I was pretty annoyed with my experience at Mazda of Palm Beach
I was pretty annoyed with my experience at Mazda of Palm Beach. First off, we had to wait for like an hour and a half just to get a quote from our salesperson, ***. That was a real bummer. But what really got me mad was all the lies they fed us. We called three times before coming in and they told us they had 2022 Mazda CX-5s ready for leasing. But when we got there, suddenly they were all gone, like magic or something. And then they tried to push this 2023 upgraded car on us. Like, seriously? Two days later, I get an email saying they actually have the 2022 Mazda CX-5s available. Can you believe that? Mazda of Palm Beach is full of it, man. They put out these ads that are just straight-up lies, and their salespeople will do anything to cover their tracks. My advice? Stay away from this place. Go to Southern Palms Mazda instead. They're way better.
The manager, Mr
The manager, Mr. Smith, is not very honest. We put a deposit on a used Toyota, planning to drive three hours the next day to complete the purchase. He told us not to come because there was an issue with the car that needed warranty coverage from Toyota. This turned out to be untrue! He kept telling us for three weeks that the car was at Toyota being repaired. I got frustrated and called Toyota myself, only to find out that he had been lying the whole time and the car was never at Toyota. They either sold it to someone else (most likely) or sent it to auction. When confronted about his lie, he refused to answer calls, return calls, or reply to texts. Another manager we eventually spoke to after calling five times and being transferred to different people who had no idea what was going on, was also terrible. They insulted us and hung up on us. I strongly advise against doing business with this place. They are dishonest and disrespectful!
BE AWARE OF THEIR ADVERTISED "INTERNET PRICING
BE AWARE OF THEIR ADVERTISED "INTERNET PRICING". This morning I sent an email to the *** of Mazda of Palm Beach offering to buy a 2022 Silver/Black CX-5, Preferred Plus Package (VIN #***), that was listed on their website for an Internet Price of $34,190. Aside from Mazda of Palm Beachs own website, they are also advertising the same $34,190 price for the same Vin # on: cars.com, autotrader.com, and cargurus.com. I live locally and stated that I did not want a test drive and I planned to pay cash. I also asked if the car was not on the lot, when would be the expected delivery date. *** responded by not answering either of my two simple, specific questions, but instead sending me two separate video/audio texts showing me every other 2022 CX-5 on the lot. Finally, after several more texts, I got *** to let me know if I could buy that specific car at their advertised price.*** finally relented and sent me an offer for VIN #*** of $37,525, which is not the $34,190 advertised price. Instead, it is $2,000 over the $35,525 MSRP and an increase of $3,335 over the advertised price. When I suggested that it is false advertising, he countered that the Internet Price is contingent upon ALL of the following:1) You are in the military and 2) You have another Mazda in your household and 3) You recently attended driving school and 4) You plan on financing the car I assume that this lo-ball and false advertised pricing is not a customary practice promoted by Mazda *** as I do not see any of the advertised prices from other new 2022 Silver/Black CX-5, Preferred Plus Package with the same type of pricing.
WARNING! Stay away from this dealership!
WARNING! Stay away from this dealership! On December 16, 2022, I emailed them about a 2016 Corvette Z06 convertible. I asked for info about the car. A guy named *** was my sales rep. He gave me some info but said he was waiting on more. On December 17, 2022, *** said he'd call me the next day. On December 19, 2022, I emailed *** saying I got the quote for the vehicle. But the dealership keeps sending me irrelevant automated emails. They haven't answered many of my questions yet. Finally, on December 29, 2022, I talked to *** and told him I was still waiting for answers. He said someone else was supposed to contact me with those answers. When I said no one had contacted me, *** gave me some answers, but not all. He said someone would contact me that same day, but that didn't happen. On December 30, 2022, I called and got passed around like a joint at a pot party. When I asked who I was speaking with, some people refused to give their names and passed me to someone else. The final straw was when I talked to *** and asked to speak to the sales manager about being transferred to different employees without getting to the right person. Guess what? *** sent me to a full voicemail with no way to reach them. It seems like this dealership wants you to buy from them in person. That's a red flag! STAY AWAY! Thank God I avoided this mess...HOPEFULLY YOU WILL TOO!
