Morrisons morrisons the best chicken, bacon and porcini mushroom pie

Use by 5th October 17:31 Bar Code: [protected]

I purchased this pie yesterday (28th September) as it looked delicious and I was expecting a lovely filling but, boy, was I in for a shock!

When I cut into it there was hardly any filling in fact I counted 4 pieces of chicken! It was hugely disappointing and worked out to be a very expensive pie at £2.75! I would have got more filling in your basic pies.

A complete waste of money.

Morrisons food hygiene

I have allways used morrisons aberystwyth for my shopping. Yeasterday the girl in the bakery department sneezed into her hands then continued to touch the cakes she was handling. She didnt see me and then sneezed and did it again without washing her hands. Very poor basic hygene. I find that being a basic requirement in the food chain, hygene in the aberystwyth store has no basic requirements

Morrisons morrisons lorry driver

I was cycling along a cycle path on the Stratford Road in Shirley on Wednesday 20th September 2017 at approximately 8.30 am when a Morrisons lorry (registration MX65 GXV, lorry number 4515) pulled up onto the path to make way for an ambulance.

He was very close to hitting me and I had to swerve onto the grass to avoid him. He was clearly more focused on what was happening on the road than who was on the path so I wanted to make myself visible to him. I cycled forward so that I was in front of the lorry and turned to wave to him so he could see I was on the path and not to pull forward anymore. He mouthed something I found highly offensive and stuck his 2 fingers up at me.

Once the ambulance had passed (I, more than upset at nearly being run over by a lorry and then verbally abused) had cycled further down the path and looked at him as he drove past. He once again stuck his fingers up at me.

I find it highly dispicable that someone can treat another person with such disrespect after nearly running me over on a pavement where he shouldn't have been. At the time he was representing Morrisons and I would have expected better.

I was very hurt and upset by this treatment. More so as I didn't deserve to be abused in this way when I was trying to let him know that I was on the pavement that he had just mounted out of his line of sight.

Morrisons evesham cafe

This afternoon 1pm Saturday the 15th sept.on our lunch break a colleague and I came in for breakfasts.when the food arrived there was no cutlery..I then asked for cutlery to be told I'll fetch some.that never happened so asked another member of staff who replied when the dishwasher has finished its cycle..we ended up improvising and using toast and our fingers..after we had eaten 15mins later a lady came round and offered us cutlery..it was obvious we had finished.we declined stating we had used our fingers to be told oh well.not even sorry ..just oh well like it's normal.

Morrisons morrison's cat food

I recently purchased your own brand cat food (12 sachets in a box) which was supposed to be flakes I assumed it was like how Sheba flakes are, it did seem a little sloppy.
To cut a long story short I tried 2 sachets on my cat and he wouldn't look at either.
I returned the box back to my local Morrison's and because 2 sachets were missing they wouldn't refund my money or offer a different item.
I gave the remaining sachets to a friend who has a cat who will eat anything I've found out a week later he didn't eat it either
I think it very unfair that you won't refund the item I'm not in the habit of complaining but if the cat won't look at it you should give a refund other wise it's a waste of my money

I enjoy shopping at Morrison's but seriously considering not too anymore as I don't think your very customer friendly

Await to hear from you
Regards
Lesley Groom

Morrisons dirty smell

Hello while shopping in your store in Widens there was an awful smell and I also noticed other customers almost vomiting complaining of the smell, I ask a member of staff what the smell was and I was informed it was the Drains were blocked and it had been reported, I was feeling sick and was unable to carry on my shopping and left the store, surely you must act on this problem before it gets to the shop floor and continue to keep the drainage clear at all times, the member of staff that I asked about the smell told me to cover my nose so I couldn't smell it, I'm sure health and safety will be pleased with the way the stores hygiene is not 100%

