the wait time in the drive through was over 20 minutes just for one item! when i finally pulled up to get my order, i asked the guy at the window what was goin on why it took so long? he just shrugged his shoulders & said i don't know. I said well i waited in line for over 20 minutes i want to speak to the manager! after waiting another 5 minutes the guy come back to the window and said no offense but i don't think they care! i said what? he said they (the managers) said they were busy! what the heck! first off mcdonalds food is horrible anyway & if i didn't have pregnant daughter who crave their nasty food, i would not have even waited like i did! i will not ever be back! service is horrible & management/employees need an attitude adjustment!

Today & frequently: the drive thru menu boards are frequently turned for the wrong menu time of day, mainly no breakfast menu showing.
Your outside sign never works properly or it not lit.
the drive thru is horribly slow, takes at least 20 min on avg if there are 6 cars in line. If they actually used the 2nd window where you pay, the line would prob go alot quicker.
Employees parking in main parking spots close to building that should be priority for customers. Lisa's? maroon & gray ford truck and the other girls Red/Black Ford Explorer.
Don't get me wrong, the girls take good care of me, but the service has really gone down hill, and the employees on the shift i normally go there haven't changed.
Last week, we there at 5:55 am. Car in front of me waiting, waiting, waiting, then finally someone came over intercom, told customer that they couldn't order because grill wasn't ready yet. She asked "but don't you open at 5:00am" and the employee said yes, and the customer replied by "i would think that is enough time to have things ready" and by pulling away. As i got up to the drive thru for my turn to order, the employee said "i'm sorry, there will be a 10 minute delay" so i said "no" and pulled away.
today 7/16/18, menus in drive thru turned wrong way again, waited, waited for 10 min, no one even answered. Backed out & back in just in case the car didn't activate the employee, still nothing. pulled around to first window, not open as usual, pulled to 2nd window - no one there and as i look in, no one behind the counter at all.
pulled around to go inside, still no one behind counter. 2 employees sitting in booth, another very thin girl getting a drink from the drink island, as i yell out "are you guys open today?" and she just nods as she is sucking on the straw for her bev that she just took, and walks away into the kitchen area. didn't even say anything, come to the counter or get someone that could assist me.
Eventually 2 people come to the counter, one says she was getting ice & didn't even hear me, the other says nothing. I told them i have been waiting outside for 10 min @ drive thru, so one asks the other about her headset, takes it & turns it on. Yes, they work much better if you turn them on! So, you are telling me since 5:00 am -6:00 am no one has been thru the drive thru? then the girl with the headset is singing away, quite loudly, prob trying to cheer me us because she prob can see how pissed off i am. All that does is annoy me more, hence the purpose of actually finally writing a complaint. and Lisa, who i think is a manager, no where to be found.
I know how it is with finding good help these days, and working short handed. But i see these morning people as key people as they have been there quite a while.
restaurant closed
On Friday, July 13, 2018. I went to the 24 hour McDonald's on 3770 Grand Ave, Chino, CA 91710. I was waiting in the drive thru line from 12:10am to 12:35am waiting to get helped. There was no answer. Then I parked and got off my car. The door was locked. There was no sign saying they are closed for cleaning. Also there was no sign on the drive thru screen saying they are closed. That is very unprofessional. I am 8 months pregnant and I had a craving for McDonald's fries. I drove from my city in Pomona to the city of Chino but they were closed. Next time, please have a sign at least a hand written note stating you are closed for cleaning or whatever the matter is. I would really appreciate that.

Restaurant #27914, 29915 Woodrow Ln, Daphne, AL 36526 - 07/12/2018 3:07 PM- Ticket No. 1324 - KS# 13 - Order 24 - $6.55 with tax - Cash. Grilled Chicken South West Salad with Ranch dressing. Found the dressing splattered all over the salad instead of being on the side in a separate sachet, and the salad very stale. Pretty disgusting and absolutely revolting, could not be consumed at all. Purchased the same again from - Restaurant #6960, 1010 S Mckenzie St, Foley, AL 36535 - 07/12/2018 - KS# 13 - Order 66 - $6.81 with tax - Visa Credit 2271. Was fine and had that.

