I found it very troubling at Motel 6 we couldn't get and extra pillow at this hotel, after all the room we had only had 3 in it when we arrived. The pillows were cheap, thin and were of no use for two people with neck problems, when asked they with no concern said they didn't have one, we left the hotel the next day and had to buy some for descent night sleep. I also found it troubling that none of rooms had a coffee maker, every hotel in America ought to have a coffee maker in each room given how cheap they are these days. Instead this hotel have 3 containers for over 200 rooms of renters who would be using them, this is unacceptable business practice, although the hotel was clean but very unhospitable invironment, just because the price of room is very competitive doesn't mean everything else goes lacking!

I would like to leave a complaint and this is it. My husband and I are staying here at this hotel because it's affordable. I just wanna say tho that the rooms we have had were not very clean. We had our old room back last night and there were sheets on the bed that had blood. We told the front desk about it. We should at least earn a free room stay for this inconvenience. We had to switch rooms twice as well.

Hello, my boyfriend and I recently returned from a trip to the east coast, which included a nights stay in the Motel 6 at 2 Progress Drive in Nashau New Hampshire. I have wanted to write to you since our return, and just recently found the receipt from the nights stay in a jacket.
I want to start by saying I spend a lot of time prior to trips researching where we will stay, pricing on motel rooms and areas surrounding the motels. I research if breakfast is included, and I write all this out so we know where we are going and what our expenses are. By the way we travel on motorcylces.
At the end of the day we are hot, we are tired, and we are hungry. On this particular evening in Nashau, Sept. 17th, 2018 this is exactly how we felt when we arrived at the Motel 6. We booked in, dropped our bags and walked over to get something to eat. When we got back to the room, I pulled the pillow over to support my back while watching tv. When I moved the pillow there was a quarter under it. Disgusted, I pulled the sheets back, the sheets were dirty and there was hair in them. I went to the front desk and the girl said she would give us another room.
When she took me to see the other room, the lights didn't work. She said to go back to my room and she would find a room for us. She came back a few minutes later to show me another room. I looked at the sheets and said we would take it. We didn't want to have to go and find another motel at that time of night. The girl was very nice. She said they had had problems that day, but the cleanliness of the room we did stay in was still under expectations with hair still in the sink from prior customers. She did offer me a 15.00 refund, which I refused and said I would speak to the manager in the morning.
We were woken in the night with some young girl screaming about a pedifile staying in the facility. It was clear that some of the rooms were rented to locals, and perhaps to some staff.
In the morning we went down for the breakfast that was advertised on the site and in fact I had made the reservation over the phone and that was confirmed at that time as well. There was no breakfast. I asked for the manager, who was not yet in.
We went for breakfast and returned to see if the manager was available. Apparantly the girl at the desk has left a message with her. We waited around, but the manager never did come. The girl called me to the office and said the manager said to give me a refund. Which was appreciated, since we thought the original price was high, no breakfast included, and it was filthy and noisy.
I am sending you this note so that you are aware of what is going on in this facility. If you have any standards for hospitality, I suggest you review them with the employees at this site. It may be that they are paying staff to clean rooms that are not being checked. Or even worse, renting the room out during the day and not cleaning before renting it out for the night.
We were disgusted to say the least. We didn't want to make to much of a fuss because our bikes were in the parking lot all night. Your facility left a bad taste in our mouth for New Hampshire.

Dirty room bedbugs no air-conditioner that works. Me and my daughter checked into a Motel 6 in POCATELLO Idaho the address is 291 Burnside Ave. POCATELLO ID 83203 the phone number is [protected]. The air conditioner didn't work they said there was nothing they could do about that OK. The bedroom was dirty when I inform them that the bedroom was dirty. And then as my daughter is sleeping on her bed I noticed something crawling I proceed to knock it off the bed and then I look over and realize that the beds both beds are infested with bedbugs there's two crawling on my daughter three on her pillow I have took pictures and recording a little video
no hot water
I have been here in this hotel for over a month on business. For over a week there has been no hot water. There is something wrong with the boiler a gentleman said at the front desk. (He said he was the manager) I should not have to pay full price if there is no basic hot water! The gentleman at the front desk that Motel 6 will not compensate us in any way for this huge inconvenience. Saying "Motel 6 will not do anything".