Morrisons morrisons pay

I'm emailing to put in a formal complaint about one of your newer stores in wrexham, firstly my fiance and father to my three children has worked at the store since January of 2017. Upon starting his new job he found himself working through his breaks and doing more work than most in order to meet the company needs and night shift managers demands. Resulting in him spending more time at work than home. Whilst there has been no complaints on the work front, he has continuously been under payed on his wages, and I'm talking drastically every month. This has been a very stressful and time consuming problem. As I'm finding myself and my partner and children spending more time sat in the car park whilst my partner is trying to resolve the issue amicably with in store managers. Upon being told every month that the money owed will be in next months wages it has never happened. This has been ongoing for the last 5 months. Now people don't work or live for free especially when there is three children involved, so you can imagen the strain it's had on our family life especially on my partner and myself . I have been diagnosed with hyper mobility syndrome and fibromyalgia also in the past 7 months, upon my partner asking for week day shifts it instantly changed to full weekends upon explaining this to managers. I know Morrison's likes to pride itself on their family company who works with their staff to ensure all needs are met . This defiantly has not been the case . Due to the lack of help with the children at weekends I have had servere flare ups and this a caused great stress and pain in and on our family life . This is without the added strain and stress due to money. Not once has my partner been payed correctly and even still now expecting the issue to be resolved, his last wage is know where near correct . Bare in mind three children is expensive and he has worked hard for that wage . A wage we depend on monthly for our living expenses and children due to this happening every month and not being corrected or sorted we are behind on our rent and can't afford to pay half of our bills, my partner has been that stressed by the situation he has left the job and it's caused him great anxiety and depression. He is now jobless and still has not ben payed properly by you'r family company. He has been very upset at the fact he has been made to feel he cannot go to work any longer and has taken constructive dismissal, As I have explained this has had a very huge impact on our lives over recent months and has put maximum strain on out family living. If this cannot be resolved as soon as possible and is not looked at by a higher level manager, my partner is going to be forced into taking this further. Please can somebody contact myself to resolve the issue as soon as possible . Kind regards

Morrisons Oven fresh

While shopping in Morrisons Kettering road Northampton I went to the oven fresh counter. They had no sausages. I asked if they had any had any cooking. I was told no but they take 6 minutes to cook. Told the girl serving I would come back when I had got my shopping. However on returning she was not there and had not put any into cook. Very unhappy.

Morrisons ice cream purchased at your morrison store

Hi,

I've just purchased 3 boxes of ice cream (maxibon) from your Bradford store (on Ingleby road, Bradford 7) and have come home to find that they were all melted. On opening the packets my hands were covered with cream- I'm quite displeased with my purchase and I'm sure the rest of the ice cream in the freezer at the store will also have been melted.

I expect better from Morrisons and will be now shopping at another store for my ice cream in future. I thought it best to make you aware of the failing in standards by one of your stores so that you might prevent other customers receiving similar products.

Thanks
Jigna

Morrisons incident outside in the car park

On Sunday the 27th of August 2017 and at around 13.10 hrs I was subjected to an unprovoked racial abuse by a male who was with his wife. This incident took place in burton Morrissons car park.

It got that bad I had to call the police as the male was in my face. I was with my 7 year and 5 year old daughters who were crying and scared. The male was about 18 stone and 6 ft where I am Quarter his size, only one person came to help me whilst others including staff from Morrison's looked on. I was absolutely disgusted and appalled that no staff from Morrison's came to see if I was ok afterwards or my Children. I have been shopping there for the past 18 years and have always been a loyal customer.
Members of public even told me staff were
aware inside but chose to keep out of it. I understand they did not want to get involved but could have come over when Police arrived to see if I was ok or offer me a drink.

I have really been upset by all this as you can imagine the shame and embarrassment including the fear I was placed in.

Morrison staff could have been more compassionate and I'm upset that I will never feel safe coming to Morrison's again

Morrisons fire drill warrington

Sunday 27th august morrisons warrington as walking through morrison car park realised that something was happening as I approached the store I over heard a superivior ask was anyone missing to the staff which had gathered on the car park as I approached to the main doors people said the fire alarms had gone off. I was shocked to see the staff away from the store but yet customers where left outside the store and no one asking customer to move away onto the car park. myself think that morrisons warrington need to look at there fire drill more closely. and the store supervior who asked if anyone missing from the staff needs a plan in action surely a company as big as morrison should have a fire drill plan. very dissapointed in the way this was handled. regards miss sandra stainsby

Morrisons Cafe

We have visited the cafe at the Ilkeston store 3 times in the last 2 weeks. On the 1st visit we couldn't use our match and more card. On the second visit there were no serviette. But today's visit was the worst. Firstly there were no forks. Secondly we struggled to find a table with no dirty cups and plates on . And thirdly after sitting there for 15/20 minutes someone came to tell us that they hadn't got one of our orders. Now why did it take so long to realise this and how hard is it to actually make an omelette. Still sitting here after eating our meal and there's still dirty pots everywhere. Totally unacceptable.