This isn't the first time we've had problems is this McDonald's for poor service, this time it was must worse we asked for 4 happy meals with 6 pice chicken nuggets and they didn't give us any barbecue so I went in and asked for some for each othe the happy meals and one of the employees kept saying that she gave us bbq she thought I was lying and she told me to bring the happy meals so I did and she started going through the box digging in like if she was mad. I told her we got no bbq and she said she was sure she put the bbq inside each box which she didn't it really upset me because she was basically calling us liars there's no need to lie

At store #33298 I ordered a double cheeseburger value meal. I know any order can be made a meal but she argues with me that it doesn't come as a meal, I informed her that they always do at the Belleville, Mi location. Again very rudly stated it doesn't come as a value meal and beratingly asked it I was going to order something or not. I was speaking with another employee about the matter and she started running off at the mouth. I asked her name she replied Shea what's yours! This woman is very rude unprofessional. I will never return to this location. And to add to insult the dinning area and rest room was extremely dirty.

I'm complaining because my kids love McDonald's and we're always going to the one on Timberlake or the one in rustburg just so happens that I had received 2 free large sandwich coupons so I went to the one on Timberlake o ordered the two large sandwiches and a chicken 3 small fries a large sweet tea and 2 Carmel frappes. first off the last asked me where's I get them then she said they expired I said well I just got an and showed her the date on the letter she said well I don't know what to tell you I can't just give you sandwiches I asked for a manager and she was rude as well I finally got the rest of my food and fries were cold she had an attitude while giving us our food and frappe was watery

I ordered a buffalo last night and specifically said no bacon or ham in it they said sure I wasn't convinced that they would listen! As its happend many times before ! so i re told the lady at the the window paying for my order no bacon or ham she said no problems and i ordered a couple of packets of mayonnaise when i got home surprise it had bacon more than lettuce in it! Squeezing some mayonnaise on my children's burgers and it came out yellow thick paste that smelt like old car oil i have a video to prove. It was disgusting i took the burger back to them forgetting the mayonnaise they swapped them for other burgers but didn't nt ask about the mayonnaise as they didn't care! Wasn't happy at all as it waa my local mcdonalds store
unsanitary actions I witnessed
I was with my family on Sunday July 8, 2018 around 2pm at the Mifflintown, PA McDonald's. We went inside used their restroom and went to the little computer system to order our meals for carry out because we were going to visit family. While standing at the counter waiting for our meals we had a clear view into the kitchen area. We witnessed an employee that had dropped something on the floor while making a sandwich. The employee had gloves on picked up the spill on the floor and throw it in the trash. However, the employee never left the food prep area to get a clean pair of gloves or even wash their hands. This is a very unsanitary act and is disgusting to see. There was no manager in sight to mention this to. My family has been in the restaurant business for many year and I have worked in a restaurant in the past. I am familiar with food prep and proper sanitation.

I was at the Mcdonalds in Town Square inside Walmart Manchester mall York Pa round5pm. I placed my order 2 cheeseburgers ff soda n caramel frappe.There were 2 young ladies holding a puppy manager 2 other emoloyees came out to pet puppy 1 worker from rear of store held puppy.The girls then went to table n put puppy up on stool! I over heard their convo where 1 if them worked there.after they left I was told no caramel for frappe I asked for a refund (dont like mocha).I asked when it was ok to put a dog near a table n got jumped on by female counter worker she sais "not allowed to ask if its a service animal n ill wipe table off!" Manager asjed what probkem was I told him he even petted puppy n I knew the girls or at least 1 was an employee he didnt deny it He said he.will take care if it. Really. Oh the male coynter wirker got the caramel frim fhe back. Guess the female was to lazy! Never again. I go in thete at least 2x a week! If i worjed for the Pa Health Dept maybe it woyldve bee. Had a birthday party for granddaughter and the state of the restaurant was absolutely discusting!
Floor hadn't been swept, let alone mopped in months. The tiles where the coffee is made were meant to be cream colored but were dark brown almost black. The sliding glass door had a broken segment almost coming off the rails.
My son and daughter in law don't want to say anything but they spent a lot of money for the party and I think it should of been cleaned. Not sure if we will be going back!

Thie service at McDonald's on Limonite and Hamner in Eastvale sucks. This is the only McDonald's near our neighborhood, and there is always an issue.Today I purchased two smokehouse burger meals, one single and one double. Why was I charged the same amount for both. The food was cold,

They all just seemed to not care if they got orders out or not. definitely not the first time this has happened and I had stopped going for a while after the last compliant. went back this evening but I will not go back again.
credit card machine not working
I went to the store on Ward Blvd, Wilson NC 27893 and I sat there for 20 minutes before they told me my card did not work. So j went to the ATM got the cash and went back. When I went back I went inside and I found out the machine was broken. This was on July 2, 2018. I went back on July 6 and July 7th and the machine is still broken. I don't carry cash and have to travel across town to go to another McDonalds or go to another restaurant altogether. This is poor customer service. They are turning away customers. Let alone they are always out of something. Everytime I go there they are out of something.

