Mellow Mushroom Waitress with tattoos on leg, brown hair

My friend and I eat at Mellow Mushroom at least once a week, on today's visit started out good. I told waitress we did not need menu and I could place order without it. She took order and at the end of our lunch, I went to waitress that was behind the counter and told her I needed a box and cup, another employee behind the counter got them for me. I then went to tell her that I only needed the check, and I guess because I approached her again she started raising her voice saying, these people today are getting on my nerves loudly so I said I was just going to tell you all I needed was the check and she got louder and asked a fellow employee to get this lady's check. She is getting on my nerves. Well we left the exact money for the check and will NOT be back ever again. I will also be telling everyone I know how rude we were treated and encourage them NOT to go there. We sure will miss your pizza.

Desired outcome: Just wanted you to know, just because she was busy and having a bad day not to take it out on someone. You never know who you are waiting on!

Mellow Mushroom Waitress Chymne

I've visited the uptown restaurant in Charlotte NC. Twice The waitress chymne had the worst attitude. I did speak with the ladies yo front about it . My visit was on December 26. Mellow Mushroom Service

We Came from out of state and had horrible service. Workers were rude and not paying attention to their tables, talking with friends who then harassed us for a mistake we were unaware of. Food was good but not worth the amount of embarrassment and childish behavior we encountered. We were all very disappointed in the way we were treated and left feeling unwelcome. Will never go again.

Mellow Mushroom Being treated poorly.

I'm a delivery driver and I pick up pizzas at the Mt. Pleasant location. I always and told the same thing. Your pizza will be ready in 10 minutes or so. After an hour and 15 minutes I didnt yell or cuss but asked firmly where is my pizza? I was told to leave the building and don't ever come back. So, asking firmly after waiting patiently for 75 blanking minutes is being rude? Then I figured it out...IF they were to really tell how long it actually takes you'd cancel and not even put in an order. The next day I called the owner to clear some things up.
He told me no way are you coming back in my store. I said fine, I had no desire and gave him a chance to apologize. Everytime I was in the store I never cussed or yelled until he kicked me out for asking about my pizza after 75 minutes waiting in a cold lobby where the front door was located. He told me some of the girls that work there thought I was rude. I guess I am if asking when, after an hour or two, if my pizza is ready. I have customers paging me and texting me "where the hell is my pizza." What ever happened to the customer is right? What ever happened to apologizing for taking so damn long. I had one lady tell me she had been waiting for 2 hours. Another gentlemen was approached and told after 2 hours it would be out shortly. There were 30 people in the lobby waiting and I bet a good half of them had been there for at least and hour. Now when this guy with little mans syndrome kicked me out I then did get loud for the first time and told him there was no excuse for this many people being lied to about how long there pizza would take to be ready. See, if they really told the actual time it frequently takes them nobody would order. Who the hell wants to wait an hour plus for a pizza? They lie and have bad attitudes. I'd be willing to take a lie detector test, cause people I'm telling the truth. And the truth is if they told the customer how long it really takes...the customer would go elsewhere.

Desired outcome: I have no desire to receive anything.

Mellow Mushroom Kitchen closed right after we were sat

We came to the Roanoke, VA location on 09/19/21. We were sat at 7:30pm, under the impression that the restaurant closed at 9pm, as referenced online. We sat down, ordered appetizers and drinks, and said we needed a few minutes to decide what else we wanted to order. At 8pm, the waitress informed us that the kitchen was closed. At that point, we were asked to pay and leave with no apology or further explanation. If we had known that the kitchen was closing, we would have ordered our main meal. We were extremely disappointed with our experience and left to find another restaurant at which to eat dinner. Any warning or explanation would have been appreciated, but the server showed a complete lack of knowledge or ability in helping us or making our experience better.

Desired outcome: Change in policy, or training of staff, as needed.

