regarding repairing of my phone
hi,
i've submitted my motorola xplay 32 GB phone for repairing in service centre on 25th october 2016 they told me that phone will be repaired in 20-25 days maximum.
then after i has continuous follow-up on mails customer care but they not giving proper response till date, last update that they say, no confirmation when you will get back, they keep on giving date to me.
if so much of issue was there why was'nt they replace my phone as because it is under warranty, i've only used my phone for 2months approx.

mobile moto g rd gen
I own one Moto G3rd gen purchased on 20th August 2015.
I started facing issues with my mobile for battery not charging on 1 july 2016 and visited service center for its repair. to B2X, Rani Bagh termed as official service center for repair of Motorola Mobiles.
Firstly people there are Fake and just wordy will keep on giving you dates nothing else.
Week 1: 16th to 25th July 2016
I submitted my Mobile for Repair on 16th July 2016 they gave a Job sheet Number : AMSDEH009246 and told me to come after a week.
i waited and visited after a week and was told that the repair status is marked as "Parts Not Received".
Week 2:1st August
Trusting the company i waited for another week and in mean time I also started to chat with Motorola company and most shocking thing is the company people always said that they have escalated the matter to higher authority and i would receive a call from their higher authority indicating the repair closure date.
Also after another one week i tried to call service center the phone is either switched off or they do not receive calls.
Week 3:8th August 2016
I went to service center for the inquiry of my mobile and still got the same reply "Pending For Parts". Asked them how can a company do not possess parts for repair of a mobile which was launched 11 months back. They as usual had no answers and assured me that i would receive the mobile by 16th august 2106.
I also contacted company for the same and they say " your case has been escalated our team is working over this and you will get call back ". But as usual no call came and even they are not ready to answer till how much more time will i have to wait.
All they had is NO answer But Please Wait for last closure date provided by company is 16th august 2016.
Week 4: 16th August 2016
Today I contacted First the service center and again those people did not pick up calls their mobile went switched off.I had a chat with company and they say "Sorry for inconvenience your matter is escalated to higher authority and you get a call regarding the status and repair closure date.I also told them that i will be registering a consumer court complain but nothing happened they say you have to wait for call.
In mean while By chance the service center picked up call and told me that they have not even opened the website of company it was 12:35 more than two hours after their hours of operation.
Then a call comes from Motorola and an employee who has a task of just updating employees tell me that the date was 16th provided to her by her team she will get back to me in 48 hours just whaling away time and responsibility again.
first;y was the employee the higher authority she didn't had any other task apart from informing customer.
and Still I have many mails giving me dates again but No use i havnt received my mobile till date that is 29/august/2016.
Please Help if any one can.
Please check and Help
moto g (3rd gen)/ too much delay/ not replacing or refunding money.
My complaint number is [protected].
I purchased Moto G (3rd Gen) XT1550 LTE -16GB White handset on 26 October 2015 from Flip kart. Within one and half month it started giving problems as it got switched off and didn’t get started and so I finally took it to Motorola Service Station –Technocare solution pvt. Ltd. Jannak Place, District Center on 14th December there they told me this might be due to software problem and it would be recovered within one day. But next day they said that my phone got some kind of issue which required it’s motherboard to be changed.
It has been more than six weeks I have not received my phone yet. The service center as well as Motorola support team is not answering properly how much time it will take to fix the phone. On 16th December service representative assured me that they need 10 days for repairing my phone. But I didn’t receive my phone back till then.
On calling them number of times I just get same answer again and again “parts are not available so they can’t do anything.”
On mailing them at their e-mail address I received call from Motorola team, the person from Motorola confirmed that my phone will be ready for delivery by 9th of January 2016. When I called the service center on 9th they said that they have not received the parts yet.
Now it has been more than 45 days and I am still struggling to get my phone fixed. Every time I call them they commit new date of delivery. In the meantime I asked them many times to either replace or refund my money. But they refused to do so.
And now on 25th January they asked me to wait till 18th of February 2016. And this time when I said that I didn’t want to repair anything and requested them to either replace it or refund my money, they put me on hold for like 10 minutes to get a supervisor who still couldn’t do anything. They clearly hung up by saying “If you can’t wait till 18th of Feb. then collect your phone from service centre.”
I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to get one device fixed? I am not here to accept such a poor service from Motorola. They are asking me to wait for like two months since I have given my phone for service. I haven’t even used my phone for so long time which it’s taking in service center to get repaired. Who will be taking the responsibility and getting this fixed. This is something that is not acceptable to take two month to get the device fixed. If they can’t provide proper services then why are they even selling their products? Why they just can’t replace my phone or refund my money? Because being a customer I feel I am the only who is getting effected at my own cost. I am paying for the device and I am waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. And what Motorola is doing?
This has been worst customer service I have experienced so far. It seems Motorola only knows how to sell their products, but not how to retain customers. I am never going to suggest any one to rely on Moto products as their service is extremely pathetic.
Please I request you to either replace my handset or refund my money. I can’t wait so long.