This dealership has been a nightmare to deal with since the date of purchase
This dealership has been a nightmare to deal with since the date of purchase. I traded in my used Mazda CX-5 for another used CX-5. I was told I would be mailed a new registration in a couple of weeks and a temporary tag was placed on my car. I was given one key for the car and was told that all certified used Mazdas come with a second key and I would have to return to get it. After leaving the dealership, I realized they kept my license plate. I returned the next day to get it and waited around for them to find it. I then made an appointment to get my replacement key and returned to the dealership again the following week and waited 2 HOURS to get the replacement. Meanwhile, I still haven't received my registration. I call finance and am told that they sold me the car before the previous owners bank (Chase) released the loan so I was not able to get the registration. I returned AGAIN to get a new temporary tag placed and assumed the problem was being addressed. Several weeks pass and I still do not have a registration. I call again and no one is apparently working on the issue. I am then told it was a clerical error on their end. I'm not sure what the real story was but was getting concerned I purchased a car I was unable to register. I returned to the dealership AGAIN to pick up yet another temporary tag and wait around with my two young kids while they figure it out. I finally received my registration two months after purchase and was given a complimentary 2 year maintenance plan - GREAT. I made an appointment to get a squeaking issue fixed that had been happening since I drove off the lot and an oil change. I specifically requested a loaner car for this and was promised they would have one. I was called at 7:30 the morning of the appointment telling me oops they don't have a loaner. This entire experience is regrettable. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I bought a car and they gave me wrong info 'bout financing, which ain't right 'cording to the Truth and Lending rules in Florida. I've been tryin' to sort it out with the Dealership, but they ain't callin' me back like they said they would to fix the problems.
On February 6, 2022, I traded my car in and bought a 2018 *** Accord
On February 6, 2022, I traded my car in and bought a 2018 *** Accord. I drove it for a few days and ended up taking it back for repairs. They gave it back to me, stating that the repairs were done, but the same issues occurred a few days later. I had to return my car to the dealership for repairs again. They haven't been able to fix the car since I bought it. I've had to use rental cars instead. As of now, my car is still at the dealership, and they haven't given me any answer about when the repairs will be completed. I've only been able to drive my car for a total of 6 days since the purchase date of 2/6/22. I've made my scheduled payment on time, but they're refusing to pay for the rental fees that I've incurred.
I bought a Miata on 8/28 and put down a deposit
I bought a Miata on 8/28 and put down a deposit. The car was in *** when I bought it. They said it would be in Palm Beach in 4 weeks. The salesman, ***, never called me back after I tried to get an update multiple times. The sales manager, ***, only responded once to say that it got pushed back a lot. They haven't been transparent about why the car is still at the port, even though I've tried to get that information from Evan. I know the car is already registered in the ***. Because they haven't communicated with me, I contacted the dealership and told them I don't want to go through with the purchase and asked for my deposit back. They haven't responded. I've already disputed the payment with my credit card company based on the info above.

Mazda of Palm Beach sold me an extended warranty on a vehicle that the warranty company deems ineligible due to mods that existed at time of sale. The Jeep I bought was lifted, with big tires, but otherwise stock. It had a 10-year or XXXXXX powertrain warranty. In February, the engine failed, so I had the shop work with the warranty company. After three weeks, they finally said they wouldn't cover the repair because of the modifications. I contacted Mazda of Palm Beach and told them that the Jeep is exactly how I bought it from them. The warranty was sold to me on the vehicle as is, and it played a big role in my decision to buy it. They agreed and said they would handle it with the warranty company. It's been over a month now, and I keep in touch with them a few times a week. At one point, they even said they would cover the repair cost and negotiated with the shop to lower the bill by over $1000. However, they still haven't authorized the repairs or sent payment to me or the shop. This is over $3000, and I've been without a vehicle for over 2 months. Every time I contact the sales manager, ***, who's been dealing with this, he brushes me off with excuses like "I've been sick" or "I'm on it" or "I'll call you later today"... but those calls never come. I'm attaching all the emails I have with Mazda. Before the emails, we were talking on the phone about two weeks before the emails started.
On 10/9 we bought a 2016 Mazda 6 for our daughter
On 10/9 we bought a 2016 Mazda 6 for our daughter. Our problem: Right after we left the dealership, one of the new tires they put on the car failed. It wasn't flat because of a puncture or anything like that - the tire came off the rim because it wasn't sealed properly. I bought a new tire myself and got it mounted. We left the dealership without getting a copy of the Mazda Certification and extended warranty. In an email, our finance contact said that when he got back to the office during the week, he would work on getting us the things we were supposed to get. Five days after buying the car, we finally got the paperwork and the sale was entered into the Mazda system. I got some texts and had a conversation with my salesman (and one with one of the sales managers). We talked about the following issues and what we want them to do about it: the paperwork, the tire, the missing second key, the rear windshield defroster not working properly (the filament is faulty), the poor quality of the car's finish, the fact that I had to try to change a faulty tire just minutes after buying the car, and the undersized jack they gave me that dented the car (maybe because it was dark on the side of the freeway and there were a lot of anthills and biting ants around!). Also, even though we didn't talk about it locally, Mazda of North America has said there might be fraud and they flagged the transaction (that's what they said). Mazda corporate says they're too busy and don't have enough staff to deal with this quickly. They promised to call back, but they haven't, both locally and at the corporate level. Mazda finance never gave us the extra coverage options they promised, and the $250 courtesy credit promised by Mazda North America hasn't shown up (but it looks like the second key is on its way). We're frustrated because Mazda of Palm Beach and Mazda North America are completely ignoring our follow-up questions.
to the lawyer if you want your money back
to the lawyer if you want your money back. I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received at Mazda of Palm Beach.