Yet, when I get my check every month I still spend every penny of it on motel 6 in brooklawn. No perks no rewards nothing for us being loyal customers that really do spend a lot of money . Most of the time we're rewarded with rudeness. What gives? We shouldn't be in this situation much longer and we'll have a home soon but honestly... We never complained never leave a mess, always polite and we'll continue to be but it seems to be only one sided and one thing motivating them and it's not customer satisfaction. We arrived at the motel on October 19th 2018 at 1717 hours. Conf No: 1221ACN535 & Conf No: 5 & Conf No: 121ACN533 & there were 3 other rooms that our family and friends stood in. We all have the same complaint the room smell of marijuana smoke, the bathrooms were not in clean conditions, we needed a plunger in room 106 for the toilet that was backed-up, and we had to clean and clear the toilet ourselves. When we called because one of the kids have left expensive mouth guard deodorant and other toiletries we were told but the front desk that they couldn't check to see if they were disposed of put in lost and found. yes I had a room reserved last night in greenwood village, co and my train was delayed due to bad weather, since I was in the mountains I had no service to call and let the front desk know my situation. as soon as I got in town this morning I went by the hotel to see if I could just get an early checkin, or use what I paid last night for tonight, or possibly a refund if sold out but the front desk was rude about it and said they could do nothing

I rented a room I opened the door and the room was a mess the room had stink bugs all over I called front desk the lady came down and looked put me in another room which had stink bugs all over the place she says they are every place I would have to deal with it (Rude)I got a broom from my truck got the bugs out went to get what was suppose to be a clean towel out then there is a family dollar sticker on the wall . I stayed at the Motel 6 at 616 33rd Ave SW Cedar Rapids IA. I was in town to visit some family and just needed somewhere to lay my head for a couple nights. The morning after my first night I was awaken out my sleep my the head lady in charge (I'm assuming). She was telling me I need to get out and there was no weed smoking here. I was very confused because I don't do that but she was yelling at me and told me she could smell it. I told her she could come in there is a misunderstanding because nothing of that nature was going on. She didn't come in told me I needed to leave now and that the smell was so strong it's making her hungry. I am African American and I feel like it was a case of assumptions and discrimination because she also went 2 doors down and did the same thing to another African American tenant putting them out as well. I was just flabbergasted because I don't do anything of that nature there was know smell in the room no one was smoking in the room and I was put out and left with no where to go for something I didn't do. Now if I did it I wouldn't be going out of my way to complain and the situation would be understandable but I didn't and I paid for 2 nights and my refund won't be back on my card for 5-7 business days and it was the last of my money. I've never experienced discrimination until today and it's not a very good feeling very appalled and disappointed.

I checked in at the motel 6 . And was treated very rudely even though I made reservations online at Priceline.com they claimed they didn't have my reservation or anything n needed reservation number. So for 2 hours it was a game of back n forth. Very rude to me 2 gentlemen the were behind the desk. And they would talk in Arabic and be looking at me very intimdating n ride .. next thing I knew I called them on them being so rude.. he said to me get outta my hotel then. I needed sometime and somewhere to stay so I had to apologize to him. Then he finally got the reservation after I emailed it to him as well as let him. See it in my phone. The room was horrible. It was dirty n just nasty water damage rverywhee imagiable . No toweltries just some bar soap. When I asked for some additiinal items they were very ride n said they didn't have them. Also imy air conditioner slash gestet was so filrty the sit that was circulating was just nothing but dirty nasty air circulating.. just not happy there at all. Phone in room didn't work and outlets were damaged severly. Tried to complain bout it but they would not listen n said leave then.. worst place I have ever paid for n stayed at.. this i a shady seedy n questionable able hotel.i would not want anyone to stay there enot safe n they definitely have false advertising.. thank you

We stayed at a motel 6 on Buell road in Rochester, N.Y. the clerk was very nice so was the security guard.. The room had trash on th floor including blood on a napkin. The shower was very nasty covered in hair and pubic hair. The toilet was dirty also. I stayed at your Beaumont, Ca location on Beaumont Ave. on 9/7/18-9/14/18 (I believe those dates are correct). I used the homeless assistance vouchers that I received from the county. I asked the lady at the front desk if I could get a receipt and she told me yes and that she would have it ready for me. I went to check out and asked the lady on duty for my receipt and she said when you u the vouchers you can't give me a receipt. I need the receipt showing that I stayed there in order for an organization to help me with a deposit on a place so that me and my husband and children are not home with any longer. Good morning. My name is Rhonda Gulifield, I am writing to express my disappointment with your staff. I recently stayed at your establishment located at 26 US Highway 1, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. Phone number 732-828-8001My stay ended on October 3, 2018. After having stayed there for about two weeks. I always paid, and there were never any complaints. In fact, we enjoyed our stay. Your hotel employee, Rani, was especially helpful. My fiancé had a seizure on your premises on or about, Friday September 30, 2018. The ambulance had to come and take him to the hospital. He was released later that evening but was not completely over the seizure. For the next few days until we departed, he was resting in the room, while I went to work. On Wednesday, October 3, 2018, the hotel desk clerk, not sure of her name., however, she work glasses, and appeared to be of Indian (from India), called our room. My fiancé informed her that we were checking out that day. She then decided to come to the room and upset my fiancé, to the point that there was shouting with one another. This stress was not good for him. I ended up having to take him to the hospital again that night and he stayed in the hospital for approximately a week.
I am wondering what kind of recompense can be provided. We were guests who paid on time. I am hoping to not have to not recommend your establishment, nor provide negative reviews. I am also hoping this can be resolved that I do not have to go to the better business bureau.