JOB no: AMSKOL002156 My mobile stopped working 70 days ago. I gave it to a service center in Kolkata. They told it will take a week, another week and then another. Its been 70 days, they still are refusing to give a dead line. They are stating the same reason 'parts not available'. I have talked with customer support 15 times. The issue has been escalated 6 times. Confirmation of issue resolve was received 3 times. Still I am going nowhere. They are criminally holding up my issue.

Motorola updated phone and now there is a black bar across the bottom where the navigation buttons are visible all the time. I don't like this update because when you are playing games on phone this bar sometimes pops out and stays on and can't access items on the right hand side of screen that are under the black bar. you also loose about ¾ in of screen and that is why I picked this particular phone because had a nice screen size.
more than 17 days item still didn't receive
I ordered Motorola droid razr xt912 and was delivered to me last 17 November 2014. UNFORTUNATELY, the phone is not working, defective, no use, and has dents on its side. I remained calm and just call them for an exchange and they pick it up on 23rd November. In this regards, they informed me that they will update me for the new item. days passed by and toooooo much phone call I made for follow up ending up they are telling me that same brand is not available anymore. for 2 weeks i waited and this is their reply. So no worries, i can still manage...I ask them to just change to Motorola Droid razr xt926 a higher version and they told me will deliver in 3 days...Guest what? it didn't reached me! So whats wrong with AWOK.COM? you guys tell me. I dont recomend this online shopping website...If you need something reliable never go for awok.

I purchased a Motorola MOTOACTV GPS Fitness Tracker and Music Player in September 2012, it wasn’t long with very limited use that the top left corner of the screen developed lines across the screen. In February 2013, I contact the company where it was purchased from here in South Africa to discover the company had terminated its South African operation, contacted the UK division to be told that the Warranty no longer lies with them as the Fitness Tracker had been sold to me more than 30 days prior and I was to contact Motorola UK directly which I did – REF: 1302/3-006162 only to be told that the Warranty was held in the USA and that I could only liaise with Motorola South Africa to get the Fitness Tracker repaired. I did exactly this and couriered it to them in March 2013 and now after 5 MONTHS I’m being told that there are NO spares for the Fitness Tracker WORLWIDE. Yet this Fitness Tracker is still being sold here in South Africa! Appears the same company I purchased it from here locally is operational again, selling expensive products that Manufactures can’t or won’t repair.
How can this be possible – to sell an item and then be told there is no way to repair it with literally no after sales support.
I will never purchase another Motorola product and will continue to tell all my business colleagues and friends to avoid Motorola products too.

I have called for the past three (3) months about a lingering $10 balance that should have been cleared for over charging me for products that I did not order. You call the store and they tell you to call the 1800cricket number and they are in Asia. The man tells me that he cannot get into my account. So, I asked for a supervisor and he tells me the same thing that he is not authorized to get into my account. That I have to go into the store to tell them this situation. I gone to the store and they tell me to call the 1800cricket number again. SO IT IS A MERRY GO ROUND SITUATION!
Can you please help?
I locked the Tata Docomo SIM card in my motorola mobile by going to the "Lock SIM" option of Security Settings. But after giving the right PUK 10 times, 10 attemps were shown and the SIM got blocked. I cannot open the SIM.plz
We have purchased mobile A810 on 26th may09 from croma and within 2 days there were a problem in blue-tooth data transforming. we contacted croma from where we purchased mobile but they deny to take the complaint and send us to service centre. Through service center motorala had changed the motherboard of mobile as per information given by their executives but again after a month there is problem of battery and hanging of instrument during use.
I bought a Moto Rokr for Rs.22, 200 in April 2007. Now, in september 2007, i am not able to hear voice of the caller. There is no response form the service providers even after i have given them the handset. They took my mobile for 10 days and returned without servicing or repair although it is under warranty and has not been misused.
I have given my handset on 23/11/09 to ur service center-silicon compuware solutions pvt.ltd.(moradabad-uttar pradesh) as it's keypad was not working and it was under warranty.
The person their assured me that you'll get back the same in 15 days but till 22/12/09 I haven't received the same.
If a customer will get such type of service will he/she think to buy any other product of the same co.?
I tried to get Sprint/Firefly to send me another phone when I told them I could not read the numbers on the front, because it was so dirty. They said I did not qualify for one until march 2010. Then I only got a discount on another one. So, I sent it to the Motorola Co. in Texas to be cleaned. The returned it as dirty as when I sent it. I still cannot read the numbers in the little glass window. Filthy dirty.

