bad dentistry
I was a patient at the Monarch Dental in Frisco, Texas - a suburban city outside of Dallas. Nearly 2 years ago, I had thousands of dollars of dental work done at this dental office where they pulled out 3 of my teeth and created a 4 unit (teeth) permanent bridge on the left side of my mouth, thereafter the work was done I started having problems that cost me thousands of more dollars in the same area, not knowing what was going on and/or why it was going on to me, but it was brought to my attention by several different dental professionals tell me that I had very bad dental work and it was explained to me that is was very bad dentistry work and that any good doctor would have not did the work to me because in part it wasn't necessary and 2nd it was done completely wrong in which causing to root canals and new cavities to form underneath my bridge and not only that my permanent came out of my mouth while eating rice.
Now, I walking around with the left side of my mouth with no teeth, forcing me to eat on one side of my mouth and I was told that its not healthy for my other teeth and that they are now in jeopardy of having issues, so I reached out to Monarch Dental and they have acknowledged the revolving door of staff and experienced dentists in which they have hired and is no longer with them, and that they are aware of all the complaints of bad dental work done. But with all of their acknowledgements they are not making the matter right, they are dragging their feet and I'm 38 years old mother of 3, in corporate america and walking around with no teeth in my mouth,
The entire company is pop-up, track dental on every corner disaster, I am filing a lawsuit against them, if you want to JOIN me, feel free to call or text me [protected].

dental work done unnecessarily and I was charged for it and ended up having to go to a specialist
They were going to work on the wrong tooth & they numbed me in two places instead of the correct one to begin with. I was so numb I bit my cheek that later became infected. The nurse even said "it looks like you bit yourself pretty bad" Instead of sending me to a specialist the dentist did a filling, build up & crown. He drilled so far it exposed nerves that is causing me a ton of pain. Now I have to go pay for a root canal after paying over $500 for this work. Also I was going to finance the work and supplied a routing number from my bank but they said that it was not sufficient documentation. But in the past I didn't even have a bank account and could finance the work. I want some of my money back! It is unfair that I am having to have to pay for two procedures when I could have only paid for one root canal to begin with. Not to mention the bill I incurred having to go to the doctor for the infected bite to my cheek because I was over numbed. They never remember what work they did from visit to visit as well. My original visit was 3/21/17 and had to return due to pain on 4/10/17. Last year I had work done there and they sent me to a specialist to get a root canal and it was on $245. I feel I was over charged, misdiagnosed, missed a day of work, and worked on anyway so they could get the money. The photo is of the bite and how swollen my face was the next day.
worst customer service
Went in at 8:40am on 02/22/2017 for a dental appointment at 9:00am at the Sandy, UT location. 9:30am still waiting asked the front desk lady how much more longer will i have to wait she said they were short staff so i would be up next.
One of the patients walks out and i thought oh great im next, she stands up and calls another patient and mind you it is way pass 9:30am told her she just said i was next she give me a stink look and says 15 min more 10:am they called in someone- els i stood up and ask to reschedule she looks at me and says sure 9am tomorrow without looking at her schedule as if she was taunting me. I had to gather all my strength to not reach over and smack the crap out of her.
Told her if i would be seen at 9am or would have to sit and wait for an hour like i just did and she just repeated 9am.
Oh and another a man comes in complaining about them charging his card more then he was told. She immedietly cuts him off and told him she was busy and he can set an appointment to come and in and talk about the payments. He tells her he been calling and leaving voicemails and no one has got back to him, and she still insisted he make an appointment.
Made it look like they were robbing him.
Worst service i have seen in my life. I am also greatfull they did not see me, i would be getting robbed too.

I went to monarch dental in 12/2013 they told me they need to extract my wisdom tooth, name of the dentist was WINLER, he damage the nerve on my face by doing a worst job any dentist could do.today is 2 years later I end up in the hospital what they did to me was beyond repair, also due to the damage nerve he did I became almost paralyzed.Monarch did not call me to see if I am dead or alive also they did laugh at me they said this is my problem, please if you are reading this tell every one you know avoid them tell all your friends family .Monarch dental they think I will or people like me will go away, I have a good news for them I am just warming up .
dental services - the form requires pre-authorization for unrelated services and is unfair

Please DON'T EVER go to Monarch Dental in McKinney. After years of dealing with the same billing issues from them I thought I had it resolved but the fun just keeps continuing. They did a lot of work on my husband that cost us $1000s. They told us how much we would have to pay which was insane but we agreed to the work. Then after the fact they came back and said we owed a lot more money. I fought them about the bill and after a year of fighting about it they took partial blame and said we didn't have to pay for a small portion of what was left but not for the whole thing. Now my husband is finding out they did such a horrible job on his teeth that he is having to go to a new dentist and have all the work redone so we get to pay more money and I'm still dealing with the issues of the bill from the first go around! All they care about is taking all your money and don't care about the work they do.

