I have purchased a Moto G72 device on January 2023 and after 2 months it suddenly stopped charging. I bring it to my nearest motorola customer care and they checked it and they asked me to take it back from them after 15 days. when I received that device, they returned the device to me in opened condition (nuts missing, few parts are bent) and the reason they gave me that this device is not working because it got water in it. But they are completley lying because they know it is under warranty and I would have to pay for damages.
Now I have that device with me but it is not working and I again bring it to them , they said that the motherboard not working, it will cost too high comparitivly to the device. So you should buy a new device.
Just because we do not have that technical knowledge , they can fools us with any random reason and we have to pay. But this time I am unable to pay this much amount for the device and I want motorola to fix this issue as soon as possible or return my money.
