and only exists when it feels like it. Non-operational during night or morning and functions now and then during the afternoon. Filed a complaint and called their customer service to be told it was a cable problem. Paid RM60 to get it fixed and the stress went away only for a day. The continuing morning, I was constantly kicked out of zoom and google was loading like waiting for a man to get pregnant. Absolutely mad and furious that I am not the only person suffering from this. Maxis, do better. Improve your connection, reduce your ridiculously priced products and be [censored]ing decent.

Wireless broadband/poor and slow connection of wifi and slow downloading
I have been facing poor and slow connection of the Maxis Broadband wifi s in my office located near Jalan Bangsar which is also very near to Jalan Travers.Often the wifi service has been slow . During my complain to the Maxis hotline recently, I was informed that this was due to one of their port at Jalan Travers is down and is currently under repair since February, 2021 and will only be completed on October, 2021. I was informed that since my office is nearby to Jalan Travers, this is why I am facing this issue and affected.
This means I have been paying RM146.30 monthly for poor service. This is not fair. It is only proper that Maxis gives me a rebate on the billing for the period February, 2021 till October, 2021 since I am not getting what I am paying for.
Although I have paid for the previous months, Maxis should give a rebate for the previous months in their future billing.

Home Fibre Internet with samsung tv RM1 deal
Date of incident: 10 May 2021
I was offered to sign up for an exclusive deal to install home fibre internet and RM1 monthly TV deal. However, after installing and receiving the TV. I was charged the monthly home internet line (which was normal) but no rm1 TV deal and instead got charged for ZerolutionTV at RM127. After discovering the error, I called Maxis' 123 line to get the problem solved on 16th May 2021. By that time my autodebit had paid the extra RM127 bill. I have been calling many time regarding this issue and still it remains unsolved. Maxis' customer service occasionally called to check with me if anyone have solved the issue. Hello! you should know if it is resolved or not no need to ask me.
If this offer was wrongly given please say so (even though over the phone and maxis chat line I was told the offer is valid it is just still under investigation) and take back your TV and refund me the money. No need to to still be under investigation for so long it is very stressful.
I have today another case number of C1556864 please look into it ASAP.
Desired outcome: Either honour the deal of RM1 TV with fibre internet or cancel it and refund me.
Internet connection
Why is the internet connection in Kuching, Sarawak in the are of Dormani Hotel Kuching, Jalan Dato Ajibah Abol is slow, lagging and intermittent. Cuts off unexpectedly. It has been like this since early June. I dont pay monthly fees to get this kind of lousy service. Please rectify soonest or otherwise I have to change operator.

Hi, I'm Tze Yee. I'm writing this to complaint the bad experience I have after using the upgraded WIFI offered by Maxis. Last year, I received a call from Maxis center that I got selected to experience upgraded WIFI for free. The lady told me I will experience a fast speed internet and wont experience any lagging after switching to this new WIFI. I'm satisfied with the WIFI speed after changing my router at first however, the speed is getting slower few months later (until a point where my devices showed connected to the WIFI but still showing not connected to WIFI at the same time). Not only that, my electronic devices will get disconnected from WIFI all of sudden even though my router is switch on.
Things getting worse recently, where most of the time I have to use my own mobile data to stay connected for my work and studying. I had complaint to Maxis center several times but there is no one pick up the call. What even makes me frustrated is when Maxis Centre able to make several calls for payment due a day but unable to pick up the call for complaint. I'm really disappointed as I have to pay expensive bills monthly but I couldn't get back the equivalent quality from Maxis Center.
So dear Maxis Center, please take this matter seriously. I'd highly appreciated if someone from Maxis Center can call me ([protected]) to solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you