Morrisons morrison's savers ham&beef paste

I am a regular Morrison's customer and have shopped with yourselves for past 10 years. I have often tried your own branded items and found them excellent value and quality. However on this occasion I am extremely disappointed with your product and have been compelled to write this to complain about the quality of this item. I buy this paste for my 8yr old daughters packed lunch. On opening the sealed jar the rancid pungent smell was disgusting my daughter actually vomited due to the smell. The tin was sealed and dated BBE APRIL 2013 - I am shocked and disgusted that this item is for sale. The date had 2years and should never have looked like this, If my daughter had eaten this she would have had servere food poisoning and seriously ill. my daughter has refused to eat this ever again and this is very problematic as she is a very fussy eater and I will struggle to find a new sandwich filling. I have attached photos the filling is yellow and green. I hope you will take this matter seriously as this could have had disastrous concquences and am appalled this could have made my daughter seriously ill. I am now unsure whether I will return to Morrison's for my shopping in future as this was actually your branded products. Please contact me regarding this matter I will await your response.

Morrisons morrisons coconut water

I bought this product as a cheaper, own brand alternative to the "innocent" coconut water which I had previously bought and really enjoyed. However, I'm afraid to say I was extremely disappointed and could not drink the stuff. I have just poured it down the drain. I would not usually complain if I did not enjoy a product and would eat or drink it anyway as I hate waste. However, on this occasion, I felt nauseated when I tried to drink any more of it. At £2.50 for the bottle, i would not buy this product again and have since reverted to the "innocent" coconut water.

Morrisons breakfast foods

I work at Northside Cherokee Hospital in Canton, Ga. The home fries are chopped up potatoes that are cooked as if going into potato salad (soft & mushy) ; as the week goes on, the potatoes are orange (something is added). As an employee of Northside, I feel that better food preparation could & should be provided. It is an embarrassment to the hospital to serve this quality of food.

Morrisons a member of management gary havill

My complaint is about a management member of staff by the name of Gary Havill, who is now in a relationship with another member of staff by the name is Kristina Wylie. My partner whom has separated from me after a 9 yrs relationship started her employment at the QueenboroughStore, Isle of Sheppey, Kent about 2 yrs ago. At no time did I suspect that relationship would start with another member of staff. I have been informed that Gary has previously been in a relationship with another member of staff called Tracy, who worked in the staff canteen and previous to that a member of staff called Laura
I am deeply disappointed that this goes on within your store. My relationship is beyond repair because of what's happened and cannot also believe that staff have time to associate in this way.

Regards

Mr D NELSON

Morrisons service at self scanner in cwmbran morrisons

Hello I am honestly not one to complain I think this is the first but I have been so upset since this experience I feel like I have to, so I was shopping in cwmbran Morrisons last week with my 2 young children and payed for my shopping at the self scanner my baby was crying so I didn't put my pin in the card machinen quick enough, the man who was working at the self check out came up to me and I said I think I know what's happend I didn't put my pin in quick enough so I need to do it again he took the receipt out and shouted quite loudly no you don't have no money in your bank it's declined my baby is now crying in the background to, I'm feeling stressed and embarrassed as everyone looked and it's was really busy I said there is money there must be can I try again he said let me check with my colleges went over to the customer service desk made a massive deal about it and I'm now stood waiting with my children and baby screaming feeling absolutely humiliated he came back I said can I try again I'm sure I didn't put my pin in quick enough so he said yes go on but it's declined I done it again and it went through fine, I felt so belittled I really did I think his name is Chris I may sound silly but I sat in my car and cried when I got out and thought stop being silly but it has made me loose my confidence as I had bad confidence issues before this and I was finally getting back to my usual self after having the baby. Thank you for your time to read and I am a regular customer in that store I go daily.

Morrisons member of staff

I shop at Morrisons every week and my daughter works there.
There is hardly ever an items on the shelves.
There is always queues at the checkouts because half the staff are standing around talking to each other.
My daughter doesn't like working there anymore, they always seem to pick on her. For example she wasn't very well for the last 2 days (she had to keep running to the toilets) they wouldn't let her go home sick, she had to sit on a checkout for 7 hours running back at forth to the toilets. Surely you're not allowed to work if you that poorly?