Good Day, I bought my Motorola BM 525 in Aug 2011. January 2012 the Screen first freest and 2 days after that the screen went
blank.Took it to Cell c where I bought it and they send it in for repairs to Motorola JHB. When I got the phone back the screen was working, but if I make a call the person can't here me I can here them. Before the repairer send the phone back, they must make sure everything is in order, because know I must send it back to Motorola and wait again for the phone.I must make other
arrangements to borrow another phone.
But otherwise I like the phone very much.
Regards,
Desire

I bought a Motorola cable modem, and expected the advertised $20 rebate. When the check finally arrived, after two months, I deposited it. I was later notified by my bank that Motorola stopped payment on the check and then was told that they were having a dispute with the company servicing their rebate program. Not only did I not get the rebate, I had to pay the bank charges as well. Motorola has not responded to several inquiries. I believe that they have not acted honorably and I will not buy another Motorola product.
I originally purchased two Motorola razr v3c for my wife’s and my personal use in Feb 07, under 3 year contracts with our provider. My phone began giving me problems on its anniversary date (Feb 08). The phone would not impart a charge upon the battery despite trying other batteries, chargers, etc.
The phone was sent three seperate times to Motorola to fix the problem, ( Feb, Mar, Apr) It was frustrating and inconvenient enough that the first two times. The phone came back reportedly fixed, yet the same exact original problem persisted. Motorola finally agreed to replace the phone with refurbished phone on the third time.
In Sept 08, the refurbished phone began a new series of problems. It locks up upon opening with white screen, or black screen. The only indication that the phone is working is the keypad lights up. It is unusable as it exists.
The phone was never dropped, or hurt, and was always kept in a leather protective case.
Motorola have refused to do anything for me. It is now my wish to spread the word of discontentment with Motorola. I will be boycotting their products from now on.
I was told that a door to door repair was to take only 3 days. I am on my "11th" day without a solid answer of where my phone is! I have made several calls to the motorola company to find out where my phone is and all i get is the run-a-round! This phone, an "ic502" is the worst cell phone i have ever owned! And the motorola service is twice, no, 10 times as bad! They pump out the ads on how good the phone is to take abuse, but it is a joke! Once my contact is up with sprint, i will be looking for a better phone, carrier and service!
I purchased a motorola v3 on 17th august 2017 and my cell started creating problems from around 10th of may. I have been to my local service center around 5 times and they repaired my cell but as i start using it again it becomes dead. They even sent it to delhi after which it was repaired but the same problem again came and my cell was dead again. I asked them to replace my cell or give me a new cell but thay are saying that company has stopped producing this model no. I m still left with my warranty period and im carrying on with that dead cell. Never buy Motorola!
no enter key in text message which is basic feature
I have purchased Motorola Defy from croma store in malad, but surprisingly after purchasing i came to know there is no enter key in text messaging/ or cannot move on next line which is an basic feature in mobiles. I was surprised even the sales person in croma didnt knew the features.
I called motorola call center who also confirmed that in Defy there is no enter key and nothing can be done about it.
I feel i am cheated as this is the basic feature which any of the low cost mobile even has. How can such an huge mobile giant R & D Dept can do such a mistake and even there is no solution for this.
Really i dont like using the phone now,

