Do not buy from Motorola! The company does not care about their customers when things go wrong. They did not even try to help in my following situation. I bought a Razr+. I enjoyed the phone for about a week before it stopped working. I called and the asked customer support and the asked me to return and they would issue a refund. What they DID NOT say is I was out my trade-in of my iPhone 13. I have come to find out they would not return my iPhone, nor would I receive refund/credit for the Iphone13. I lost the value of my trade-in of $240.00. They would not return my iPhone 13 nor refund me the amount of the trade in. After finding this out I asked for replacement Razr+ rather than a refund. Motorola said I could buy it at regular price, that the refund was already in process for the amount charged to my card for the purchase and the trade-in for the iPhone13 was completed and final. So, I'm Out $240.00 for the iPhone 13 and do not have a phone. Wow! Not to mention the 6 phones calls, several hours and multiple transfers to be put on hold and several emails wasting my time. DO NOT expect anything from Motorola's customers service other than the run-around!
