It took 20 minutes from the moment I got in the drive thru lane until I received my food and when I mentioned this to the cashier he tell me we are short staffed, that is not my problem. So I order my breakfast and 3 large ice coffee, the attendant placed all 3 coffees in a cardboard tray and then tried to hand it to me thru the drive thru window only to have 2 of the coffees topple over on top of me and in my car flooding my floor mat and soaking my shirt, slacks and jacket.
I was left with huge brown stains on my work dress clothes and my car smells like hazelnut.
I went to talk to the manager Jenny Bouilla and all she can say is sorry and offered 2 free meals. That's not going to cover the cost to get my car detailed to get rid of the stain's and smell out of my car, and the kicker is this is not the first time this has happened, the last time they spilled 2 hot coffee over me and my car thru the drive thru window. I am so pissed off at you guys for ruining my Friday and leaving me soaking wet and stinking, all of my co-works just laughed at me when I walked into my office asking what can you not drink your coffee without a sippy cup.
Desired outcome: I want McDonalds to pay to detail the interior of my car which will cost the minimum of $125.00 and dry clean my clothes