rebate scam
I followed the directions to claim the rebate and I received a reply from another company located in Connecticut that handles the rebates.
They e-mail back to me that it takes 4-6 weeks.
Finally, in February, they e-mailed me again that the rebate is in the mail. I never received it. I called them up, but is impossible to get to them.
I wrote them a letter and received no response. This is my first and last experience with Motorola.
Also, from the beginning this phone did not hold the charge for more than a day.
Thank God it didn't break down. Then I would have to send it in for repair. BEWARE of Motorola rebates.
bad customer service
I recently bought a new car. Well actually, it was almost a year and a half ago, but it was a really cool new car, one of the flagship models from a leading car manufacturer. It cost me 40.000 Euros. The car moves like a dream and I was really pleased with it. After a couple of months I started buying and installing some extra equipment, an upgraded stereo, some extra lights. And I even had an engine upgrade for 5000 Euros.
Then, one morning, after a year and three months, the car suddenly wouldn't start. For no apparent reason. When I called the dealer they asked me to send the car, at my cost, to their repair center in France. Can you imagine? After a month I got a message back – my warranty doesn't cover the malfunctioning car and it will cost me another 25.000 Euros to repair (more than half the cost of the new car), so it makes more sense buying a new car. Oh, and if I want the car back, I also have to pay the return transport from France, whether they fix the car or not.
Do you recommend me to buy my next car from the same dealer? Or from the same manufacturer? Didn’t think so.
Why should I or anyone else accept such poor customer treatment for an exclusive item of any kind? That it should just break down beyond the point of repair after a year, and that the manufacturer and the dealer both say that it is not their business?
The story above, is a true story, almost. I didn’t buy a car, however. I bought a mobile phone. The latest model, the Milestone from Motorola. And the dealer in my case was a company called Expansys.
Lessons learnt:
• The first consequence of this story is that I havet o get a new phone = Unsustainable consumption.
• The second consequence is that I am so pissed that I will never buy anything from Motorola or from Expansys again (and I encourage you to do the same) = unisustainable economics.
• The third consequence is that in the web 2.0 age I am spreading this story to the world over the internet = very unsustainable economics for Motorola and Expansys.
As little as we can afford to have expensive stuff that breaks beyond repair after a year in a world with limited resources, as little companies can afford to dismiss their customers with bad service in the web 2.0 era.
I hope this little story becomes a lesson not only to me.

motorola customer support in china not responding to complaints on purpose
Hello,
I purchased Motorola Milestone in Shanghai from a Motorola Authorized dealer Sunning. At the time of purchase, I had asked dealer whether I can use this mobile phone with local SIM card in India and other countries (because I need to travel for business trips) and dealer has confirmed that this mobile phone can be used in any country worldwide. Based on this information I had purchased the Motorola milestone (XT702) phone from that dealer.
After few weeks I had to travel to India on business trip and realized this phone can not be used in India using Local SIM cards. I checked with Motorola Support Center in India who mentioned there seems to be problem with phone's software and hence this can not be used in India and problem should be resolved by the Motorola China. Hence on return to China, I had contacted Motorola Milestone support center for the solution and provided all details through Hot Line as well as Email. I had to follow-up with them for 3-4 weeks and later they asked me to contact their higher authority contact person. When I contacted this person, she earlier acknowledged the problem I am facing and also agreed that dealer should not have given false information. So I asked her to update my mobile software so I can use it in any country OR replace my mobile with another Milestone phone which can work in other countries including India OR return my money. But she refused to do any of this and promised me that she would escalate this problem to even higher authorities and try to resolve this problem. She promised that she would get back to me in 1 day, but she never called me again or informed about the status.
After one week of waiting, I tried to call her and send text messages - but she never responded to those calls & never replied back. Now she doesn't pickup my phone calls. So I sent email to Motorola Support Center and even that in vein as they have stopped replying to emails. None of the emails are responded by Motorola Support Center.
I am not sure what to do now as there is not other contact number or emails addresses where I can contact them. I am going through all this pain of following up with those people but they are ignoring and nor helpful at all. So being cheated by their dealers, Motorola should take responsibility and take corrective actions to resolve my problem.
Best Regards,
Sharad

Purcased two phones on the 25th of August, recieved an email confirmation, tracking number and my credit card was charged in full on the 26th of August. On the 28th I recieved an email that the silver L6 was not in stock, but they would upgrade me to a black L6. The Black L6 was selling for $15 less, so I ask how this was an upgrade and no one could answer me. Decided to simply have one item shipped. They credit ed me the amount of the the Silver L6, but not the shipping and handling charge, thereby charging me $27.00 for shipping and handling. They will not respond to email or voice mail. will be disputing this charge with the credit card company.
no customer service
I ordered a Motorola Droid on a Monday night with overnight shipping. While waiting for my phone I received a message from Verizon stating my plan has changed and will be charged accordingly. So I had to straighten out that error. The phone finally arrived on Friday. I followed the instructions to activate the phone and had problems. It was escalated to the activation team and took 48 hrs to fix the problem. In the mean time my old phone was disconnected, so I had no phone for 48 hrs. This will be the last order I get from wirefly.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
You claim to be complaining about the motorola droid, and your final sentence is.
"This will be the last order I get from wirefly."
So you might want to rethink your complaint.