Monarch Dental was the worst dental experience I've ever had. The pricing (with insurance) was so high I had to take out an in house loan which the dental office FORGOT to advise the financing company to STOP billing me after I already paid for the balence of my treatment. They took out an extra $200 and caused my bank to over draft. After calling at least once per day for almost a month, I was finally able to get the money returned which took an additional two weeks by mail. The office manager Brooke Thompson was responsible for having my over draft fee returned and completely disregarded her responsibilities as Office Manager by ignoring my calls, emails and messages. I even tried reaching out to corporate which hit another dead end by not receiving a response from her District Manager. I highly recommend choosing any other dental office besides this branch. Monarch Dental lacks what medical facilities should strive the highest in, patient care.
I am pissed! Don't tell me that you can pull a tooth for $87 then when I get there stab your little dental device in and jamb it into my tooth making it hurt 10 times worse then after 5 minutes of proding around telling me you won't do it and charge me $62 for wasting 5 minutes of my time! making false diagnosis
I have gone to Monarch dental on several occasions. First time was for a check up. After that the diagnosis was never a simple filling, but always in need of a root canal and crowns. I had them do one, and that abscessed (from now on I only have an endodontist do a root canal). Then another time I had a small chip in my tooth and they wanted to do another one. I said no, I just wanted a filling. I could tell the dentist was not pleased. Then she sent me in the next room for a cleaning and I was told I had bone loss. They said it needed to be taken care of or it would just get worse.That would have cost over $2, 000. I was skeptical of their practices and went to a specialist. I had a full mouth ex-ray done. After they went over everything that needed to be done, nothing was mention about periodontal disease. I asked the doctor if I had bone loss and she said, "no". I have never had any gum disease or build up in my 60 years and was not surprised that I still had healthy gums. With that being said, make sure you check out dentists and read reviews before booking an appointment. Big corporations, big money! It's sad, health care professionals don't have a conscience anymore. Not all, but many of them.

poor service, unfriendly staff
I was at Monarch Dental at 1604 and Bandera location in San Antonio. The lady who set the appointment was extremely rude. Even the Doctor and nurse were very unfriendly. It seemed that they were underpaid employees. Dental office was not clean at all. There were blood stains on the chair. I was over there for a crown, very unsatisfactory job. I had to visit this office to fix my crown for 4 times. I will never recommend any one to go to Monarch dental especially this location. Drs. are interns and have no experience.

I had two front Crowns put in at Monarch Dental in Bountiful, they did not match the rest of my teeth, but what heck, they were still better then nothing, then in less then a year my front tooth fell out ! i had to chase the dentist down that put it in at another location
a couple of years later both front teeth fell out, I went back to Monarch Dental of Bountiful none of the same Dentist were there, and they they said thats too bad and glued the teeth with pink stuff and was told it would not last long ( they fell out the next day) i used marine epoxy to glue back in my own teeth and am going to a Dentist that cares !

Monarch Dental and Dentist Dr. Farahmand Toosi - General Dentristy. This dentist is the absolute WORST dentist I have met in my life. First he suggest services that are not necessary. He extracted 2 of my daughters teeth by ripping them out of her face! He did not make sure she was numb!

2 years ago my son was diagnosed with a cavity which a filling was done on only a few months later I was told it needed to be removed because his root was almost gone.
I tried to understand how it got this far out in condition they mentioned a root canal could save it so long as he placed a cap after so we finally got sent to a specialist who preform root canal then got a scheduled appointment to get cap but to no surprise, I was told a cap couldn’t be put on cause of the amount of damage to tooth.
So after time and money spent I’m back to square one but they have managed to make money off of me and insurance.
Now they said we need to remove tooth and suggested an implant really confused as to why I’m being put through all this.
Rude Service
Bottom line the customer service at Monarch Dental at North Richland Hill is poor. The lady who did the x-rays was rude and rough when handling. Also she did not take x-rays properly and had to redo them. Also the lady who is supposed to go over the treatment plan was rude. It was too much of a bother for her to bring a copy of the treatment plan for the patient (which she did not bring even when asked to), she just kept reading and talking from her sheet and when asked to explain things, she retorted.. " it's not hard to know these things" as if I am a dentist or someone in the field who should know this. In the end, they gave me a $4000 bill and referred outside to 3 other specialist. Basically all the work I needed done, would NOT be done at this office but they would send me to other docs to do the work and pay there and charge me $4000 at this office for nothing!
All I have to say is, if you don't like talking to people and providing customer service, you should not be in a field of customer service. I will not be going back here because of the poor service. If I were the owner I would fire these people as they are the cause for losing customers.

My daughter went to get her braces off and they wanted to charge us 800.00 to take her braces off. We were told that the braces would be taken off for free. We are very unhappy with the services and the rude people at this location. Mrs. Washington is a bad name for Monarch Dental. She does not know what she is talking about at all. The braces have done nothing for my child's teeth. We were told that she had cavities and the dentist said she did not have them. Mrs Washington also said that certain teeth needed to be pIlled dentist said no way. My daughter went to get her braces off because of bad services and poor dental outcome from the braces and they told her she would have to pay the $800.00 She nor I is going to pay the $800.00 and the braces need to come off for FREE that is what other dental offices have told us they had to do. I will file charges get the news involved and let every person in several school districts and put word out there real fast. If you do not contact them immediately get back with me with a appointment to have this done for free. We need to move on to a different dental care. over billing
I have not been to Monarch in two years and I just received a collection notivce from a collection agency stating that I owe money, with no explanation of what the bill was for. When I spoke with the Layton Monarch in 2011 I was told that there was no outstanding balance. Trying to get with them to find out what the bill is for is proving difficult.
