Midway Chevrolet took my vehicle in for service and when I went to pick up they damaged it with scratches
Midway Chevrolet took my vehicle in for service and when I went to pick up they damaged it with scratches. Then took back for them to fix and again damaged with more scratches and dings all over the vehicle Trying to fix it they damaged it even more then saying they will never fix it to my standards try to pay me to fix it but not enough for the damage they caused. To the original way it was they want to cut corners to do so. They never even finished my invisible bra on the front of the vehicle. Also I am still waiting to hear from them for a response and that is since January 21st. This is also a brand new vehicle that was in perfect condition The general manager and person over services refuses to contact back or are always in a meeting when calling in, I have also been hung up on more than 5 times when calling to ask for them.

The used dealership, lied to me multiple times. I contacted Marcus to do a test drive. I informed him I was already pre approved for financing and did not want to run my credit. While sitting in the office with him and my wife, he said even if we already have financing, that they would still need to run a credit report. I refused. I said then we do not need to move forward. We are not going to have you run our credit. He backed down and said thats fine we work with your bank, the credit report is not needed. He then took us for a test drive, and when we came back, he said are we ready to take it home. we said no we dont have the check in hand, this was just a test drive. He then said that its ok to take the truck home, and for us to go move all of our stuff out of the truck into the new truck. Then when we went back inside, he started with the credit report again. We argued, and then he lied and said that this *** stuff they put on the vehicles is a charge on top of the advertised price and non negotiable. We disagreed, and decided to start moving our stuff out of the new truck back into our truck. Then the manager comes out and says he spoke with the GM and the GM just said its ok to let us take the truck and they will get the check from the credit union the next week. We were frustrated we spent all this time moving our stuff 2 times from vehicle to vehicle, because of the lies. We said ok, and they said now we need you to drive the new truck across the street to the new car dealer to sign some paperwork. Once in the office, they said we need to run a credit report. We said no, we were here to just do a test drive, and they are just wasting our time. I said go get my truck, we are done. Marcus drove back across the street, drove my truck back, and then decided to take all of our stuff on his own, out of the new truck and throw it in the back of our truck, before he brought our keys back. We didn't ask him to do that, he missed some items that were in the truck

Bought a 2021 Chevy work truck on 11/21 - the truck had 140 miles on it - two days later it broke down with major computer issues. HERE IS THE *** INFO: LISTED AS NEW ON THEIR WEBSITE: SILVERADO *** WT *** Stock: MZ116267. After 2 days of no phone calls, my husband called the service department who informed us that the computer was bad! The computer went bad on a brand new 2021 Silverado with 220 miles on it. At this point we did not feel comfortable buying this truck. I went into the dealership on Tuesday 11/24 to get a refund for the vehicle or substitute for a like vehicle. They were unwilling to make a deal on a like vehicle without upselling us so we asked if they were willing to order the same vehicle at the same price - we were told to wait until the day after Thanksgiving for an answer. At this point the truck was titled under our names and we had yet to receive a refund. We saw that the truck was already listed back on their website as new truck when technically it was still our truck. We called GM *** to file a complaint #***. *** at GM looked up the *** number and said that truck was previously at Freeway Chevrolet with wiring issues. After some more research we think they sold us a used truck with known issues as new without disclosing the issues. We went the day after Thanksgiving to get a refund - we no longer wanted to do business with Midway. We received our refund without undoing any of the paperwork that we'd previously signed. We think the dealership uses a third party title service and basically shreds the new purchase paperwork and relists the car as new. It's unethical and irresponsible to sell a vehicle as new with known issues. We work hard for our money and felt very taken advantage of after this whole scenario played out. Thankful the truck broke when it did so that we weren't stuck with expensive repairs and pigeon holed into buying it permanently.
Extremely unprofessional do not take proper safety precautions during a pandemic. If you want to buy a car , take your hard earned money to people who will treat you like professionals. Valentino is the worse sales rep avoid him and Oscar at all cost if you make the horrible mistake of coming here.Hell avoid this dealership at all cost. Do not trust them for sales or service. Was told 6 different times over the phone today that a deal was created a lender had given the loan and all we had to do was sign. Turns out , no credit app was ran no deal was structured it was all a lie to get us to come down to the dealership. When confronted about why these things were said he rep became very defensive tried to deny making any such claims. When asking to speak with the manager he was very extremely rude saying he would not speak to us. The level of unprofessionalism the lying. Running are credit. Creating hard hits for two years for no reasons