Mellow Mushroom My order

8/22/2021 I ordered a calzone from the Greenville NC restaurant and when my order was brought it was a sandwich not a calzone and this was my first visit with the restaurant I was very disappointed I have attached pics of what I ordered and what I received. Mellow Mushroom Overall service

On January 5 2021 around 7:00pm I entered the Mellow Mushroom at 740 S Mill Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281 with a collegue from out of town and my 2 daughters ages 7 and 10. The managers are drug addicts or alcoholics or both, pathetic corporate representatives who don't do their jobs, owners who show up once a month and don't do a damn thing about their employees doing drugs, stealing, not doing their jobs because they are insufficiently trained by a noneffective website called schoox. Mellow Mushroom Service

We arrived at the store at 8:30 pm. We waited 5 minutes for someone to seat us. Then we walked in thinking maybe we seat ourselves. Nope, a waitress said to go back to our original position and wait. No one came to seat us. All along the employees making pizzas could see us. Not one said anything to us or notified anyone that we hadn't been seated. When I decided they didn't want my money we left and went to a different pizza place in town. We don't have a Mellow Mushroom near where we live and was looking forward to eating there. I hope this consumer service isn't the norm. I will not go back and tell all family and friends about our experiences there.

Mellow Mushroom Online ordering

I tried to order online and it was declined twice. So now I have 2 charges pending in my account for $43.45 which has 86.90$ of my money locked up. We DID NOT GET ANY FOOD FROM THERE. I want my money back and will never order online again. Because we ended up with no food and out Almost 87$ for nothing. I called the restraint and asked to speak to a manager but one never came to the phone just told the person who answered what to say.

My son and I came in to the restaurant to watch a football game on the TVs and to get dinner/appetizers. We ordered pretzel bites and discovered the cheese dip was beer cheese dip. Mellow Mushroom pretzel bites, salad and two pizzas

Me and my wife were on vacation and we decided to dine at the Gatlinburg location which we have dine there before. The pretzel bites were way over cooked and both of us had a Caesar salad which the lettuce was brown and wilted. We then order two pizzas and both pizzas were very gumming like if the dough was kneaded to much. Wanted to tell our server but he was no where in sight. So we just went to the host stand and paid for over food and left. Our experience is normally great but this just took the cake cause from service to the food was poor.

Mellow Mushroom closing time

I'm a little concerned about the closing time at 635 north Campbell station rd Knoxville Tennessee 37934. I understand if a customer comes in before closing serve them, but staying there way past closing time is a little much. Aren't you guys concerned about your employees safety? What if someone decides to rob the joint cause they aren't allowed to turn people away and they stay as long as they like. I'm sorry I'm a little old fashion back in my day that wasn't allowed cause it was a safety issue. Now a days you just never know with people. This location serves alcohol I just watched them serve another glass after closing time, how is that legal? Whose to say they get mad if they don't serve another? I get making a buck but having no disregard of your employees safety is sad very sad. Something needs to be done before something happens

Mellow Mushroom service

I have been a regular customer to MM since it opened here in Round Rock Tx, initially service was great, the manager would come around etc. My last two visits were not good. This latest visit I specifically asked about playing the jenga game-I told the hostess we were fine outside of that's what they would prefer as well, they sat us over near the bar-the restaurant was far from busy/it rarely seems busy anymore. Anyhow, the first time the jenga game fell (we set it up on the floor as well) one manager said "I thought a window got broken. It was about to get real here." I understand the game is loud which is why I asked about seating before they insisted on seating us where they did. Our waitress continued to complain about the noise of the game to the same manager as if we could not hear or see them. I asked the kids to take it outside so they did. We paid our bill and got a beer then went outside to avoid anymore upset to our waitress-it began to rain again and got cold so we came back in again the restaurant was nearly empty and finished our dice game and beer at the table we were initially at as it wasn't yet wiped down. The same waitress was seen complaining about us again. We had left her at least a 20% tip-we were kind, we did not ask her for much at all and again they were far from busy. I wanted to address the issue then but my daughter asked me not to. We were there with guests that had never been-i often introduce new people to that restaurant but I cannot see that happening anymore. Twice now once with my family and friends and once when I went alone I was treated rudely by the wait staff and left to feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. What a shame as it used to be my family's favorite but we do not feel welcome there anymore and I will be sure to stop encouraging families from going there. I've spent a lot of mone there and I don't know if ownership has changed but it's a disappointment now!
