I ordered the product awhile back and received it 3 weeks ago. That same day not even a minute, when I tried it on, it rolled. They said its non roll type of shapewear/panty. What a big lie. I sent them an email and chatted the same day I received the fraud/defective product they sent me. But until this day, they have not processed a refund or any exchanges. I have filed a complaint to the business bureau. What a false advertisement and what a fraud! It takes 15 days for them to send me anything supposedly. But that was after I sent them a very long email. The shipment is still in process and that was may 22, 3 weeks after I sent them an initial email. Do not buy their product. Its all lies!

can not talk to a person
I am so frustrated with this company. I placed an order last week and soon after I received a confirmation email. The confirmation was wrong. I tried to call the company with no luck, it's all though emails. So I emailed the company to cancel my order, someone emailed me right back. I decided to keep the order in as long as they could change the items to the ones that I wanted. I was told no problems, never heard anything from the company again and didn't get any items.

I purchased 3 body shaper products from Mirrors Essentials. I did not like the product. It was not comfortable. The size was fine, it was not a product I was comfortable wearing. I informed them of this and asked about returning the product for refund. I was told they do not offer refunds or have a return policy.
Online shopping has become a scam. A business must refund a persons money if the person is not happy with the product. But online they don't have to do anything but steal your money. Mirror Essentials are thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. IF YOU DONT LIKE THEIR PRODUCT, oh well! Your stuck with garbage and they get paid.
The Law needs to put them in jail for theft!

I have called you many times and was told you would take care of this problem which is the body shapers I purchased was shipped to me but was the wrong items plus you sent the wrong size. I ordered the soft shapers and in a size of M/L and you sent thick in size small. I have waited since March and called many times and there is still nothing done. All I want is the correct size and item. These are no good to me. I paid you good money. It looks like you could make it right.

ultra thin high waist panties
I ordered the ultra thin waist shaping panties and the panties are nothing like the product they sent . They don't hold anything in or firm you up like it claims. I never received an email so I don't have an order number or tracking number to return them. The phone number is not working and I have not received a return email of my complaint and wanting to return the item for a refund.
This is a scam and I did not know the company was in China or would have never ordered them in the first place. How do we get help with this situation?

OK… So on May 8 I ordered one shaping panty. Within about 10 minutes I received order confirmation and realized I was charged for two of them. I am mediately within a couple minutes email them to have them fix that charges. Two days later I get an email from the company stating that they process orders so quickly and ship them out so quickly that they were unable to cancel or fix my order. I sent a reply stating that I was already unhappy. I received an email Friday saying that I should get my order the following Wednesday. I did receive the panties the very next day on Saturday. There were in fact two sets of panties. However originally I ordered a small… The second set that I receive that I did not order is clearly a different size. I did take a picture showing the huge difference in size. ( to which I have attached to this complaint ).They are not marked with the size FYI. I have been playing email tag back in forth. Every email I have received from them, states that if I just try the product, that I will really appreciate having two of them. That just infuriates me because half of these emails are after I informed them that I had received the product and was very unhappy. I did tell them from the beginning that if they did not fix my order and refund my money that I would start blasting them and report them and also contact my credit card company to dispute. Long story short… I'm very unhappy with the billing process, the return and refund policy and absolutely with the customer service. My advice… This so-called good deal, it's definitely not worth the hassle and irritation. Save your money. I wish I would've been smart and checked out the reviews. Good luck and God bless

Last night about ten o'clock I was going to order some garments for Mirror Essentials. I got all the way to payment and still could not find out what shipping costs would be. I had already filled in my name, address, phone number before just deciding not to go ahead with the order. At 1:30 a.m. my phone rings, waking myself, husband and pets. And it was Mirror Essentials wanting to know why I did not complete my order. I told this woman that it was in the middle of the night and she rudely said it would just take a few minutes to complete the order with her. I was livid. This is so unprofessional and I will never ever order from this company in the future. A good night's sleep down the drain!

Company States I received my item on April 14th. I have not received said item. I did in fact receive a gray tarp that was dirty with neon yellow trim. I was on vacation at the time when my daughter told me a tarp came in the mail. So when I came home and saw it I was baffled as to how I received this item that I did not order that's dirty. So I threw it in the trash not thinking anything of it. Until I saw the email in my spam folder that states that my item had been delivered. There is no item. I have recently filed a complaint and I hope to get my money back or the item that I have ordered.

