I ordered at this fast food joint and the girl asked me if the order was correct on the screen. It wasn’t and I told her no the one drink I ordered wasn’t on the screen. She got extremely snotty and said I assure you it is. I told her no it’s not and proceeded to the first window and I was very upset about how I was talked to. I asked the girl at the first window if she was the snotty person she said no and I paid and went to the pickup window and asked for the manager. In the meantime I asked the girl there if she was the snotty girl and she said no. Then this little snot of a girl poked her head out and said it was her. She started berating me again and the lady manager said something I didn’t understand and the snotty girl said “I’m just a kid what’s your problem”. I said that she was very snotty and she said fine don’t come back. Believe me I won’t and I will tell everyone how rude these people are when there is a problem. Me and my fiance stopped by there when we got done gambling about 1qm this morning. My shake was like water and I'm sick and having severe stomach issues from eating a mcdouble and a spicy chicken sandwich from here. I've never had issues like this from a McDonald's before. I will never eat there again. The stomach issues started about about 30 minutes after eating and we still had about an hour and a half drive to get home.

Service-Drive thru had trouble identifying 'two sandwiches for one' request.
'We do not have two for one." Oh, two sandwiches for $3. I paid and was told to "Park it" and order will be right out. After about 10 minutes and over a dozen cars got their orders, I was disturbed why my order was not due. I backed up to the pay window and asked where my order was. Cashier said she did not know. I informed cashier if she did not know then to give me my money back. Handed her the receipt. As cashier notified manager, my passenger seen a McD's employee trying to give an order to a car across the parking lot. I moved back up to the 'park it' area and the McD girl came over to me, held out the bag and said, "two chicken sandwiches?" I said, "Yes, give them to me". She said, as she withdrew the bag to her, illustrating she was not going to give me my paid order and said, "Don't be rude to me". I drove away around to door an entered store and the manager gave me my money back. Rude/condescending employee and someone without people skills.
So, it was rude to request an employee to give me my paid order? I and a dozen family and friends vow to never patronize LaFayette McDonalds again.
Their Rude employees should be fired.

She reeked of marijuana and was in slow motion and did not give me my receipt. My coffee from the woman from the front with braids had something floating in it and she was non personable and made no eye contact. Just a mean lady hatin gher job handing me my morning tainted coffee. The day before I bought an ice tea and I saw that woman with braids put ice from counter into my drink as she filled up cup. I could see through window. She does nto care and I do not know why mc donalds hires people like this. Your company sales would go up if you promoted higher wages for high quality employees. There are trade schools always seeking jobs for culinary art students. Thinking about not going there anymore due to this and I am a daily customer. Tired of the indirect suttle abuse like I am sorry I was born white it seems their is a racial hate vibe at this location does not mean my food should suffer because your perspective is messed up. I had to speak my mind because no one cares. DOnt get me started as to why I never order burgers anymore. Fries are a hit or miss and nuggets too. Always cold and stale . What is wrong with people!?! No receipt for going on weeks. No proof of purchase for customer
For weeks no receipt has been issued because its broken in drive through and the cash registers inside. If there’s something wrong with my order I have nothing to back it up with. And the shake machine is always down. I was so close to posting on Facebook book. I will stop coming here and tell everyone not to come to this location. Preparation of coffee was horrible!!!, I returned it and got money back
It was at 6pm, 7.3.2022 in McDonalds at Union Square.I wanted get a small decaf coffee but 1st cup of coffee looked like spoil milk was there&cup's edges were dark.I asked to change it.They brewed new coffee, but before giving it to me, same team member added in my cup a small dose of coffee from someone elses red color cup that was standing there.

Food order
Absolutely the worst experience yet, this store on N. 14th st has been gradually going down at each visit, food getting worse with each visit, the service FOR THE MOST PART is good no complaints there but, on my most recent visit July 3rd, 2022 about 12 p.m. the meal I ordered was absolutely disappointing, the meat and bun were both overcooked, the sandwich was ordered with cheese and maybe had a half of a slice on it, no it wasn't a fish filet. The packaging was a wreck and the it was made improperly missing ingredients to top off everything, normally wouldn't complain but this is just ridiculous the way I have been seeing it go down with each visit.
Desired outcome: Pay attention, understand if it were you eating it, you would want it done right.