I went into motel 6 on 10/14/2018 and I was talked to very rudely and lied to by the front desk receptionist that was on duty and I felt very dissatisfied with the way I was handled by the manager which he said he was the manager on duty on this day and I asked him for information about the owner which was the person's name and contact information so that I maybe able to get my problem solved and he told me that he was not giving me any of that and that I needed to check back later to see if I could catch up with the owner that's not how a customer is supposed to be treated by anyone that's behind the front desk and sure not by an manager as I can recall the customer is always right we as customers is the reason why the business is up and running because if there no customers there's no business and with that being said then they gets no pay check so if someone could please get back in contact with me about my problem I sure would appreciate it so much please and thank you! We stay at this disgusting hotel on October 15, 2018. We walk into our non smoking room and it smelled like we were at a bar. The TV had so much dust on it you could see the build up. The microwave looked like it's never been cleaned. The blankets on the bed were so stiff and full of burn holes. The sheets had dirt all over them, like someone has just walked on them with dirty shoes. The bathroom mirror was so gross with toothpaste and spitt and other nasty thing. No toilet paper no towels. There was so much soap scum on the bathtub. Open bar of soap in the bathtub. Ashes and dirt all over the floors. One head broken. When checking in the gentleman behind was renting the room by the hour. I will never stay in a motel 6 again.

On 10/02/18 I Dymond Hodges booked a stay during that time of stay at 2201 Loveridge Rd Pittsburg CA 94509. Durng my time of stay I was awakened to the room next to me domestic violence and sercret affair issues that not only started inside the their room to also outside their room so the whole motel 6 heard and saw this conflict which I understand happens in society that lasted from 4.30am to 6am physical fighting and profound profanity. But as a place of business and Hospitality no staff of Motel 6 or security came to defused the conflict let a alone resolve the disturbance. I don't mean to come as a another complaint but During checkout Time 10/03/18 I still decided to extend my stay From 10/03/18 til 10/04/18 even after being unsettled about that incident to find out I had been DNR for a non registered guest. Which is true but The Hotel manager on DNR me because I told my girlfriend which is the unregistered guest to inform the hotel manager that we couldnt sleep cause a very serious confilct from the room next to mine and how no sercurity or staff came to stop the problem or addressed it until it was close to check out time. So the Manager said to pay the $6 bucks to list my girlfriend. We were short $6 bucks so my girlfiriend and I decided not to stay another night but I was still charged for 10/03/18 after finding out 10/04/18 at 3:30am so I had no choice but to check in at 10/04/18 4:30am but to still have to check out I feel robbed and cheated for my money so Im asking for a refund or a complementry stay.

We checked in last night for a funeral today we rented 4 rooms! The towels were filthy, the beds had what looked like bodily fluids all over them! The shower was black with shoe prints in it! Under the covers their were bed bugs, while using the restroom 3 roaches ran across the floor! My child woke up with bites and complained of itching! The sheets were old and worn amd scratchy as well! We are now searching an already sold out town for a decent room! This is disgusting and shameful for the chain name!

I've been staying in this motel through the years is dis pleased. I've been staying here since Sunday and one problem after another last nite I gotten a room 326 and it smells like mold and mildew plus bugs flying around so I went to the office and they gave me a new room they I get into room 301 and the toilet is stop up as so as my mom getting ready to use the bathroom she notice the water in the toilet was up high so went back to the office and she told me that talk to supervisor in which I did and he wants to discount a new room I think I should not have to pay a discount for all my trouble I shouldn't have to pay anything ! All week at this motel one problem after another and I have my elderly mom with me please can you help me I'm very upset and highly disappointed in going to file a complaint with the better business bureau !