I am not a big eater so my order was simple.I ordered, after waiting about 5 min, just a hamburger and small fries. Listening to the other customers complaining i just stepped back and watched. After 10 more min i asked about my order to find out they gave it to someone else. I asked for the manager but she was busy because the drivethru was mixing up orders. I never recieved my change because they were out of pennies. When the manager came to counter she said what was the problem? Telling her i haven't recieved my order. Mind you just a hamburger and fry, to go! And that i was waiting also for my change, 4 cents. She asked for my reciept and i said i was never given one because i didnt get my change yet.Guessing we're at 25- 30 min she said 4 cents really and i said give me a nickel and i said 1 penny really. So i got my food and she threw a quarter at me and said keep the change! I handed the food back and said i want my money back and you can give the burger to one of the homeless hanging outside. Getting pretty loud i said this is the worst experience i ever had anywhere at anytime and walked out. So no food and no money. Truely a once in a lifetime. There were other customers complaining as well. mcdonalds is off my list of . sorry to say
25%off first order through the app offer
I was on the website the other day and saw the 25% discount offer for the first order using the McDonald's mobile app so decided to download the app and use it. Got charged the full price. Queried it with the manager at the store who couldn't find the issue and said normally it is under the "offer section" but even he could see it wasn't there. He told me there was nothing he could do and to send an email on the app to have it rectified.
Even if it was my error, (Which it wasn't as it never showed up in the offer section), I can't believe that I wasn't even offered something as little as a "buy one get one free voucher" or a free small fries as good will. Surely a company of this size could afford to refund the 25% of a $30.55 order or at least offer something?

Every morning on my way to work, I stop at McDonald's in Durban Road, Bellville to buy a cappuccino. For at least 5 mornings in a row, once I have driven off, I realize that they have given me coffee instead of a cappuccino - I don't even like plain coffee! Also, I have been paying for the cappuccino which is more expensive. This morning, I checked before driving off and, once again, I had been given coffee so went inside to change it. One can accept 1 mistake but not every morning! This is not acceptable and I am considering taking my business elsewhere! I trust that this matter will be dealt with accordingly. I live in jesup ga and we use to have a really good McDonalds but no longer. Every time i gone and ordered through the drive through i always have something missing. Sometimes i dont even know until i get back home. We had mcds tonight i ordered a #1 w/extra mac sauce well when i got home to eat it as soon as i opened to box you could see mac sause just oozing out all around the burger. It looked like they squirted five or six times of the sauce being [censored] because i asked for extra sauce. On 6/29/2018 I visited the McDonald's located at 91-590 FARRINGTON HWY STE #2 Kapolei, HI 96707 at approximately 11:30pm. Prior to this visit I had already had some disappointing situations with the product. I was SHOCKED because never had a bad experience here, but that night on 3 previous visits they were serving Coca-Cola that litteraly tasted like flat non-carbonated soda. Reality it tasted like syrup with a nasty flavor. The first time I brought it to the managers attention and I was told that they changed the product out and I was able to test it this time. Honestly it had the same nasty flavor. I frequent this location alot, so out of habit and not thinking, I visit the same store 2 more times the following week and the Coca-Cola dissappoinly tasted the same. So last night, 6/29 being that the mcdMcDonal location at my local waWalma was closed, I reluctantly returned to store #12658 and this time I knew better to order soda, but I ordered my son a happy meal, 3bacon mcdoubles and 3 order of fries. My 8yo son Loves McDonald's fries, but this time he wasn't able to eat the first one. All four orders of fries were so hard I couldn't even break them in half, not to mention they were plainly burnt, the fries were two different colors plain as day in each container, a dark brown and off looking white. My family told me I should definitely go back and get an refund, but honestly im over this McDonald's location. I know you have millions of customers and one person won't make a difference, but if I ever decide to visit a McDonald's again I would rather fight the hectic Walmart traffic and lines to order at that McDonald's than to ever visit this location again. But quite honestly, I never thought I would feel this way, but I may just take all my business to jack in the box, which happens to be right across the street from the McDonald's I've had issues with and I would be more than happy to pay the extra money. They are constantly on point and I can enjoy the food rather than having to take the time to go back and address an issue. I'm the type of customer that NEVER complains or even send emails, but like I said, I'm completely frustrated at this point. Thank you for your time.