On 7/2/22 at 8:13pm I placed a mobile order. I redeemed my points on a 6 pc chicken nugget order so I only had to pay for a small fry. My total was $2+. When I went to the window, the cashier asked for an additional $4+. My credit card was charged $7.44. I asked to speak to the manager since there was an obvious error and was being charged for either the car in front of me or behind me. The manager came to the window and continued to tell me I owed an additional $4 even though I showed her my phone confirming I was charged $7.44 in error. She walked away and refused to help me. I did not get my food. I parked and went into the building to get my card credited since I was charged incorrectly and did not receive any food. No one in the store would help me, they all ignored me and the manager walked into the back and would not come out. I called my mom as I wasn't sure what to do at that point. They charged my credit card and did not give me my order. My mom called and after several attempts of calling... because they would not answer the phone, the manager finally answered. My mom told her she was very disappointed at the way I was treated and told the manager, who still refused to give her name, that we are long time customers. Finally Rubi gave her name and said she needed to find the receipt and call her boss as to how to handle this situation. She promised to call me as soon as she was able to reconcile this situation. She never called. I want my credit issued on my card and will never return to this McDonalds again.
Desired outcome: Please provide a refund in the amount of $7.44 and I would expect a courtesy free coupons for the aggravation and terrible service I experienced.
Frappes
I am complaining about the Frappe machine not working and has not for several months. Now this wouldn't be an issue since the other McDonald's locations within 15 miles didnt have a working one either. HOWEVER, now both the pawleys island 29585 location and the small town of Andrew's 29510 both have working frappe machines and yet STILL OUR GEORGETOWN LOCATION DOES NOT! why is this? We are a bigger location than Andrew's and yet still, our equipment continues to stay broken while others get fix. This is ridiculous.

Food issues
My husband and I went to McDonalds yesterday at 6:00 pm on Saturday, July 2nd. The drive thru took forever so my husband parked and went inside. No one in restaurant and took like 20 minutes to get food. We drove home, the hamburgers were cold, the buns were hard and fries were Luke warm. The worst experience I have had at McDonalds. I thought it was supposed to be fast food. I expect to have fresh food and should not have to check my stuff before I leave. Hence Fast Food. Cost us $19.00 for food that was not worth eating.

ON JULY 2nd we were missing 4 small fries.. an a 4 piece nugget.
They had no cup holders,. the cap was not put on my fudge Sunday correctly an spilled all over my passenger seat.
You can imagine the mess.
The lines were backed up in drive thru an I was not going back.
I am disabled an have a hard time walking.
It's hard to check all items in bag when the line behind you is long

Building
We visited the McD’s in Hayesville, NC about a week or so ago. This was by far the worst McD’s I’ve ever been in, and we travel a lot!
Upon entering the building, it was obvious in NEED of a clean up! The ice machine was going off, on it’s own, ice was spilling out onto the floor, the whole area looked in need of cleaning. Looking to the right, the big front table was dirty, and someone had left their bag and other, napkins, crumbs, etc….on the table, and it was never cleaned the entire time we were there.
It took us quite a while to even be acknowledged, and then the order took a long time. The fries were odd! Some seemed cooked, some seemed undercooked, some seemed over cooked?
It took some effort to find a clean table.
The staff was loud in the back, joking, cutting up, and what appeared to be the manager, was the only one who really seemed to be putting forth effort.
The meat on my Big Mac seemed to taste funny, not sure, but my stomach didn’t settle well with it.
We’ve tried to be patient in these recent days, months, with all the unemployment and understaffing,
But this was ridiculous, there were plenty of people in there who could have been cleaning, with all the cutting up that was going on.

My order
Friday July 1, 6.00pm McDonalds Butler, Western Australia
My husband went to the drive through and put an order in for 1 Angus with Bacon Burger, Large Chips, 2 x Happy meals with Nuggets and 3 x Hot Fudge Sundaes Totalling $46.00. We did not get a receipt but I will have my Mastercard statement if needed. There was some sort of glitch with computer and people were waiting impatiently. He finally received the order and returned home. That order consisted of the burger and chips which were too cold to eat. the happy meals were okay but the sundaes turned into 3 lukewarm large hot chocolates which looked very unappealing , these were thrown out also. I rang the store and did not get an answer, again this morning still no answer. Under different circumstances my husband would have gone back but he said that the staff were so stressed out he did not want to add to it. Actually he begged me not to send him back as he was stressed also! We are in our 70s and on the pension so this was a treat for our grandchildren so $46.00 is a lot of money for food to be thrown out.
