I tried ordering 2 fries at the kiosk and entered my mc donald app code. The kiosk froze, so I tried another. It didn't work either. I then asked the employee, who appeared quite young to help. He could not place my order either since my code was "stuck" in the kiosk. We asked the manager to intervene. She was in zero rush and ambled over with a major attitude. at this point, I was getting a bit frustrated since we had a movie staring next door at 1210. I rebooted my phone and got a new code. The boy took my order. At this point I approached the manager and begged her to give me my fries so I could go to the movie since I had wasted already close to 15 mns. she gave me a very scary look and a bigger attitude telling me there was a line... I will leave it at this, she scared me, I waited for my fries. I did arrive late at my movie (the reason I had to use the code and the app was because I did not want my mc donalds points to expire). Thank you for dealing with this. I cannot understand that a manager would act like this at all. I also found out the kid was her son. She yelled at him for calling her over in front of us. I went to macdonald montague gardens resturant to purchase share box meal and the service I receive was very unpleasant.
The lady who assisted me gave me a terrible service, she didnt not ask which drink we would like to order she just gave us coke zero and my wife doesnt consume coke due to health issues.
And they requested me to pay extra r10 when I ask them to change my soft drinks.
Which I refused as I was never ask which flavour I like to order, normally when I purchase they ask, I told the lady at collection that they didnt ask and they said the cashier told her we ordered coke zero.
I'm very disappointed with macdonald and I would like the leaders at the higher level to intervene in this matter.
We can't be treated like this, we spend our money and we need to be treated with respected.

We had a fairly simple order of 2 cheeseburger meals... A plain hamburger happy meal and a plain burger on it own. We were given 2 burger meals instead.
At the window while we were waiting on our food 2 female employees were having a tiff which made us feel very uncomfortable.

I purchased a $2.49 slushy which was filled over 1 1/2 from the top of the cup. This happened twice. The second time when I saw what they were serving (1 1/2" from top) I told them I did not want it. They informed that corporate said this was what was to be served.. My suggestion is that if you are charging for a medium, give it in a full cup or provide a smaller cup so one would not feel they are being cheated.

Me and my daughter stopped at the Auburn mass McDonald’s about 2 weeks ago, I made the complaint on the date we went and it was around 1:30-2pm I believe, but I’m not quick sure, I told the employee the day I made the complaint the time. Anyways I called made a complaint about my daughters happy meal hamburger being raw as it could pretty much be, it was just browned and my fries were uncooked and when my older daughter went to ask for a cup of water, the supervisor Ranay , told us she is not giving cups or water out anymore because some people were misusing the fontina machine for soda and not water, when I clearly bought sodas already and my daughter was asking for a water. She didn’t offer a bottle water or nothing. She told us either u can get water out the bathroom sink or u can go somewhere else, and she walked away. I told her that’s illegal and pretty sad that it was coming from a supervisor at that. My daughter was Hot and very dehydrated that day from the sun and the two hour ride we just had in a hot vehicle, and instead of stopping for a nice meal, we were disrespected, talk down too, ignored, and miss treated and I really can not believe this employee has a job working for your franchise. She was so rude an disrespectful telling us to go somewhere else or uses the bathroom sink. It was so unattractive and the fact that my older daughter was dehydrated was so wrong of her and ur business and the other fact the my five year old almost got food poisoning was even worse.
Something needs to be done, this employee needs to be fired and this needs to never happen to another family stopping in to spend their hard earned money for there food, service, and respect to all be not cared about or treated right. Also I never ever even got a call back for the complaint I made that day and I still have not been refunded for my meals and I also think it would be real nice if my children who had to deal with this horrible person to maybe have some free coupons for McDonald’s just so maybe they will want to go back there ever.

On Monday, 6/20/22, I visited the McDonald's #[protected] Touhy Avenue, Skokie, IL) at 8:30 a.m. I had promised my two grandchildren a Big Breakfast, in addition to needing two bags of ice. The breakfast rush was pretty much over, as there were only two cars in the drive-thru (one of them was mine). Although they were willing to sell me the Big Breakfast, the cashier told me that they will not provide ice at this time. I, in turn, informed him that I had two small children in the car, I really needed the ice, and it would be extremely difficult to go elsewhere and load, then unload, my two grandchildren (ages 4 1/2 and 1 1/2). He checked with the manager, Rovalda, who denied my request. I would have been more than happy to wait in the curbside pick-up, but that was not an option. So, NO ICE.
I had to then go to the grocery store, drag two small children out of the care and into the store, and get my ice. A big hassle for an easy, reasonable request that McDonald's could have fulfilled. On top of it, since I had promised the children a Big Breakfast, I had to go back to the McDonald's and pick it up. I ended up having to spend money at a McDonald's that I was very unhappy with. If it were not for the children, I assure that I would NEVER gone back.
We live a few blocks from this McDonald's and frequent this establishment quite often. The customer service and attitude were not acceptable and I will now go out of my way to avoid this location. This was an act of simple customer service. This McDonald's failed miserably. In today's economy, and very poor customer service throughout the entire service industry, an establishment that "goes the extra mile" would certainly be remembered. Instead, I will remember this McDonald's as one place I don't want to go back to.
Shame on you, McDonald's! You failed miserably!

Wrong order
I got the wrong order via UberEATS. I drove over to this McDonald's trying to address the issue. Albeit I have addressed it in a rude way, but the employee that responded argued with me that “if you had a car, you could've just drove here and we wouldn't have this issue”. Technically she's right. But it doesn't matter whether I ordered directly from there or a third party food delivery system, if my order was wrong, it should be fixed. In the end, I only got a partial refund from UberEATS with no corrected order.
Desired outcome: Don't argue with me or anyone else. If the order was wrong, correct it.

The macdonalds in meadowdale has a very low service, as the lady rendering our order says that the person taking our order didn't specify that we don't won't coke in our drinks, I myself heard her saying no ice. She then abruptly asks if she should remove the ice from the poured drinks, I was overwhelmed with dissatisfaction.
I'm very disappointed and appalled by this behavior.
Desired outcome: She could have apologized and poured new cokes.

You’re [censored]ing online menu is more confusing than a Rubiks cube. You show calorie count on menu items, you don’t show [censored]ing prices.
I have no [censored]ing idea what it cost to order whatever the [censored] I’m looking at. Your online [censored]ing menu is [censored]ing divided by sandwich type instead of specials or menu options, short version; [censored] you your online menu is as usless as tits on a boar. Ps while i’m on her anyways your fries are beyond disgusting I actually honestly refer to them as the “Mc salt lick” your fried are SOOOOOOO salty they suck the moisture out of my [censored]ing eyeballs. Incorrect order
Order from Middletown McDonalds (925 NJ-35, Middletown Township, NJ 07748) and they forgot two items, 2 plain cheeseburgers and the last time I was there they forgot a Big Mac. Obviously they have an issue with quality control and don’t correctly check the order before sending it out. It’s aggravating.
Desired outcome: I just want my money back or the items delivered as I’m already home and don’t feel like taking the trip back out.