I ordered product from online firm (from China) which I saw on Facebook.
I ordered on April 1. Delivery was supposed to take 7 to 15 business days. It took 19 business days. You will note - I contacted company via their chat board and could not get definitive info regarding delivery.
I finally received product today and it was not what I ordered. It was wrong color. I ordered nude and they sent black. I also do not know if it is correct size as the garment is not marked and was sent in a package depicting Chinese writing. This company is a sham!

This isn't so much a complaint because I didn't buy anything. But I was about to, and as I was filling out the order I get a phone call from them.
I online shop all the time, even from ads I see on instagram, and I have never had them call me about what I was purchasing, especially if I hadn't even had the chance to purchase it yet.
The lady on the line was nice enough, but she was giving me weird vibes and somewhat persistent I get the purchase done with her. And even gave me a discount I wouldn't have gotten if I didn't do the purchase over the phone.
So I told her I would call her back, and then checked this website. And now that I see all of your reviews, I'm glad I trusted my gut instinct rather than bought the enticing product.

The panties rolled down they do not stay up and just after one hand wash started coming apart. Horrible product. Unpleasant experience. They show a pantie on the video that is completely different from the one that you get delivered. The material it's totally different from the one they showed on the video and the one you get on the mail. This is why I hate to take chances on purchasing anything on the Internet specially if it comes from China, they scammed people all the time with products that looks one way on a video and them what they send on the mail it is totally different, low quality and cheap materials.
The same thing happened to me except Mirror Essentials did send a replacement but it was what they sent last time - except smaller so they must be using a different supplier. I went through paypal so I will open a case with them and get a refund.

These scammers are very good with videos and advertising. They look reliable but they are not. I can see I am not the only one who has paid them for an item and never received it. Do not believe what they offer to you and do not give them your money because you may be supporting their thefts!

I ordered a 5xl size and when I finally received my product it was the wrong size and I waited for a month and half before I received it. Then when I call customer service they transferred me to someone voice mail n I still haven't heard any response. Look all I ask is for my money back.

I placed an order #530403ME, on May 25, 2018, my account was charged on May 29, 2018. It is now 6/23/2018. I have emailed multiple times and just called the number provided here, [protected]. I says out of service or disconnected. Charged $110 which I suspect is gone.
I suspect the company maybe a fraud, or gone, or both.

I had placed an order, but changed my mind. I started the return process and was approved. They said they would give me a refund. It has been 5 months since the order was placed and no refund was processed. I contacted my bank and they confirmed no refund was processed or pending.
The day after I received it, I requested a refund online, as the product was defective. Was told it would take 2 business days. It has been 9. I ordered a pair of high waisted shorts on August 19th. The item was $19.99 and the shipping was $6.95. I received the product I had ordered on August 25th. The item did not work as described, and it may have been due to sizing. However. I submitted a refund request on August 28th, since I could not wear the item. I received a confirmation email, minutes later, with the return request #. I was told in this email that it would
take 1-2 business days for my request to be reviewed. I sent a follow-up email on August 31st, since that was 3 business days after my initial request. I received an auto-response email on September 1st
and was assigned a customer service rep. This email indicated that their system was having some maintenance done, so responses were taking a little longer than normal. So, I waited until
September 4th to request an update.
No response.
I emailed again on September 7th.
No response.

This company is a scam! Yes, the product cost was only $19.95 but What part of their “no hassle guarantee” means no hassle? I requested a refund and was sent an email with the refund instructions which required me to answer a few questions and to send three pictures of the product and its original packaging which I did. I received an email stating that “to ensure that I am assisted fully they were going to forward my concern to their specialized team” which followed by their “deepest apologies as I may expect a delay in the response due to the high number of emails they receive but don’t worry even though the response time may be longer than usual rest assured that they’re trying their best to keep up with all their customers” then they humbly asked for my further patience and understanding. After over a week, I reached out again and what followed was a reply asking whether I wanted a credit for their website or a replacement item even though I had stated I just wanted my money back as I was not happy with the product as it did not do what it stated it did. I have since sent three additional emails asking for my money back and instructions on returning the item I received and am now not receiving replies at all! Again, it is only 20 bucks but if they’re doing this to several others it only takes 10 people and all the sudden they’ve made 200 bucks. I believe the positive reviews that I have read are not actual customer at All!

If you never received the merchandise, dispute the charge with your financial institution. It will straighten this out, they (the merchant) have to put up or lose out.
