The Best Buy clerk told me that I needed to buy a Sim card. I did. It did not work in the phone.

Internet: Many consumer articles and videos are devoted to replacing the front glass on Motorola phones. I read the articles on August 23, 24, and 25, 2023.
In the early morning hours of 8/23, I placed the Moto g face down on a glass top table. Two hours later, I returned to that room and the phone was face down on the ceramic tiled floor. I picked it. Placed it beside me while I took a nap. Three hours later, the front glass screen was splashed (looked like a car windshield).
Best Buy refused to replace the phone. The phone was not eligible for a return/replacement. 15 days had passed. 8/9 from 8/23 is 14! And, I should have purchased the $45 warranty.
Motorola refused to believe me but offered a discount on the repair. Last customer service rep stated that a magnetic pull between the two glasses was not possible and could not have caused the mishap. Ergo, I was not telling the truth. I am an 82 woman who is temporarily homebound.
Having been at home since the purchase date, I decided that, on my next outing I would purchase a stylus and a cover for the phone because I carry items from room to room in a basket. My other hand holds my cane. Reference number: [protected] IMEI [protected]