I purchased a vehicle from Mazda Palm Beach Gardens on 06/29/2022. I did not choose the car myself because they said my credit was not good enough. They selected a car for me, and I accepted it. However, they also informed me that I could not test drive the vehicle because it was being looked at by a technician. They said I could test drive it after the paperwork was signed. This was my first time buying a car in the USA, so I trusted the consultant and agreed to their terms.
I received the vehicle just before 10pm, and as soon as I started the engine, the engine light came on. I immediately asked the consultant about the issue, and he brushed it off, saying it was probably something small and that the technician would provide an answer the next day. He told me to drive it home and that we could sort it out on Thursday.
Thursday came, and the consultant did not answer his phone. He eventually called me late in the afternoon, saying he was still waiting for the technician to get back to him. Frustrated, I informed him that I would be returning the vehicle the next day (Friday). On Friday, 07/03/2022, I brought the vehicle back.
To my surprise, the technician had not been informed about my return. He promised to do his best to address the issues, but then he called me back and said there was a bigger problem with the vehicle. His manager told him it was my fault and instructed him to stop working on the car because I had bought it "as is." I was shocked. I had not been made aware of any problems on Wednesday, and I was not given the opportunity to select my own vehicle or test drive it. How could I be held responsible for the inconvenience and engine problems?
Today, 07/05/2022, I spoke to the manager, ***, who informed me that I bought the vehicle "as is" and that they would not be giving me a refund. He told me to get a lawyer if I wanted my money back. When I suggested that it would be easier for them to just give me a refund, he rudely chased me out of his office, saying he had had enough of the conversation.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the way I have been treated and the lack of accountability from Mazda of Palm Beach. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them to think twice.
On 8/10, I was lied to by their call center
On 8/10, I was lied to by their call center. They told me the car I wanted was at the dealership. I explained that I was coming from *** about 2 hours away and wanted to make sure the car was there. I spoke to *** twice to confirm. I also sent her a text. After 2 hours, I arrived at the dealership and *** (sales person assigned to me) said the car was not there. We searched the whole dealership but couldn't find the car. *** took me to talk to his Sales Manager called *** (***) and he apologized for the call center trouble. He said they had a vehicle there if they helped with the price. I said as long as the price was the same as the original car I wanted, then yes. However, the prices of the existing cars were 7 to 9 thousand over my price of $26,600 for the White CX-30 ***. We sat down and *** offered to check the system for a White *** coming in soon. He came back and said they should receive one in 2 to 4 weeks. He asked if I was interested in putting a deposit down. He also asked if I was trading in my Tundra, to which I said yes. He brought back a contract with the Stock # and the vin# of the White CX-30 *** that should arrive within the mentioned weeks, along with my Tundra Vin#. The contract included the price of the new car, trade-in, taxable fees, Doc Fee, Tax, Non Tax Fee, and Balance. Long story short, after several calls, texts, and emails, I found out from Mazda *** that the Vin# they sold me on 8/10 was actually already sold and titled on 7/21. I never asked for my deposit back, I just wanted my car or another White CX-30 ***. They tried offering a different color and a different trim, but I didn't want it. Eventually, they sent my deposit back without my authorization. They were done with me. Now, over 2 months later.
I had a problem with my 2021 Mazda CX-5's infotainment system from the start
I had a problem with my 2021 Mazda CX-5's infotainment system from the start. I reached out to Mazda Corporate, and even though my car had been taken to Ocean Mazda Doral four times for the same issue, they told me to get it inspected again. So, I took my car to Mazda of Palm Beach for the fifth time. They had my car for 11 days and only did a software update, blaming it on my phone and USB cord. When I got my car back, I noticed that the dashboard was a different color and had new dents and scratches. There was no mention of this on the paperwork. I showed it to my service advisor, ***, and he had the technician come out to look. I asked the technician for his name, but he refused to answer me three times. ***, the service advisor, told me that I didn't need to know the technician's name because I'm not the police. I reported this to ***, but he didn't apologize for his employee's behavior. When I left a one-star review on ***, he not only called and texted me, but also left a voicemail. It felt like harassment, especially since I was having dinner with my family. He accused me of having my friends post bad reviews, which I can't control. A person in the industry told me that Mazda of Palm Beach creates fake reviews or buys them on *** I couldn't believe it until I saw it myself. They had seven five-star reviews praising ***, my service advisor, and the service department, all posted within minutes of each other. Most of these accounts had only made one review: for them. This is fraudulent behavior. They later admitted that someone else's dashboard had been put in my car, and mine was in another car.
